I bought Levi's Jeans from paytm and I fount that it is used product. The 2 different badge on it have different jeans number and also have 3 stains. Paytm rejected my return order stating quality check issue. How can I return this product. Paytm customer care number is also not available

Courier person told he can not accept as there is quality check failure. Seller is from bhivandi

    I had applied for a recharge on my airtel number and you guys did it twice. My money from the wallet deducted twice. This is due to your fault which is causing me inconvenience since two days. The customer care isn’t responding as well, i want my money back as soon as possible. This is such a cheap thing you guys are doing to your customers. I didn’t expected this from you people. Kindly return my money back or else i have to take some serious actions. Revert back sooner.

      This is really saddening to see on the part that, paytm has also joined the bandwagon, in making customers a fool by sending them sms, telling to forward paytm messages, so as to win paytm cash ranging from 1, 000 to 1, 00, 000.

      I too had received this kind of sms, on 20.11.2017, saying, to forward the message to 10 groups or members & win paytm cash ranging from 1, 000 to 1, 00, 000.

      Like all the beleaguered souls on this earth, i too gave it a try on 20.11.2017 & won a paytm cash worth 10, 403.

      I followed the paytm instructions carefully, as mentioned. Paytm also promised that, the winning paytm cash of 10, 403 would be depostied after 3-5 days.

      But to my dismay, its already weeks gone-by, i cant see single rupee been deposited in my paytm wallet.

        I ordered usha 812t room fan heater on 13 nov 2017 after 5 days the status shows as delivered on nov 20. But i haven't received the product. Raised a issue in this regard in paytm website also called paytm customer care :[protected]. They opened a ticket on this issue. [protected].
        After then there was no response even then i also went to paytm facebook page and raised a query then they again again raised a ticket no. 43872622.

        From then the product not delivered at all and no response on the facebook wall also.

        Then no resolution taken place. It very disgusting. Order was placed on 13 nov. Order no. [protected]

        Escalated in Facebook. No response they are just closing the ticket.
        1. They need to send the same delivery person to confirm product was delivered which address.
        2. I have checked with Flat watchmen/my neighbours/relatives. all confirmed that it NOt DELIVERED
        3. Patym/Delivery_Surface their customer care worst. It doent connect any time.
        4. They have call me to understand the issue.

        WITHOUT ALL THESE HOW THEY CAN JUST A CLOSE A TICKET.

          Paytm has blocked my account since 25 days due to some annonymous person is using my account. Situation was something like below :

          Me and my friend had updated our kyc but while updating kyc paytm executive mistakenly swapped our aadhar card details and immediately we noticed and informed him that it's mistakenly done by you. He apologised and said not to worry that he will update from their side.

          Many days later, my friend did some transaction from his account and informed me that he is getting my information in his paytm account. Immediately on that day he and me raised complain to change our kyc. I gave my aadhar card to re-update kyc and afterwards they promised that they will update. Later i noticed that they have blocked my account and for the same i raised again a complain that my account is blocked however since 25 days they are not un blocking my account after giving my kyc many time. They always says that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours.

          I also called and visited nearest paytm kyc centers but literally they said paytm also have blocked their money and due to that they have stopped doing kyc. Some numbers are unreachable since many days. That numbers i found from paytm app itself. I wasted my more than 200 rs behind such calls but unfortunately didn't get help.

          I am running small business and for that i am getting my money deposited in paytm.

          It's big fraud of paytm. Kindly help me out how to unblock account and take my money back.

          Paytm is fraud. Don't buy and do any transactions from paytm. Paytm has blocked more than thousands customer's money.
          I booked the tickets by using prome code of MOVIEFEE, But it shows error message..i pay the electricity bill in paytm it gives the offer booking tickets promo code.. But it didn't work.
          I have booked tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi pnr S8ZRNP timing of 7:25 to 9:35 but currently I am seeing no flght that time after serching of net we got
          only 8:35 to 11:00 am same flight, is that timing change plz confirm

          Actually I have booked rail tickets from IRCTC via paytm. Later the tickets were cancelled and i got refund of the tickets in my paytm wallet and then i transferred it back to the bank account.
          but i didn't got the amount in my bank account whereas it has been transferred from the paytm.
          Hi, my ph no-[protected] had paytm amount 410. When I cancelled a cab, the current balance was deducted & now it is 160. Please let me know what is the issue

            Dear sir to day from 14:00 to 15:00 hrs continue failed to recharge my phone number through my paytm wallet. I have sufficient balance in my paytm wallet but recharge was not successful continue failing and money was refunded to my paytm wallet. This was a so inconvenience to me and also irritating using paytm please solve the issue as soon as possible thanks
            I have recharged my mblaze wi fi datacard for Rs, 499/- through paytm.Com on[protected]. My Bank account has been debit but data card not recharged, i wnat to know where is the money gone and how can i get back my money.
            I have bsnl landlines bill pay in paytm but not pay in bsnl company

                Few days back ive returned an item in paytm and the amount was refunded and added to my paytm wallet. I have transferred amount from wallet to bank. It showed pending for more than a day and finally a message was sent stating the amount was added to bank. The transaction shows success but the amount is not reflecting in my bank account. Its been many days. Kindly resolve this.

                  I made a upi transaction of rs. 500 from upi id - [protected]@payrm to upi id - [protected]@dbs that showed pending.
                  But, amount has been deducted from the linked bank account which is paytm payments bank, but beneficiary account, which is digibank, didn't receive any money. The following details are necessary to solve the issue —
                  The transaction id is s828145
                  Upi reference number is[protected]
                  My bank account statement shows that on 30 November 2017 paytm has debated 291/- from my account I just want to know that for what purpose it has been debited from my account
                  I have done a payment of 357 inr using my idea app but money got debited from account but recharge has not done.

                        Today on 6/12/17 i was recharging jio number [protected] through jio app using paytm mode, as there was only 15 rs., i deposited rs. 483 from my saving bank account to paytm to get recharge of rs. 498...But transaction was shown as unsuccessful.. Thereafter i tried it again through paytm app itself, so i deposited rs. 498 in paytm wallet again and the recharge was successful... But in my earlier transaction which was shown unsuccessful, rs. 483 has been deducted from my account. Neither this amount is used for recharge nor it is there in my wallet as it is showing my wallet account as nil. My saving bank account is showing that rs. 483 has been credited to my paytm wallet but my paytm wallet is showing balance as nil. You are kindly requested to update my paytm wallet as per amount stands deducted from my saving bank account.

                            Steps to reproduce:

                            Step 1: book a flight through paytm
                            Step 2: reschedule the flight to an earlier date by calling the airline
                            Step 3: after the journey cancel the flight via paytm.

                            After reporting this bug to the security tech team they told that they already knew about this bug if they knew about this bug, how did i received the cancellation money.

                            Winners were declared on any basis.Look for the regional winner from south Lokesh, he did not even completed the first task and was declared the winner.

                              Your team is not unblocking it! I have all my money it, they are saying we have fraud complaint on my number, but i have done no fraud!

                                I have not received my order which was a zaveri necklace ordered on 22nd nove, 2017 till yet and the app shows the product had been delivered. Paytm has made a joke out of it. Every time i complain that i have not received my product their reply is it is delivered. I have reached to all possible customer care numbers and message option but it is of no help.

                                I have asked paytm to get the product delivered again or atleast refund my amount but i have not got any revert on that too.

                                Bad bad experience. Please look into my query and take steps.

                                  I purchased a shoe from paytm and i have used the shoe once while i was going to a function. And within one-time use, the shoe stitches start comes out and the shoe quality is not good. And in the bottom of the shoe, it is not pasted well. So i want to return the product and the pickup agent came today and i said the issue to him and he said me to write a mail to paytm. So that he will come and pick the product after your instructions from paytm and please find the attached image for your action. Kindly arrange for my product to be return.

                                  I have purchased the wonderla tickets in paytm website they are shown me 10% cashback is there for each tickets i have purchased 5 tickets and also i have applied the promo code but not yet cash back received and also customer supports response is very very bad in PayTm, i am waiting more than 1.30 hrs for connecting customer care that CC lady simply says (Please contact the PAYTMMALL customer support) they are cheaply behaving.. i need a cashback from paytm and dont purchase anything from paytm worst service and they are make u fool.

                                    I had done a mobile booking on paytm on 25th, nov (Order no. [protected]) and waited for its delivery up to 2nd dec. But the seller was not even shipped the item (Order query no.[protected]. So i cancelled the order on 2nd dec. And paytm refunded the full amount on 3rd dec (Rs. 7074).

                                    after cancellation i thought of sending back the refunded amount to my bank account. So i have done a transaction on paytm on 4th, nov to send back the amount to my bank account (Amount rs. 7074, wallet txn no. [protected]). From that day, paytm is holding my money without transferring to my bank account. Even the amount is not showing on paytm wallet.

                                    from two days, i am writing regarding this query to paytm care (Query ref no.[protected]. But i did not get proper response or solution from paytm care.

                                        Dear/mam/sir, on 4th dec-2017, i recharge my airtel no through paytm app, i just dont know that my airtel no is recharge boz there i haven't received any massage from airtel that it is recharge or any massage from paytm to know it is deducted from my account, so bocz of that i recharge three times through the paytm app, now it was deducted three times, so i request you please do the needfull for recover my fund
