I sent an amount of 500 rs through upi linked with paytm account on 11/12/17.
The amount debited from my account, but is not received on the other end.

I tried to reach paytm through various sources like their issue registering feature on app or through contact number, but no response. When contacted through phone, they made me wait a lot for the call for which i paid.
So not the service i was expecting.

Change the line "we care" to "we don't".

My 500 is lost in the parallel world i guess.

    I have booked flight from delhi to pune on 8 dec17. As i wanted to book for other friend in the same flight.
    But seats were filled after my booking.
    So i just messaged them. I want to cancel tickets as i wanted for two persons.
    It was just an issue they should have contacted me.
    They did not contact me but mailed me at 12 dec17 at 1 am that they have cancelled my tickets.
    There was no two way communication.
    I have lost my money in cancellation fee.
    I feel so terrible. And they are not replying in this regard. I want my money back.

    The issue is not resolved yet. Paytm is not accepting its mistake.
    Its about money that is hard earned. I request you to help me out in this issue.

      I had tried to make payment of rs. 1464 on 07.12.17 towards my bsnl landline phone bill. An amount of rs. 1464 got deducted from my bank account and not credited to bsnl.         This is to inform you that iwas using paytm since 2016. On 22 november 2017 i transferred rs. 50 from my ubi account to paytm but the amount got deducted from the bank and was not showing any status on paytm passbook. This incident again happened with me on 10 december 2017 the amount again got deducted but didnt show any status on paytm. No one is answering my phone call. They are not attending the phones.             I have purchased gas geyser but after 1 week got problem in the geyser so i had contacted customer care no which was going not reachable busy or some time ring but no one pick the call then i complained this to paytm they provide me vinay number so i contacted with vinay who is owner of the activa company so he told me that please send the geyser through courier and i have to bare 1 side courier charge.

              I had ordered one mobile from Paytm and I had got only charger and box. Handset is missing. And till 2.5 months had gone but Paytm is not providing any resolution. Order Id [protected]

                  I transferred money from my paytm wallet to my bank account. It is still pending and the amount has been deducted from my wallet but not reflecting in my bank account. They told it will take two days to refund the money but i have not received it yet.

The transaction show s successful but the money is deducted in from my paytm wallet but is not showing up in my bank account it's been 6 days and i have not received my money.                       I had done a online shopping of product signoracare eco plus 500 w mixer grinder (White & blue/3 jar) on paytm on 18th, nov (Order no. [protected], amount rs. 1299). Paytm delivered the item on 30th, nov. They took almost 2 weeks to deliver the item after lodging complaint on delay in delivery and many email conversation (Query no. 44357949 and[protected].
                      After delivery, i found that the delivered item was defected. As per the return policy of paytm, i choose to return the item on 1st, dec (Query no. 44518811, return item id : [protected]). Paytm approved the return item on the next day and they assigned a return pickup to their courier partner.
                      From 2nd, dec, till today no body come to pickup the item back. As i paid them during booking only, they are holding money with them only as the item is not collected back. The courier partner of paytm is daily sending a message to my mobile that they will pick up the item by the end of the day. If i check the status of the courier details, they are telling that the given address is bad or incomplete address. As per my knowledge, the return pickup job is assigned to the same courier partner who delivered the item before. How that can be a bad or incomplete address as he already once delivered a item to same address? And he is telling that consignee unavailable but no body came to my home for pick up the item. And paytm is not refunding my money to. Because of this issue i am not able to purchase a new mixer also.

                      As i forgot my password i m not able to login my account so i called on customer care they sent a link which has to be expired in 10 mins but as i click on that link it shows it has been expired in just few seconds. Kindly help in this.

                        Respected Sir. My one friend Suhash transferred an amount of Rs.11000/ on 2/11/2017 through Paytm Wallet Nagpur Txn ID no.[protected] to my SBI UDAIPUR account no. [protected]. It is very bad and sad to say that amount 11000/ has not given credited to my SBI ACCOUNT UDAIPUR by Paytm company till 10/12/2017. One month has been elapsed.
                        I do not know what are reasons. There is no right representative in Paytm who can solve my problem. Why this amount is withheld by Paytm authority.
                        Main Paytm company se haath jod kar Vinti karta hun please credit 11000/ in my account stated above. What are the policies of the company I do not know.
                        Mobile no. Of my friend is [protected] and his worker Satish no. [protected].
                        Please help me. I will appreciate to the company if my amount is credited to my account at the earliest.

                        Dear sir, i am very strange that still no action has been taken so far by paytm company since 3/11/2017.
                        I have lodged a complaint which again i placed here. There is no one to listen to solve my problem

                        I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 for non crediting amount of 11000/ in my sbi udaipur account. But not credited so far

                        I am satya prakash soni. An amount of rs.11000/ transferred from nagpur paytm vide txn id no.[protected] on 2/11/2011 to satya prakash verma (Soni), state bank of india, branch udaipur, account no.[protected], ifsc 0007889.
                        This amount has not been credited so far.in my account.

                        Please see where this has been blocked. Please help and credit this amount in my bank account sbi udaipur as given.
                        I am sending a photo screen of payment sent to my account. Please tell me how much time it will take in crediting this amount in my account. Three weeks have been elapsed. It is very strange

                        This amount should not be returned to that paytm shop outlet mobile no.[protected]/[protected] name suhash/suraj. Because the said paytm shop has been found closed

                        ये रकम जो नागपुर से मेरे मित्र ने मुझे भेजी है मेरे है बैंक sbi account udaipur अकाउंट में डिपाजिट होनी चाहिए। क्योकि जिस paytm दुकानदार को ट्रांसफर करेने के लिए दी थी वो दुकानदार अपनी दुकान नहीं खोल रहा.. इसलिए ये amount मेरे अकाउंट में डिपाजिट करवाने की कृपा करे. Please listen my request seriously.

                        Sir, i am very sorry and sad to say that paytm demands 1100/ as charges for transfer of this money 11000/. To my sbi account. Today called me by this phone no.[protected] mr. Prashant told me the draft will be prepared but i have to deposit 1100/ before transferring this money to my account. It is illegal and paytm authority should see and check. They said they are speaking from paytm ;company heydraband.

                        I request paytm company please credit 11000/ amount to my sbi account udaipur.

                        Dear sir. I am afraid and very sad to that paytm company has not so far solved my problem till date. My amount 11000/ has not been credited so far till 30/11. No one attended my complaint. Paytm company company is an international company and a responsible company.
                        I request to paytm please credit 11000/ to my sbi udaipur account. All details and documents have been given earlier and shown in my earlier appeal.

                        I observed from my complaint and thousands complaints lodged against Paytm regarding transferring money from any bank to Paytm wallet or transferring from Paytm to any bank have not been solved not attended properly. Ek Laparvah company hai.kyoki Main 3/11/2017 se complaint kar raha hu aur aaj 3/12 ho gai lekin meri request par koi bhi action nahi liya gaya. Iske matlab company ko logo se koi bhi sahanubhuti nahi hai jo company is tarah apne customer se laparwshi karti hai Vo kis kaam ki. Log kyo bewkufi Kartey hai is tarah ki company se trasection band kar deni chahiye.

                          I had cancelled my flight ticket (Order No. [protected]) and no refund has been added to my wallet. The status being shown is that flight ticket has been refunded despite no refund.

                          For the above issue I have tried contacting paytm both through their web site and e-mail and they do not reply. I have not received the refund of my ticket yet.

                            I faced some problem while transferring money from wallet to bank account. When transferring money from my wallet to bank account, i was charged a certain sum of money. Why was it charged?

                            You're requested to clarify about deduction of money which was done by you (Paytm) during transferring money from my paytm wallet to bank's savings account. Please provide a valid reason for this deduction.

                            our system surveillance Bot has flagged your account for abusing our promocodes and offer policy. thus,

                            we have restricted use of promocodes on your account. we advise you to remove the promocode applied and then continue
                            I tried to pay through paytm wallet to some ones bank account.money got deducted from wallet.even after 24 hrs money is not refunded to my wallet as said by ivr.

                                Dear sir, i was checking the plan from paytm wallet with aircel number last night. 147 plan i checked with paytm wallet to check, i accidentally got 147 recharge. I wanted to stop it but it was also failed but 147 was cut from my wallet. It was such a disadvantage for me and using the box was also upset in, please thank this issue as soon as possible...

                                  My friend sent rs200 via paytm upi transaction today.but the status of his paytm is success. but the amount is not received in my paytm. And one more thing is I did not receiving any cash backs as you guys displaying in paytm app. I hate to say this if this keeps on going like this I'm sure you guys will loose half customers and I'll delete the app very soon and I'll suggest some of my friends for this kind of problems. Please try to resolve such kind of problems ASAP. We'll be in some emergency situations if this kind of problems happens it'll be very hard.

                                  I have done a transaction through paytm but it did not delivered to the bank account showing it's status pending...The transaction I'd is [protected].kindly solve this problem and return my money to wallet or deliver it to the bank account.as it is really urgent

                                    501Rs Money has been debited From my Paytm saving bank Account but beneficiary did not received the 501 Amount..this is 3rd time I have gone through.                                       Woke up to a decreased account balance, turns out they withdrew a full Rs. 3000 on their own wishes and intelligence and with the pathetic customer servide they have, I've been tensed all day. All they said is that they are working to resolve the issue. Haven't given me any timeline or anything. Rs. 3000 have been deducted from my account for the reason above and it makes absolutely no sense. I'm done with Paytm after this. Today I learned, that MY money in MY Paytm account is not really mine.

                                        I haven't got any reply. Its been almost 15 days that i can't excess my account. Its horrible. I am not able to make my important payments. And i see you are also not interested to serve your customers. Please help aur give me a contact no.
