Yesterday i booked a movie and apply a promo code it said Cashback will add after 24 hour of payment.
Today after 24 hour of payment i didn't get my Cashback.

    Name of product: cookplus 4 burner gas stove crystal.
    Order no. [protected].
    Date of purchase/delivery: 07.09.2017/10.09.2017

    The product started giving trouble only after about 10 days of purchase when the fire started coming into one of the knobs. After a few days, fire started coming to all the knobs. Efforts to return/ replace the item did not succeed as the same is allowed only till 7th day from the date of purchase. Efforts to get it repaired under warranty also did not succeed in absence of contact number/customer care number of company. Paytm customer care executive could not provide the address/customer care number of cookplus. She could only provide the contact number of the vendor ([protected]). Call to this number remains unreachable. The faulty product is still occupying a valuable space in my home. Any redressal?
    I purchased a Sujata mixer (order no - #[protected] and rs 7149/- ) from paytm. When I placed an order this shows rs 1787/- as cashback and effective price is rs 5362/-. I registered complaint several times in paytm but they denied. I attached product bill and a proof of cashback screenshot.

      Dear team, i have made a vodafone mobile payment of rs 611on 10th nov. The payment was debited from my account by was not successful. I was waiting for 2 days and again i made payment of rs 612 on 12th nov as it was due date. I have raised complaint on paytm and after few days the payment was showing successful. But when checked with they have not received the payment of rs 611 till now. I tried to reach paytm customer [protected] care but there automated message is asking to call the other number [protected]. When i tried the other theeir automated message is asking us to call [protected].. I don't know whether u are fooling us. Pls resolve the issue asap

          Dear team,

          As i found on paytm website i can do the insurance payment from paytm website using paytm wallet, net banking, credit card and debit card.
          I added rs. 14000 to paytm wallet on 18-nov-2017 for insurance payment for future generali india life insurance.
          When i was doing transaction for my insurance payment using paytm website, i was not able to find the paytm wallet option.
          I call to paytm care on 18-nov-2017 and asked the same i am not able to see the wallet option in payment mode. They said i can do the transaction from wallet for insurance payment. I asked are you sure, if not i can ask my bank to reverse the transaction. She confirmed i can do the payment using paytm wallet. She created a case and mentioned the same. I asked also clearly mansions in case i can do the payment through paytm wallet. She said okay.
          After 7 days no resolution from paytm cares. I called again and again.
          Each time i need to explain my issue. Each time they created different case.

          On 30-nov-2017, finally i got reply from paytm care (Reference no.:[protected], saying
          “we would like to inform you that as of now there is no option available to pay future generali india life insurance using paytm wallet however you can pay the premium using paytm payment gateway through cc/dc/net banking.”
          On 30-nov-2017, i replied on the same email.
          “ i already have sufficient amount in paytm wallet and i need to do transaction for insurance payment of rs.13123. So could you do one favor either transfer amount 13123 to my account of paytm bank or else revert my transaction of 14000 to my bank (Remaining amount i will add to wallet).
          Or i will transfer to bank by self, but there is charge of 3%, that should be not charged.
          As this all due to miscommunication from paytm care to me.”

          I called to paytm care again and again. I said the whole story every time. They said concern team is working on this; they will get back to as soon as possible. Every time i am getting different reference number for the issue.
          I got reply from paytm care as well. They are not reading the concern issue, blindly they are replying.

          We understand that you are unable to send money when you send money then take 3 %. To help us resolve it faster, please provide us with a screenshot of the error that you receive when you try to send.
          As soon as we receive it, we will check the issue further & come back to you.

          Note: my concern is; (As this is due to misguide from paytm care)
          1) allow paytm wallet option for insurance payment or
          2) revert my 14000 wallet transaction to originated bank (Currently i have 13139 in wallet) or
          3) transfer 13123 to paytm bank or other bank so i can do the insurance payment or
          4) if i will do transfer by self-13123 to bank 3% charge should not apply.
          5) do the resolution asap, else late fine will be charged to me from insurance company, this will again leads due to paytm care.

            I transerred 399/- rs from paytm wallet to my boi account. The amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but it isn't reflecting in my boi account. This transaction, i made on 1 st december but it's still showing pending. When i'm trying to reach paytm consumer service computer ask me transaction id and when i put the txn id that was not valid.                 My paytm account is registered on +91-[protected] through which i transferred the refunded amount to the bank account
                Doi: november 25th, 2017
                Wallet txn id: [protected]
                Amount: 1099
                Money has not received in the bank account yet. I did mail at [protected]@paytm.com but i got reply that its noreply mail id
                I even called several times but customer care is replying that the transaction id is wrong.
                Moreover, i tried to log the complaint by app but its keep showing wait for few hours.
                Please guide me how to resolve the problem or how to contact paytm team.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have received a product (Order id - [protected], la melodia thermal top combo of 3 l size) yesterday, in which one size is ok but 2 item size is not correct, it does not fit me. I know the the item are not returnable but when a seller send wrong size who will responsible for it? This is too tight i have also purchase earlier thermals with same size description, but they all fits me. It is not even m size, it is s size.
                  I have also talked customer executive but they did not help me i am very disappoint this time.
                  I am purchasing from paytm since 3-4 year, and i have never faced this type of problem. But this time they really disappointed me.

                    My paytm account is blocked since 5 days and customer care doesn't respond me... I find paytm is doing cheat on me i have 10000 rps/-in my paytm account. I was messaged paytm but they don't reply me as i want and not solved my problem. I need my account bcoz it's urgent for me. If they did any type of fraud with me then i filed police complain against paytm

                      After the incidence i am not doing any transaction through paytm as it has created a different image. Please see this matter and credit my amount in the account

                        Dear sir, i am very strange that still no action has been taken so far by paytm company since 3/11/2017.
                        I have lodged a complaint which again i placed here. There is no one to listen to solve my problem

                        I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 for non crediting amount of 11000/ in my sbi udaipur account. But not credited so far till 23/11/2107

                        I am satya prakash soni. An amount of rs.11000/ transferred from nagpur paytm vide txn id no.[protected] on 2/11/2011 to satya prakash (Soni), state bank of india, branch udaipur, account no.[protected], ifsc 0007889.
                        This amount has not been credited so far 23/11/2017.in my account.

                        Please see where this has been blocked. Please help and credit this amount in my bank account sbi udaipur as given.
                        I am sending a photo screen of payment sent to my account. Please tell me how much time it will take in crediting this amount in my account. Three weeks have been elapsed. It is very strange

                        This amount should not be returned to that paytm shop outlet mobile no.[protected]/[protected] name suraj. As told. Because the said paytm shopkeeper has closed the shop

                        ये रकम जो नागपुर से मेरे मित्र ने मुझे भेजी है मेरे है बैंक sbi account udaipur अकाउंट में डिपाजिट होनी चाहिए। क्योकि जिस paytm दुकानदार को ट्रांसफर करेने के लिए दी थी वो दुकानदार अपनी दुकान नहीं खोल रहा.. इसलिए ये amount मेरे अकाउंट में डिपाजिट करवाने की कृपा करे. Please listen my request seriously.

                        I request paytm company to listen my request. I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 and today is 20/11. No action has been taken so far.
                        Please transfer the money 11000/ in my account as given. The money should not be sent back to the paytm outlet shop as the said shopkeeper ran away.

                        Sir, i am very sorry and sad to say that paytm demands 1100/ as charges for transfer of this money 11000/. To my sbi account. Today called me by this phone no.[protected] mr. Prashant told me the draft will be prepared but i have to deposit 1100/ before transferring this money to my account. It is illegal and paytm authority should see and check. They said they are speaking from paytm ;company heydraband.

                        I request paytm company please credit 11000/ amount to my sbi account udaipur.
                        It seems that this amount do not want to credit by paytm company.

                        Dear sir. I am afraid and very sad to that paytm company has not so far solved my problem till date. My amount 11000/ has not been credited so far till 30/11. No one attended my complaint. Paytm company company is an international company and a responsible company.
                        I request to paytm please credit 11000/ to my sbi udaipur account. All details and documents have been given earlier and shown in my earlier appeal.

                        Dear sir/madam. Namaskar. Today is 2/12/2017 and paytm company has not given credit of amount rs. 11000/"to my sbi account udaipur. This amount was transferred from paytm wallet nagpur on 2/11/2017 txn. No. Given in the image attached here. One month has been elapsed but no action had been taken so far by the paytm company.. Haath jod kar vinti hai please meri amount mere sbi account me deposit karwa de.

                        Dear sir/madam. I have only 250/ to show balance in my SBI account Udaipur. If you agree I will deposit it. So that as you said the pending amount of Rs. 11000/ can be transferred to my SBI ACCOUNT UDAIPUR.. Account number 30961227324.
                        Please sir tell me the truth. In Airtelmoney company only 50/ should remain in balance. I have Paytm Account also.
                        I request please transfer the money as stated earlier. One month has been elapsed.
                        I shall be highly grateful for for your early action.

                          I was supposed to receive a 15% cashback on my zomato order through paytm with it's wallet transaction id #[protected]

                          The order was worth 250 rs. And i was supposed to receive a cashback of 15% and that is 37.5 rs. But i haven't received my cashback yet.

                          Give me my cashback amount, and stop running these fake promotional offers on zomato.
                          This isn't the first time i am facing this issue. I have seen several times, that you lure people for discounts and then don't give them there cashback amount. Cheap tricks.

                          Zomato resolved it, instead of PayTm.
                          Recently, I had won a spell bee contest organised by paytm. I did score a 20/20 in it. For participating in the contest, I was asked to deposit ₹39. And, the winners were to be given a cash from a pool of ₹35k. In regard to this, I didn't receive a single penny! Of you guys aim to deceive people then, please don't introduce such schemes.

                            I have bought unicorn 150 from paytm mall on dated 27 oct 2017. Paytm gave me delivery date 22 nov 2017. I have to give booking amount 20500/- to paytm mall. But till the bike does not yet deliver on my address. They do not give me any response and delivery confirmation.

                              Amount deducted for and order and i am not getting refund. Even it is not showing on paytm site now. It is a cheating case. I got 2 times option to pay for order. 1st paytm upi upi request me to pay amount and it get deducted and 2nd time again i got request and this time my transaction failed. Paytm history showing only my second tx. My paytm complaint no. Is 44739895

                                On 29 Nov.2017 I paid three Electricity bill of CA No. [protected], [protected] and [protected] using Paytm Wallet. But along with bill additional amounts were deducted for the Burglary Insurance for which I have not given any consent. Pl stop this practice and refund the extra amount if possible.

                                    It is submitted that i had paid a telephone bill no.[protected] amounting to rs. 854 to mtnl, delhi through paytm on 19/8/2017 by net banking mode through axis bank which was due on 30.6.2017 but the same has not been paid to the mtnl department due to this the telephone number has been disconnected by the mtnl deptt. I am facing great difficulty due to this problem.. It is, therefore, requested that the same may kindly be checked and corrected...

                                    My friend was trying to transfer ₹1000 to my number but unfortunately it was transferred to wrong number. I contact receiver to return money but he denied. So i called to paytm they raised a request for reverse transaction and given me tat for 2-5 working days. After a week i didn’t got money so i called paytm again but they are saying reverse transaction is not possible and i have to take a ligel action against receiver. Now for ₹1000 i have to go to police station and complain about the same but for all this process i have to spend more than ₹1000 so its worthless. If i face this problem many times that means i have to go to police station everytime?? Its really pathetic service by paytm and they should give me my ₹1000 reverse.
