Dear sir / madam,
On 25.11.17 i have transfer rs. 5000 to my friend account with transaction id:- [protected] & [protected], but due to wrong number it was transferred to some other account, i noticed the same in next 15 min and i complained to paytm executives (Complaint no:[protected] about the same issue, then they confirmed that the amount available in the same account and they promised that their backup team will check and do the reversal of the same, now after 1 day i. E., on 26.11.17 i received am mail from them stating that reversal is not possible and i need to complain to police and now they are not responding my mails also, please do the needful as if this type mistake happen in bank then we are having a option of reversal, paytm is advertising as bank and not supporting when the help is required, please do the needful required.
