    My name is Satyam goel paytm no. [protected] I have made transfer of (1000 rs + 29 paytm charges) total 1029 rs from my paytm wallet to PNB bank account no. [protected]. The amount got deducted from my paytm wallet but never reflected in bank account. The transaction was done on 6th december 2017 at 1:15 pm. I tried to contact ur Costomer care they told me that my txn id ([protected]) is not valid how can it be possible. Kindly make refund my money either in my paytm wallet or my bank account. Plz reply asap Plz find the attach pic of screenshot of my passbook

      Dear sir,

      I have tried to book the ticket for my father (G. S. Ananthan), from hyderabad to erode to travel on 07.12.2017. During the process of booking the ticket on 06.12.2017 in the kallada official website, its directed to the payment option using paytm. I have used my atm card (Rupay) of allahabad bank, kalapatti, coimbatore - 641305, but after the submission of one time password (Otp) its rejected the process mentioning that rupay card not accepted but my amount debited rs. 1, 386/- from my account. I called the customer care about this issue and discussed, they have said that the process will take 7 working days. Today the 7th working day also got over kindly take this issue and please remit the amount debited from my account. Even after that with my father's atm card i have booked the ticket and my father went to erode in the kallada travels itself. Ticket no. Oonl529546. I have enclosed the travel ticket for your reference. Kindly do the need full for remit the amount rs. 1, 386/- debited from my account.

        On 13/12/2017 i was shopping in ebay while checout i used paytm wallet for 2nd time in my life to claim cashback. As a result i lost 702 rs. Payment deducted and money didnot reach to merchant site.
        Its impossible to reach customer care as it is all voice response service, ask for order id which starts with lpt how can one type alphabets during a call.

        Wallets are useless...

          Hello sir/madam,
          My name is kashmira. 2 weeks before i had purchased 2packets of hide&seek. On that it was mentioned free rs.15 paytm cash. After scanning on both the packets i came to know that it was a false code. As after scanning & putting the inside pack code it was showing that 'this offer can be used only once'. But how is it possible as i had opened the packs for the 1st time and no one else at my home has used the code. So my query is just simple that why am i not getting rs.15 cash back from both the packets?

            In my paytm wallet 320/-
            I use only one time for 20 /- recharge mobile. Then left 300/- but today i check then the my wallet is zero
            I check all history then it deduce 300 on 16 nov 2017. I don't know how my balance deduct please solve my problem

                  I have made transfer to my brother last on nov 10 10.32pm, amount of rs.460 but that did not reach by brother and paytm has withheld that money with itself.

                  I have lodged multiple complains but paytm team is not responding and their all customer care nos are of no use as it never connects, even complain made on app is vanished/deleted by them.

                  Screenshots of my passbook and brothers passbook was shared, also attached again which has all details in it.

                  Please let me know where is money? And when can i get it.

                      I was trying to book a hotel for Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on paytm for the dates 20 Jan, 2018-23 Jan, 2018 and paytm showed me a hotel named "Hotel Doegar". By luck I decided to call the hotel staff to get more information about the hotel and when I called them they told me that the hotel is already booked for the required dates. So if the room was already sold out why PayTm was still showing the rooms available? If anyone had booked the hotel from paytm and then when he/she arrives at hotel, they will come to know that room is not available The paytm app is still showing that the rooms are available. I;ve attached the screenshots. That's completely misleading information. Who is responsible for this?

                                I was made payment rs.399 through my hdfc credit car for my jio recharege on 10.11.2017, it was debited by hdfc account, but payment not sent to jio recharge so for, already i was made complied paytm.

                                So for there is no response from paytem side. I was also made complient to hdfc also.

                                Do the need full and sent back my money to my hdfc credit card account as early.

                                  My paytm account is temporarely blocked. I update my kyc with paytm by email. Please help me to login my account.

                                      My complain is that my debit atm card has been hacked by some unknown person on 28/11/2017 at jaipur and after that he has purchased items of 13000 through paytm on the same day. Still i didnot recieve otp on my mobile no for online purchasing. So kindly take a serious action in this concern.                                         I wanted to transfer an amount from my paytm wallet to my bank account. The amount got deducted from my paytm wallet but never reflected in my bank account. The transaction was done on 9th december 2017 at 8:45am. The customer care or helpline numbers of paytm are not reachable. Kindly try refunding my money either in my paytm wallet or my bank account.
