Today on 6/12/17 i was recharging jio number [protected] through jio app using paytm mode, as there was only 15 rs., i deposited rs. 483 from my saving bank account to paytm to get recharge of rs. 498...But transaction was shown as unsuccessful.. Thereafter i tried it again through paytm app itself, so i deposited rs. 498 in paytm wallet again and the recharge was successful... But in my earlier transaction which was shown...

Dear Sir, I Have Transfer Bank To Paytm For Credit Card Payment But No Any Option Pay Credit Card In Paytm. So I Have Return Bank ( Paytm To My Bank Transfer The Same Amount, His Charge Of Rs 124/- In My Bank Account. Therefore His Show 0% Charge For Paytm To Bank . As Attached Image

Bug report

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: book a flight through paytm
Step 2: reschedule the flight to an earlier date by calling the airline
Step 3: after the journey cancel the flight via paytm.

After reporting this bug to the security tech team they told that they already knew about this bug if they knew about this bug, how did i received the cancellation money.

I have not received my order which was a zaveri necklace ordered on 22nd nove, 2017 till yet and the app shows the product had been delivered. Paytm has made a joke out of it. Every time i complain that i have not received my product their reply is it is delivered. I have reached to all possible customer care numbers and message option but it is of no help.

I have asked paytm to get the product delivered again or atleast refund...

Dear/mam/sir, on 4th dec-2017, i recharge my airtel no through paytm app, i just dont know that my airtel no is recharge boz there i haven't received any massage from airtel that it is recharge or any massage from paytm to know it is deducted from my account, so bocz of that i recharge three times through the paytm app, now it was deducted three times, so i request you please do the needfull for recover my fund...

In my paytm wallet showing amount rs: 4, 664. This money is returned from zoomcar. I placed against money transfer in paytm, but money isn't transferred to my bank.

I had placed an order on jabong via paytm. The order didn't go through. But rs 2463.7 was deducted from my bank account and rs 50 from my paytm balance on 24th november. I have not received any refund got a message confirming the transaction but no refunds received yet. There is no responsive email id or phone number to reach a customer care executive at paytm. This is a concern i am raising as i have not received any update on my concern that i posted through paytm site. On 4th dec i have paid my electricity
Bill (Kseb) via paytm. Along with that i got an insurance which i do not want. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way that insurance was packaged with my request for kseb bill payment. Could you please refund the amount deducted for insurance to me after cancelling...

A payment got through after a number of payments tried through my paytm wallet which is done by an unidentified user.

I have made a complaint with reference number 44935398 dated 02/12/2017 followed by complaint 45035013 dated 05/12/2017.

I was amazed by the attitude of the customer care employee and his casual behavior towards my father. I have no more trust in paytm as they did not even solve the case neither...

Desirable resolution - request a refund

Accidentally i transferred money to an invalid number ([protected] - the number doesn't exists). The transaction status shows success. If the number is not valid and paytm wallet doesn't exists for the number then where the money was transferred to.

When i called their customer care, they refused to accept that the number was invalid...

where as on enquiring with your customer care they said you had to full
amount of 3540/ of one year and then after that dishtv will take you back

I added some money (200 inr) to my paytm account on 3rd jan 2017.
After i log in to paytm account it shows that amount is there in my paytm wallet.
Later after few months i tried to use the money but i forgot the password.
Today i logged into my paytm account and found that there is no money in my account.
Please look into this issue and help me in getting my money back....
