Dear sir / madam,

On 25.11.17 i have transfer rs. 5000 to my friend account with transaction id:- [protected] & [protected], but due to wrong number it was transferred to some other account, i noticed the same in next 15 min and i complained to paytm executives (Complaint no:[protected] about the same issue, then they confirmed that the amount available in the same account and they promised that their backup team will check and do the reversal of the same, now after 1 day i. E., on 26.11.17 i received am mail from them stating that reversal is not possible and i need to complain to police and now they are not responding my mails also, please do the needful as if this type mistake happen in bank then we are having a option of reversal, paytm is advertising as bank and not supporting when the help is required, please do the needful required.

      I have a doubt.
      Foodie section - chennai city- kfc offers
      Which the paytm offered up to 100% cash back but in t&c it shows like these

      Max cash back rs:60 with min transaction :rs100 which means
      For instance: if i will buy any item at the cost of rs:100 i would get 60 rs cash back which means 60% cash back so want would be the reason to mention there as upto % 100 cash back and the cash back is only applicable for max two transactions that too not satiated the above up to 100% cash back
      Let me know it in detail

        I hadbooked two ticket from irctc from new delhi to mumbai different dated and same was cancelled and contaced on paytm customerr care and they checked the amount of rs. 2630 each ticket had been received and informed me the amount will be refunded into your bank account but no amount has been received in my account my complaint reference[protected] and 42220829 complaint reference no.43744397. But no information has been received my till now. Kindly remit the amount into my account as you said and inform me accordingly.

        The train Tickets were cancelled on October 22.10.2017 and 24.10.2017 and the IRCTC has refunded the amount Rs. 2630 each tickets as ur paytm customer care checked and the amount of Two tickets Rs. 5260/- (Rs. 2630/- each tickets) were received but no amount has been remitted into my bank account. immediately amount transfer into my account other appropriate legal action may be taken as per legal procedure. (CDRF)

              14 november, 2017. I made transaction through paytm to a number but money didn't receive at other end. The receiver end also did the complaint but there is no reply till now. the wallet transaction id is [protected].in paytm aop. It is showing that transaction is successful but there is no. Transfer of money and not even credited to my bank account.

              Kindly help to resolve this issue.

                I had booked a show through paytm on 25 nov.in kiran talkies tonk but when i reached at the time of show i came to know that show is cancelled due to some repair work going in cinema hall.
                I tried to costmer care but didnt picked my call even after long wait.
                I am not able to get a complain forum where i can lodge my complain.
                Kindly provide me my money back that is 521.72. I m suffering much due to this irresponsible behave and poor costomer service. If dont get a satisfactory reply in some time surely go to consumer corum.

                    On 25/11/2017 I transferred ₹550 by mistake on Mobile no. [protected].
                    The transfer I'd is [protected].the mobile no. On which I send the money is unregistered on paytm. I had also talk with him he conferm that he is not on Paytm. Even I also confirmed it by create account option on Paytm app I write his mobile number and a OTP go there on his mobile number means he is not on Paytm. If I talk to customer care they don't help me even they have policy of return of money in 48hours in case the unregister mobile number owner does not create an Paytm account.now I want refund of my money as soon as possible.

                      Hello sir/madam,

                      I sent a rs1500 to a wrong number ([protected]), order no :[protected].
                      Now i am calling this guy he is not responding, he block my number and not replying to messages.

                      Actually i was sending this money to my needy brother for his tuition-fees on his number but i missed one wrong decimal and it went transferred to this wrong number[protected].
                      Now i contacted this guy, which he refused first then he blocked my number, i called him thousand times, he is not responding, apart from that, i am contacting him from other numbers, he is not saying anything and cancelling all my calls now. So this clearly shows he is not interested is sending money back.

                      Please look into it, if anything can be done, only you can help me now.

                      Transfer wrongly to paytm mobile who is not responding and looks like name is also fake. Tried reaching paytm customer care but they are not helping and asking to take police help. But for rs 4000 i feel going to police i will end up spending more time n money. Can you please help.

                      I got one link from paytm and I opened I tried my luck I got 10403 rs it has told 2 days my transaction ID is PAYTM 635279MH69 pls check the status and give me amount as soon as possible
                      Paytm is hopeless.
                      They sent me a email...saying they spoke to they guy who received your money, "he said it was on mutual consent."
                      what nonsense is this, i dont even know this guy... looks like some illiterate who cant even formulate a single word of English ...not even hindi(very sad) ... like a poor villager.

                      i am helpless now, from all the ends.

                      Consumer Court, please help me on this, need your actions to bring back my hard-earned money.

                        I entered an amount of 27oct17 where i added 170 and total amount added was 420 into my wallet, however when i was paying it gave me showed me to re-logg in and i could not remembered my login however when i re-entered it showed zero balance. I guess this time i was entered through my phone number but generally i entered with my email id. Kindly check the matter. I had also mailed this query to paytm on [protected]@paytm.com. No reply..
                        This is the first app which has gone heywire with the payment made. The transaction id for that was [protected]. Kindly check into the matter there is a serious techical error which has erupted. Rbi should suspend their licences no proper technical team in place.

                          I ordered one blazer from paytm app on 02/11/2017. The assured delivery date was 17/11/2017. Now they did not deliver till date. When i call them now, they tell me no date can be assured and the same is international order so it cannot be canceled too. The customer care is pathetic, they are not helpful at all.                             I am trying to reset my password in paytm...i am able to hear only the robotic voice ...inspite of trying so sooo many days...i didnot receive any link to reset the password...paytm has to look ito this issue as soon as possible...

                                Paytm offers for a money jackpot and says about to send this message to whatsapp as to 10-20 groups or individual. Then i got 10452 in jackpot no money transferred to my paytm wallet.
                                I will not tolerate this type of cheating from this indian app. I am supporter of make in india. This is a shameful and unbelievable offer from paytm if i don't get immediate action i'll make paytm's bad image on all social media sites...in compensation i want my offer price with 10000 more for wastage of my time and mobile data

                                  Recently i had ordered parachute ayurvedic in paytm mall and online mrp displayed as 120. But after receiving product its mrp is rs49.
                                  I have tried to reach customer care multiple time, they were never responded. I had also sent request to through chat, but they were keep on asking photo of product and invoice, i had shared with them multiple times, but no solution.

                                  So, now i noticed that they have deleted all my complaints and i am unable to chat with them as well.
                                  Moreover paytm mall customer care number "[protected]" is not toll free and every time i call them they use to charge.

                                  Appreciate if you can look-into it and solve the issue.

                                      Dear team, after making so many complaints i am not get refund for invalid gift voucher sold by you. Requesting again for the refund. Your pin code is wrong and found invalid. Screen shot of big bazar counter already shared. Clearly state the reason of on acceptance as invalid (Gvs are invalid). Again you are providing us same deal code with pin and forcing us to revisit the big bazar. Sorry paytm but i will not go there. Already feel embarrassed.

                                        I have made online payment of insurance premium through paytm on 11/11/2017 as per website the payment was successful but few days when i checked with insurance company the such amount has not been credited. So question is where the amount been left. Even at paytm no dedicated help line no there to make call or talk them. Only through chat but i have sent many messages to them and they even don't bother to make any comments. Kindly help me to sort this issue as i have lost my 17000 bill attached herewith for ref. But one thing for sure never i do online such hefty amount purchase or payment through online.. You can check paytm query ref no 43656198 for my side query
