Hi
I had my sim recharged for 357 rupees which said it gives me 2gb daily. But i was provided with only 1 gb per day. This is unfair isn't it? I noticed this issue only a while ago and am posting a complaint right away.
Please do kindly look upon this case. Im sure ill be getting a favorable reply.
Hoping for the suitable rectification soon.

    Actually i have already requested for my kyc. No one has come to receive it. I am businessman and i couldn't take advantage of your scheme. Helpline number shows that your number is unregistered. My mobil number is [protected] and my driving licences number is gj03 [protected]. Do it as soon as possible.

      I want to update my email id which has been used in my previous account and want to close my previous account due to unavailability of phone number. My registered no. Has been now unavailable and cannot be activate again.
      This is my second query and i don't have my previous query no. Which i have logged from my previous account. Past 15 days my query is not been responded. They are not understanding what i am saying.
      Even i told please call me. No phone support is available.
      Pathetic customer service.

        While paying electricity bill through paytm. It itself add 15 rs home burgulary insurance policy. Which i do not want to buy. I don't want this policy. Now how to cancel it and get my money back. If i will never cancel it than i donot know how long i have to pay this extra 15rs along with my bill. Even i have no much information about this policy. And the process of cancelling it or at the time of paying bill how to reject it.

          My name is dheeraj jaiswal.

          With the same name i had created account in paytm.
          Whenever i make any transaction. Screen should display dheeraj jaiswal has sent/receied some amount.

          But they have changed my name from ‘dheeraj jaiswal ‘ to ‘sex big cock nipple’
          See attached screenshot.

          I have complained the same to paytm with reference no. 50599822.
          Its been almost 1 week they haven’t done rectification with my profile name.
          Now its really embarrassing that my family members and colleagues have already seen this.
          I want to file case of defamation against paytm. Please do the needful and take some actions.

            I ordered two shirt and it delivers but the size is big so i made a replacement for both shirt and return the both shirt but they didn't give my replacement for one shirt and it still in the status as return approve though i give both shirt to the pickup boy from bluedart. So i raise a ticket first the reply 'we have already highlighted your case to the relevant team and are working with them to resolve it at the earliest.' now they are not replying me.

              I has opened a paytm payment bank in a month ago. And uploaded all the kyc documents and it got verified, but when i get account number and when i click on paytm payment bank i got a message display your account will open shortly.. Still how long it will take a open

              Please update the status as early

                Hi,

                My account balance was rs.352/- in my uber app but then paytm asked to reauthorise it and suddenly the balance amount shows rs.0/-.
                Now will you please help in this issue at the earliest?
                There are several times that i have faced such issue which are really harassing and this time i need a solution of this issue on priority.

                Hope this time my issue gets a proper and permanent solution.

                    I have fixed for appointment for kyc link about a month back. And i have got a call from your representative to make the documents ready and got a message of appointment date but no one has came for such verification. And i have complained about it many times on your query section but none of them were addressed. I am frustrated about the issue after repeated complaints of mine unaddressed. I hope i can get a solution for this.

                        My name is kimmi.. My account is blocked from last 3 weeks... I am submitt queries in help & support many tickets raise but no reply from your side.. Mailed too many times... But still my account is blocked... Paytm service is very bad.. My money is blocked in my paytm account... Now its too high.. Paytm dont have any executive number.. I am unable to contact you... I got 1 mail from paytm side they said send yours hdfc account statement but i ont have any hdc account.. You peoples are such a dump... Solve my issue asap otherwise i will take serious action..

                          On 1st February 2018 i recharged to my jio number through paytm (from my debit card). The recharge was successful and amount was deducted from my bank account. I got confirmation through bank as well but i didn't get the benifit (balance) till now.

                              I bought an SD card from Paytm and its not working. Not working in the sense that it is not being read by any device. First I tried it on my android device, nothing happened as it didn't recognize the card. Then as a trial I used it on windows phone, no luck there too. And as a last resort I used the same adapter provided with the SD card and inserted it in my computer. Not even the laptop could identify or read the SD card. The paytm order I'd is [protected]. Please initiate a replacement or refund at the earliest.

                                I have order a product from club factory but the order has been cancelled and i have not received my refund amount from club factory to paytm account...my paytm no.[protected] and the transaction id [protected]...how many days will it take for the money to be refunded..as it has been more than 5 to 10 days and as per the refund policy of club factory the amount must be refunded in between 5 to 10 days
                                Kindly take some necessary actions.

                                    Hii sir, this is s raghavendra raju, i inform you that my sbi account was debited to sum of rs.5500 on different dates without my authorization done that amount was tanfered to paytm noida. The amount which is debited from my account is rs.1500 on 29/12/2017 and rs.4000 on 31/01/2018. The sum of total amount is rs.5500 which is debited from my account without my permissions.

                                      I send money to my friend on paytym upi but not credited to my friend account. I am sending soo many messages and complaints but they are not respondigthey are saying your problem wills solve within too days but still noy solved my problem. I hope you wil solve my problem.                                         When i am trying to login to my paytm account, it is showing that your account is temporarily blocked for login and i have raised the query in the paytm app's help and support section and there i am not getting any replies from them . they are not accepting my query they have deleted my query also .i hadnt done anything wrong why they are blocking me ?
