Dear sir,

This is to inform that i booked a samsung 6 kg. Fully automatic washing machine wa60m4100hy as on 27 sept. 2017 and from sanjay sales mumbai it was to be delivered on my registered address "ganga sadan, rambag campus, darbhanga-846004".

Rs. 15100.00 has been deduction been made from my bank of india account number [protected] against purchase above items. On dated 29 sept. 2017 i got a regret message from vk-ipaytm "apologies - the seller samsung plaza (Sanjay sales - mumbai) has cancelled the item samsung 6 kg. Fully automatic washing machine wa60m4100hy / (...) (...)"

You are requested, can i get back the refund of my deducted money soon.

Presently i am unable to even login my paytm id and i wish to reset my password through otp using my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com, as presently i am in oman and i can't make any phone calls from my registered mobile number [protected] only messages i can receive on it.

    I tried to add money to my paytm wallet using bhim paytm upi platform. But the money was not credited to my wallet and deducted from my bank account. When i complained to paytm, they said that the bank informed them the transaction was unsuccessful and the deducted money would be refunded to my bank account.
    But when i complained to my bank and npci (National payments corporation of india), they said that the money has been credited to the merchant's (Paytm) account into icici bank.
    But paytm is not returning the money.

      Money rs 523 (19nov2017, 02.03pm), is deducted from my bank a/c (Added to paytm account paytm cash txn id [protected]-11-19 02:03:51 pm), but order not placed on merchant (Domino).
      However, paytm falsely shows paid (Paid for orderbilldeskfood1 order #jpt[protected]paytm cash txn id [protected]-11-19 02:03:51 pm).
      Further though the transactions are listed on paytm portal "your wallet" tab, however no such transaction is mentioned in "your orders" tab. I have attached paytm screen capture images also.
      Paytm response and customer services are very bad. I will never again use paytm and also advice others never to use such bad service.

      Pl refund my money back without further delay.

          My order number is [protected]. I ordered this laptop on 20 nov 2017 from paytm.
          Dell inspiron 7559 (Intelcore i7- 6th gen/8gb ram/1tb hdd /4gb nvidia /touch / windows10) (Black) with ms office

          Which is supposed to have touch screen (15.6 inch uhd 3840*2160 truelife led backlit touch display) and instead i received a different laptop which does not have touch screen and display is also of substandard type (Which is 15.6 inch fhd 1920*1080 antiglae led backlit display). I tried contacting your costumer service number 1000 times and everytime they say "order id is wrong" i am a regular paytmmall buyer and am very disappointed with my experience. I also tried contacting the seller whose number is not working. I want my laptop to be replaced with the one i was originally promised. I have also filed a consumer court complaint and the id is 516938.

              Since past 4 days my account is showing temporarily blocked. I had try all customar care no, maild to [protected]@paytm.com [protected]@paytm.com contact via tweeter and much more my level best. But still they doesn't replay me back nor show me the blocking reason. I have amount left on that account, some prepais order on process but i couldn't track them. They are doing mental torching to me. I totally lost my trust. Im several time cheat/fraud with me (That's some are resolved some are not) but this time they are doing too much. I just need to get back my money from my paytm account and need to closed my account from such like a big failure untrustworthy supportless system.

                I have purchased a set of bags from Club Factory through you for Rs.2006.36
                This product was sub standard and defective which was returned to Club Factory and they agreed to refund Rs. 1559.28

                They say that the refund was processed on 20th Oct 2017 at time 03:35:52 with following details:
                Order no- SO 5374516, Refund reason - missing, Paytm Transaction ID [protected], Payment method Paytm wallet, (I am also sending the screen shot in subsequent mail )

                This amount has not reach in my Paytm wallet

                As per the advise I am trying to followup at[protected] which says that I should call[protected] which ultimately ends abruptly. This is frustrating.

                Why is such arrogance on the part of Paytm that on one can talk to Paytm even after continuous efforts of more than 45 days?

                I have repeatedly requested for a return call but no one is bothered at Paytm such kind of highhandedness may be troubling for Paytm. Please help.

                Pay tm is an arrogant company who does not try to resolve the problems of customers. even the number appearing here +[protected] [Support] is an invalid number.

                I have lost faith in Paytm and whenever I will get an opportunity to lodge a complain against Paytm I will certainly do it.

                  Whenever i try to login to paytm i get the error "your account is temporarily blocked for login". I tried to call the paytm customer care numer[protected]. There is no one to understand, only computer gives you set of instructions. I was told to send a message using paytm app from profile-health and support link. I have raised my concern 3 times from the app. I am not able to login to account since last 7-8 days. If it can't be unclocked, at least you can refund my wallet money via some other medium.

I'm just waiting for getting back my mony from there ac before permanently close my paytm ac with them.

                    i tried booking flight from bhubaneshwar to bangalore via goibibo on 15-oct-2017 for 21-oct-2017; i made the payment of inr 5714.34 and same was deducted from my icici account but ticket was not booked and neither money was refunded back.

                    Checked with customer care of goibibo and they suggested to check with icici bank as there may be payment gateway failure as payment has not reached to goibibo for flight booking.

                      Hello sir/ madam,

                      This is to bring your kind attention that on friday 17th november 2017at 8:30pm. I ordered a pizza from dominos website and paid through my paytm wallet but the order transaction got failed and my paytm wallet has been deducted with rs 641. I requested paytm so they said it's your merchant fault so i called merchant and they said they haven't received the amount. Trsanction id is - #jpt[protected] and my wallet transaction id is [protected].

                      And most important thing here is the amount is showing a debit balance when i'm seeing it in paytm wallet but it is not visible in when i'm checking "track order" of my paytm menu. Rest all transaction made is mentioned in track order. This means there is no such transaction is made of amount 641 or credited to merchant but they have deducted the amount of 641.

                      Please reply to my query at earliest.

                              Ordered food online and used paytm wallet to pay for the order on 18th november.

                              The payment failed twice but the amount (Rs 586) was debited from my wallet.

                              Even after 5+ days i've not received my money back and all my efforts to contact the paytm guys to resolve my query has gone in vain and unanswered.

                              I dint expect this kinda tedious process to get my money back, i will have to think about using paytm service in future.

                              I hope raising my concern here gets my issue resolved.

                                I had booked ticket by paytm site at 8 nov 17 for travelling between delhi to ernakulam paytm deducted amount 4900 from my account. But after some time it sent a msg that your ticket had not booked and u get your miner on your account. After some time i booked ticket for gwalior to ernakulam at a stance he booked my ticket. Ticket cost was 4600 around. It deducted my amount from the earlier amount whose it deducted as 4900 but eventually 300 rs should be remained but paytm till yet not refund any amount the both ticket booking reference no is following transaction id [protected] and [protected]

                                Why do you showing fake add of ticket booking for india and srilanka delhi test match tickets availability on 249 to 5000 rs at your site. It's totally fake i tried lots of time for booking of ticket but last stage after press continue it not showing any impact why have you made the fool to people. I are supposed to explain processor as well if people gets in confusion

                                  Dear sir, i am very strange that still no action has been taken so far by paytm company since 3/11/2017.
                                  I have lodged a complaint which again i placed here. There is no one to listen to solve my problem

                                  I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 for non crediting amount of 11000/ in my sbi udaipur account. But not credited so far till 23/11/2107

                                  I am satya prakash soni. An amount of rs.11000/ transferred from nagpur paytm vide txn id no.[protected] on 2/11/2011 to satya prakash (Soni), state bank of india, branch udaipur, account no.[protected], ifsc 0007889.
                                  This amount has not been credited so far 23/11/2017.in my account.

                                  Please see where this has been blocked. Please help and credit this amount in my bank account sbi udaipur as given.
                                  I am sending a photo screen of payment sent to my account. Please tell me how much time it will take in crediting this amount in my account. Three weeks have been elapsed. It is very strange

                                  This amount should not be returned to that paytm shop outlet mobile no.[protected]/[protected] name suraj. As told. Because the said paytm shopkeeper has closed the shop

Please listen my request seriously.

                                  Sir, i am very sorry and sad to say that paytm demands 1100/ as charges for transfer of this money 11000/. To my sbi account. Today called me by this phone no.[protected] mr. Prashant told me the draft will be prepared but i have to deposit 1100/ before transferring this money to my account. It is illegal and paytm authority should see and check. They said they are speaking from paytm ;company heydraband.

                                  I request paytm company please credit 11000/ amount to my sbi account udaipur.
                                  It seems that this amount do not want to credit by paytm company.

                                  Dear sir. I am afraid and very sad to that Paytm company has not so far solved my problem till date. My amount 11000/ has not been credited so far till 30/11. No one attended my complaint. Paytm company company is an International company and a responsible company.

This amount was transferred from Paytm Wallet Nagpur on 2/11/2017 Txn. No.given in the image attached here. One month has been elapsed but no action had been taken so far by the Paytm company..                                     On 20th oct 2017, i transferred an amount of inr 9999/- from paytm wallet to payments bank. While transferring, in the transfer page there was no charges indicated and finally after the transfer was done, it showed clearly that inr 29.94 has been charged as transaction fee (Proof of the transaction details uploaded). To my surprise, when i check the balance in my paytm wallet, it was inr 10298.69 was debited which means the transaction is 299.69.
                                    Upon contacting the customer service the people started speaking like a parrot informing the charges are valid only as per paytm transaction charges for more than 5 times.
                                    I am having a proof which was from the paytm app immediately after the transaction was made clearly showig 29.94 as the charges which means 269.75 is the extra or invalid charges. Kindly check for the same and credit back the extra charges levied on me.
                                    Even if you are claiming its a valid charge, i have the proof that its invalid and its purely a glitch from your app and i am not ready to bear that.

                                    I have done a transaction post that also for which i have no concern as the charges indicated was only debited and i am ready to accept the same. For the above mentioned transaction charges indicated was not debited and hence kindly reverse back the extra charges.

                                        I have lots of complaints about this # app i am full fed up with you guys i have done 4 recharges within past week but none of them succeed. But my hard earned money got deducted every time. Since now my total amount is around 170 rs.
