I tried to make a payment for my zopnow order #21539399 with paytm of amount rs.1495.55 with its offer 10% cash back// money was deducted/taken from my bank by paytm but not paid to zopnow// calling paytm no option to give a call// call is not accepting from paytm... Please help!!!

I have received a product (Order id - [protected], la melodia thermal top combo of 3 l size) yesterday, in which one size is ok but 2 item size is not correct, it does not fit me. I know the the item are not returnable but when a seller send wrong size who will responsible for it? I was supposed to receive a 15% cashback on my zomato order through paytm with it's wallet transaction id #[protected]

The order was worth 250 rs. And i was supposed to receive a cashback of 15% and that is 37.5 rs. But i haven't received my cashback yet.

Give me my cashback amount, and stop running these fake promotional offers on zomato.
This isn't the first time i am facing this issue. I have seen several...

I have bought unicorn 150 from paytm mall on dated 27 oct 2017. Paytm gave me delivery date 22 nov 2017. I have to give booking amount 20500/- to paytm mall. But till the bike does not yet deliver on my address. They do not give me any response and delivery confirmation.

On 29 Nov.2017 I paid three Electricity bill of CA No. [protected], [protected] and [protected] using Paytm Wallet. But along with bill additional amounts were deducted for the Burglary Insurance for which I have not given any consent. Pl stop this practice and refund the extra amount if possible.

On 28th november - 2017, my irctc transaction (Ticket booking from njp to hwh) through paytm failed. The money (Inr 1287.55) was deducted from my sbi account
By debit card

It is submitted that i had paid a telephone bill no.[protected] amounting to rs. 854 to mtnl, delhi through paytm on 19/8/2017 by net banking mode through axis bank which was due on 30.6.2017 but the same has not been paid to the mtnl department due to this the telephone number has been disconnected by the mtnl deptt. I am facing great difficulty due to this problem.. It is, therefore, requested that the same may kindly be checked and corrected...

My friend was trying to transfer ₹1000 to my number but unfortunately it was transferred to wrong number. I contact receiver to return money but he denied. Even though i complained more than 30+ times in the care, i have not got a systematic answer yet. For ten days continuously, i complain that the printer did not get me. I have not yet solved my problem.

I made a many calls, mails, all photos, empty shipment undertaking form etc. But no any answer has been received yet.br...

25th november i added my paytm wallet amount 610. But for net problem my 610 amount was deducted from my bank account, and my paytm account is not fill by 610 rupees. Many time i try to contact with paytm customer service number but every time they are busy in another call. I lost my 610 rupees for paytm. I want back my 610 ruppes any how. I was recharging my airtel postpaid number[protected] for rupees 349 after confirmation of payment it deducted rs 2349 from my paytm wallet. I don't know why this happened. Refund my extra money rs.2000 which was deducted without my knowledge from my paytm wallet. I dont want that levis coupon, refund the money as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint to consumer court....

I have added Rs.755 from my bank to my paytm wallet tomorrow but money has yet not shown in my Paytm wallet and it gets deducted from my bank account already. So, plz take a needful action against this and resolved out my problem as soon as possible for the betterment of the customer....
