    I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info and attached document.

      I purchased "madhav product rajwada designer diwan set (Pack of 8 pcs)" from paytm. But the fabric quality, colour and design everything is different as shown in pic. I requested for a return within 3 days of purchased. No executive came for courier reverse pick up. Finally i got a text that you were not present at the time of pick up so the seller cancelled your return request. I contacted paytm regarding this concern and requested for a return pick up. Initially they asked for my convenient time to arrange the pick up and then they stopped replying me. I send email to paytm on daily basis but they did not revert me back. I'm completely fed up with their services, this is not the way to impose your products on customers. If there are products are not being sold then its not our concern. I raised a complaint about seller too but no response yet.

      I just want to return that product and get my money back.

        My account is blocked without any reason i have to take the cash out of paytm, really frustrated for the same, tred multiple times for the reset link but not able to receive the same, done the complaint as well but not getting the revert from anyone, really pathetic. I want urgent solution for the same, want to know the reason because ts urgent for me to use that money which s stuck n the paytm for no reason,

          This is to reference of the worst experience i had with paytm, i must say a really pathetic and unsecured services by you people. I have book two tickets from delhi to dehradun by mistake i must say now.

          The bus was supposed to leave by 9pm from kashmere gate by maheshwari travels but it didnt moved untill 11pm from there, for god sake bus started journey around 11:15pm from kashmere gate but again stopped at isbt anand vihar, the driver was so unprofesional that once the bus turned into flames because of not properly drived by the driver, after a long wait till 3am in morning of 26th november but moved finally from anand vihar to dehradun, but again one more issue was raised by bus person he dropped us again at roorkee itself however our ticket was of dehradun. U charged us for complete dehradun trip and u left us at roorkee?? How worst services u people provide to us its totally a harrasment for us, because of you people our that night turned into the worst night. Now i want a compensation (10 lakh for each booking) for both my orders otherwise i will escalate the thing to social media, the world will come to know about paytm services and how insecure it is for girls.

          I want a revert as soon as possible.

            I have raised a request for returning the product (iPhone 6 gold) a week before due to defective item. still I didn’t get any status from Paytm.. it’s been frustrating ... my friends told not to buy any products from Paytm but I was believing in Paytm service so only ordered.. but the service is very poor.. please do the needful or else you are losing your customers value.. please find the order details in attached image

Jisk transaction id - 710532 jo ki telecom communication pe hui thi. Is transaction ko patym ne 4 months baad claim kiya 27 october-2017 ko. Ye ek fraud transaction thi mujhe is transaction k baare mai jan na tha k agar 13 july ko transaction hui hai to aapne ise itna late kyu claim kiya, mujhe is transaction k badle koi bhi cheez recived nahi hui or agar aapne 27 oct ko claim karne k baad kuch bheja hai to vo bhi abhi tak nahi mila. Mujhe is baat ki clearity chahiye. Maine apne card se aapki details nikal li hai. Mujhe iski jaldi se jaldi details provide karayi jaye. Or agar mere amount aapke pas khada hai to use wpis kiya jaye.

                I ordered usha 812t room fan heater on 13 nov 2017 after 5 days the status shows as delivered on nov 20. But i haven't received the product. Raised a issue in this regard in paytm website also called paytm customer care :[protected]. They opened a ticket on this issue. [protected].
                After then there was no response even then i also went to paytm facebook page and raised a query then they again again raised a ticket no. 43872622.

                From then the product not delivered at all and no response on the facebook wall also.

                Then no resolution taken place. It very disgusting. Order was placed on 13 nov. Order no. [protected]

                Escalated in Facebook. No response they are just closing the ticket.
                1. They need to send the same delivery person to confirm product was delivered which address.
                2. I have checked with Flat watchmen/my neighbours/relatives. all confirmed that it NOt DELIVERED
                3. Patym/Delivery_Surface their customer care worst. It doent connect any time.
                4. They have call me to understand the issue.

                WITHOUT ALL THESE HOW THEY CAN JUST A CLOSE A TICKET.

                    Hello support,

                    I had registered a number of complaints to get my issue resolved. But there is no response and support from the paytm.

                    See below issue.

                    I had purchased a parle marrie biscuit (Bakesmith) and got the unique promotion code inside that package (As they have promotion going on with parle company)

                    When i tried to use that unique promotion code paytm application as well as paytmmall application. I am not able to redeem that promotion code.

                    It is giving me a message that promotion code is not valid. I have double checked and found that promotion code is valid.

                    The same case is happening with other promotion code which i have received.

                    Please reply to the issue and how to resolve it.

                      We applied for personal loan in paytm.com through paytm agents of byrnihat 793101 they said they will be providing loans, as their requirments we have submitted all our documents, they said they will be giving loans in the 2nd week of november before 18 nov 2017 after they have opened their paytm branch in nongpoh-793102, but its already the end of november and we havn't any info from... I would like to know if paytm is really providing us the loan? Or are the agents misleading us?

                                  I have paid for electricity at cesc on 25.11.17 through paytm application. Paytm order no. [protected] amounting rs. 770. It is still showing successful transaction and they have deducted rs 770 from my account. But till today cesc provider showing bill is due. Tomorrow is the last day for paying my bill or i will be fined. Please help. I am an authorized customer of paytm.

                                      I didn't got 600 cashback and i have already read terms and condition several times and my transaction satisfied terms and conditions to get cashback in paytm.. [protected]@gmail.com there is an offer from paytm that if i will make the payment through paytm till[protected] then they will give cash back of 5% in paytm wallet.. Then i purchased redmi not 4 mobile from reliance digital on[protected]... I paid 11999/- through paytm... Then the dealer said that they will give the cash back of 600/- within 24 hrs but till date i did not get that.. Then i called customer care but no response...                                       I am very disappointed with the service of paytm. I recharged the value of 200 rupees in Metro card number[protected] hours before. Still it is in processing but the amount has been deducted from my saving account. I am facing this problem frequently. Please improve your service and solve this issue as soon as possible or return my money.
                                      When courier come at my doorstep he said that your product is Damaged so you call the customer care ...they will help me
