      Please solved my problem...

      Even though i complained more than 30+ times in the care, i have not got a systematic answer yet. For ten days continuously, i complain that the printer did not get me. I have not yet solved my problem.

      I made a many calls, mails, all photos, empty shipment undertaking form etc. But no any answer has been received yet.

      All executive juniors / seniors members & managers do not give any answer. Only west of my time.

      I have recharge my another BSNL number. But it is not complete. It shows QUEUED For last 2 days. If I have to wait 2 days for a mobile recharge. Then why I use PAYTM I cant think.
      I need urgent money and Paytm has blocked my account and it is. Showing temperarly blocked from last 2 months

        25th november i added my paytm wallet amount 610. But for net problem my 610 amount was deducted from my bank account, and my paytm account is not fill by 610 rupees. Many time i try to contact with paytm customer service number but every time they are busy in another call. I lost my 610 rupees for paytm. I want back my 610 ruppes any how. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible

        I do add wallet 610 amounts in my paytm wallet, its was deducted from my bank account but 610 rupees not add my paytm wallet.paytm cheated with me.i want my 610 rupees back immediately.

        I have a paytm account and if I am clicked the option for the bank account replace to paytm wallet, then I got the error message.
        And I have tried many time your customer care no also but all no invalid.

          I was recharging my airtel postpaid number[protected] for rupees 349 after confirmation of payment it deducted rs 2349 from my paytm wallet. I don't know why this happened. Refund my extra money rs.2000 which was deducted without my knowledge from my paytm wallet. I dont want that levis coupon, refund the money as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint to consumer court.

              This is very shocking for me and very upsetting i paid my electricity bill on 6 nov in paytm also it is showing last paid on 6 nov but when i check in history it is not shown meanwhile for my bank account it is reduced on same the the same amount but bill is not paid still it is showing not paid over due,

              I want you to check what happen exactly and return my money i am having proof of bank statement also in your application it is showing paid on 6nov then why it is not paid.
              I have transferred money from my Paytm account lo bank account . Money has been deducted from my Paytm account but money has not been transferred to my bank account .

                      As of 21st november 2017 i submitted a request to paytm to close my account. I received an answer that the account cannot be closed, but only blocked. That means all my private data are stocked into their system without my approval. I found this issue that is violation my rights of data protection. I want to close the account, but there is not that option.
                      The option of blocking the account is only if i send the proof of my bank statement where i made a transaction with paytm. After so many exchanges of email and the same standard replies, i said i cannot send the bank statements as this is something private and the company has no rights to ask for such an action.
                      Therefore, i ask to be helped to force the paytm company to immediately close and delete all my previous account data and stop asking information about my bank statements
                      It is ridiculous service by PayTm. 2nd time I am raising complaint. I still did not get recharge in my metro card. Already I have complained regarding this. But no one cares in paytm.

                        I (Mohnish rajpara) from rajkot had ordered nike thong slipper on paytm worth ₹ 2469. After receiving that slipper there was size difference in both slipper so i returned it and ask for refund. They said refund will initiate by 6th nov, 2017 but they dint refund my amount. I tried to contact paytm many times but no response from paytm people.
                        So i request you to solve my issue and ask them to transfer that refund.

                            Hi,

                            I was trying to book a train ticket on irctc today. And selected the payment option as paytm. As the wallet money was not sufficient i clicked on add money to wallet and added the required amount. The deducted amount from my back account was rs. 1404.21.

                            The money got deducted from my bank account but was neither added in paytm nor my train ticket was booked.

                            The error i got on irctc portal was that the payment was declined by the bank.

                            Hoping to get the refund soon enough.

                                      I purchased "madhav product rajwada designer diwan set (Pack of 8 pcs)" from paytm. But the fabric quality, colour and design everything is different as shown in pic. I requested for a return within 3 days of purchased. No executive came for courier reverse pick up. Finally i got a text that you were not present at the time of pick up so the seller cancelled your return request. I contacted paytm regarding this concern and requested for a return pick up. Initially they asked for my convenient time to arrange the pick up and then they stopped replying me. I send email to paytm on daily basis but they did not revert me back. I'm completely fed up with their services, this is not the way to impose your products on customers. If there are products are not being sold then its not our concern. I raised a complaint about seller too but no response yet.

                                      I just want to return that product and get my money back.
