I had done a online shopping of product signoracare eco plus 500 w mixer grinder (White & blue/3 jar) on paytm on 18th, nov (Order no. [protected], amount rs. 1299). Paytm delivered the item on 30th, nov. They took almost 2 weeks to deliver the item after lodging complaint on delay in delivery and many email conversation (Query no. 44357949 and[protected].

Respected Sir. My one friend Suhash transferred an amount of Rs.11000/ on 2/11/2017 through Paytm Wallet Nagpur Txn ID no.[protected] to my SBI UDAIPUR account no. [protected]. It is very bad and sad to say that amount 11000/ has not given credited to my SBI ACCOUNT UDAIPUR by Paytm company till 10/12/2017. One month has been elapsed.
I do not know what are reasons. There is no right representative in Paytm who can solve my problem....

This is really saddening to see on the part that, paytm has also joined the bandwagon, in making customers a fool by sending them sms, telling to forward paytm messages, so as to win paytm cash ranging from 1, 000 to 1, 00, 000.

I too had received this kind of sms, on 20.11.2017, saying, to forward the message to 10 groups or members & win paytm cash ranging from 1, 000 to 1, 00, 000.

I ordered usha 812t room fan heater on 13 nov 2017 after 5 days the status shows as delivered on nov 20. But i haven't received the product. Raised a issue in this regard in paytm website also called paytm customer care :[protected]. They opened a ticket on this issue. [protected].

Few days back ive returned an item in paytm and the amount was refunded and added to my paytm wallet. I have transferred amount from wallet to bank. It showed pending for more than a day and finally a message was sent stating the amount was added to bank. The transaction shows success but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account.
