I had 1000 inr in my paytm wallet with mobile number [protected] and the number was closed by me, since 5 months i am requesting paytm to transfer the amount into my other paytm wallet with number [protected], for this i have submitted that my account statement, my postpaid bill for both the numbers
Then to they are harassing me by sending email, they said they called me but till date no one called me from paytm, they asked to give different number dont know why,
I am very much harassed and going through so mental torture daily they are not crediting the money into my wallet or to my bank account for which i have provided my bank account statement
I request compensation of atleast 10, 000/- for going through this torture
I have lost faith in Paytm and whenever I will get an opportunity to lodge a complain against Paytm I will certainly do it.
I have purchased a set of bags from Club Factory through you for Rs.2006.36
This product was sub standard and defective which was returned to Club Factory and they agreed to refund Rs. 1559.28
They say that the refund was processed on 20th Oct 2017 at time 03:35:52 with following details:
Order no- SO 5374516, Refund reason - missing, Paytm Transaction ID [protected], Payment method Paytm wallet, (I am also sending the screen shot in subsequent mail )
This amount has not reach in my Paytm wallet
As per the advise I am trying to followup at[protected] which says that I should call[protected] which ultimately ends abruptly. This is frustrating.
Why is such arrogance on the part of Paytm that on one can talk to Paytm even after continuous efforts of more than 45 days?
I have repeatedly requested for a return call but no one is bothered at Paytm such kind of highhandedness may be troubling for Paytm. Please help.
