Paytm mobile solutions — non crediting amount 11000/ in my sbi account udaipur

Dear sir, i am very strange that still no action has been taken so far by paytm company since 3/11/2017.
I have lodged a complaint which again i placed here. There is no one to listen to solve my problem

I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 for non crediting amount of 11000/ in my sbi udaipur account. But not credited so far till 23/11/2107

I am satya prakash soni. An amount of rs.11000/ transferred from nagpur paytm vide txn id no.[protected] on 2/11/2011 to satya prakash (Soni), state bank of india, branch udaipur, account no.[protected], ifsc 0007889.
This amount has not been credited so far 23/11/2017.in my account.

Please see where this has been blocked. Please help and credit this amount in my bank account sbi udaipur as given.
I am sending a photo screen of payment sent to my account. Please tell me how much time it will take in crediting this amount in my account. Three weeks have been elapsed. It is very strange

This amount should not be returned to that paytm shop outlet mobile no.[protected]/[protected] name suraj. As told. Because the said paytm shopkeeper has closed the shop

ये रकम जो नागपुर से मेरे मित्र ने मुझे भेजी है मेरे है बैंक sbi account udaipur अकाउंट में डिपाजिट होनी चाहिए। क्योकि जिस paytm दुकानदार को ट्रांसफर करेने के लिए दी थी वो दुकानदार अपनी दुकान नहीं खोल रहा.. इसलिए ये amount मेरे अकाउंट में डिपाजिट करवाने की कृपा करे. Please listen my request seriously.


I request paytm company to listen my request. I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 and today is 20/11. No action has been taken so far.
Please transfer the money 11000/ in my account as given. The money should not be sent back to the paytm outlet shop as the said shopkeeper ran away.

Sir. An amount of rs.11000/ was transferred by my friend from nagpur through paytm nagpur txn no.[protected] dt.2/11/2017 paytm shop outlet mobile no.[protected] name suraj. As told. Please look into the matter seriously. Please help me.
Please credit this amount to my sbi account as given

Sir, yesterday mr. Prashant kumar representative of paytm from hyderabad hq contacted me and obtained details. And promised to solve my problem,, i am waiting for immediate action

Sir, i am very sorry and sad to say that paytm demands 1100/ as charges for transfer of this money 11000/. To my sbi account. Today called me by this phone no.[protected] mr. Prashant told me the draft will be prepared but i have to deposit 1100/ before transferring this money to my account. It is illegal and paytm authority should see and check. They said they are speaking from paytm ;company heydraband.

I request paytm company please credit 11000/ amount to my sbi account udaipur.
It seems that this amount do not want to credit by paytm company.

Respected sir. Today 23/11. But my amount 11000/ has not been credited so far in my bank account. Sbi udaipur. Details already given. It is my mercy appeal to the higher authority of paytm to please see this is very serious.
Please meharbani kare. Hoping an early action.

Dear sir. I am afraid and very sad to that Paytm company has not so far solved my problem till date. My amount 11000/ has not been credited so far till 30/11. No one attended my complaint. Paytm company company is an International company and a responsible company.
I request to Paytm please credit 11000/ to my SBI UDAIPUR account. All details and documents have been given earlier and shown in my earlier appeal.

Dear sir/madam. Namaskar. Today is 2/12/2017 and Paytm company has not given credit of amount Rs. 11000/"to my SBI account Udaipur. This amount was transferred from Paytm Wallet Nagpur on 2/11/2017 Txn. No.given in the image attached here. One month has been elapsed but no action had been taken so far by the Paytm company.. Haath jod kar Vinti hai please meri amount mere sbi account me deposit karwa de.
Please help me.

    On 20th oct 2017, i transferred an amount of inr 9999/- from paytm wallet to payments bank. While transferring, in the transfer page there was no charges indicated and finally after the transfer was done, it showed clearly that inr 29.94 has been charged as transaction fee (Proof of the transaction details uploaded). To my surprise, when i check the balance in my paytm wallet, it was inr 10298.69 was debited which means the transaction is 299.69.
    Upon contacting the customer service the people started speaking like a parrot informing the charges are valid only as per paytm transaction charges for more than 5 times.
    I am having a proof which was from the paytm app immediately after the transaction was made clearly showig 29.94 as the charges which means 269.75 is the extra or invalid charges. Kindly check for the same and credit back the extra charges levied on me.
    Even if you are claiming its a valid charge, i have the proof that its invalid and its purely a glitch from your app and i am not ready to bear that.

    I have done a transaction post that also for which i have no concern as the charges indicated was only debited and i am ready to accept the same. For the above mentioned transaction charges indicated was not debited and hence kindly reverse back the extra charges.

          Six month before the account was oped from pytm and last month i missed the sim that the number was in paytm account so i take one fresh account in another number now iam complaint for stop the new number which created latest so i can usethe number to previous paytm account so delate new account [protected] .so i called coustmer care their is nouse.

I booked my railway ticket through irctc on 22/11/17 and paid via paytm wallet, the payment was made successful on the side of paytm wallet but my ticket was not booked. This is happening for second time with me. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible as it is very urgent for me. Plzz reply soon

                I had transferred rs 50000/- in emitra portal through paytm wallet from my card.

                Amount got dedcuted from my card but not received in emitra portal nor in paytm wallet.

                Below is the mail received from paytm.

                Your transaction of rs.50000.0 to emitra under order[protected] was unsuccessful at merchant's end. The amount deducted from your bank/card has been refunded back to your bank.

                Attaching mail for your reference.

                Request you to please refund the amount on urgent basis as transaction is falied & i have not received the refund amount yet.

                Also, please provide refund id.

                  I tried to add money on pay tm wallet, but its always decline and i keep on trying various time.. But its still said failed to added money on wallet. But after a couple of week when i visit bank to take mini statement of my sbi account. All the money had been deducted from paytm. And i don get any notification as well as no single penny has added in paytm wallet.. So can u plus help me out of this problem.. If it so i will b more gladful.
                  Worst app ever seen ...there customer care can't solve a single problem.i will never use this app again and also suggest my relatives to don't use this [censored]!!!

                    I booked a railway ticket from irctc on 4 november 2017 but unfortunately train was cancelled. I didn't cancel my ticket because i did tatkal ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be directly credit into my bank account within 72 hours of train cancellation but i haven't get.
                    In my irctc account it is showing that on 9th november 2017, railway refund that amount to pytmsdk but it is not credit into my account. Detail is following:

                    Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]
                    Railway ticket pnr no.: [protected]
                    Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
                    Amount: 1775 rs.

                    This is my request to paytmsdk to refund my mentioned amount

                      I have ordered a pair of blue colored shoe vide order no. [protected] on dated 13/11/2017. A pair of black coloured shoe has been delivered on 15/11/2017, instead of blue coloured shoe, so i have given return request on the same day, by selecting the reason of return the product - quality issue of product because there was no option of colour issue to select.

                      At the time of pickup the product, pickup boy has refused to collect the (Shoes) order, due to mismatch of colour in paytm records (Blue) and which they have delivered (Black). After that i have given the request on help and support option, on paytm app; but no any response given by paytm to resolve my problem.

                      No any helpline number or email id are available on internet (Of paytm) that are working properly, so that customers could place their grievances or complaint to resolve their such type of problem.

                      I have tired to trying of my all efforts, to contact of their helpline numbers, but i have failed to contact paytm for resolution of my above said matter.

                      So it is requested to you, take necessary action, so that resolve the above matter.

                            Hello sir
                            I have made a transaction using paytm wallet on dominos on 19th november 2017.

                            Paytm has deducted the money from my account but order is not booked on dominos. I have received error that your bank has not responded and my money is deducted. I want my refund for the same as order had not booked.

                            Also i have contact paytm but doesnot get satisfactory reply.

                                I submitted a complaint for unauthorised transaction from my account. Paytm then without asking me blocked my account. The account currently has more than rs. 1000. I have sent them messages and emails asking if they require any information to unblock it, but no reply has come from their side till now.
                                I need to access my account.

                                  Paytm application trying to making fool of the people by saying that people will earn 10000 reward in our wallet if we share paytm app to other contacts on watsapp. They are just gaining popularirt by this fake promises and by doing waste of time!!.. I have all the screenshots with me!! Just for publicity they are opting wrong ways!! Kindlt take strict action on it

Due to server problem transaction not done but that amount 550 rs has deducted from my paytm bank account.... But this amount not credited to friend's bank.... Till a date this 550rs not refunded in my paytm bank.. What a donkey service.... They should shy for this service.... My upi transaction id is[protected]

                                        Paytm customer care persons are not at all supportive, they are trying to be fool me. I booked air ticket it was not written that voter id or passport in required to travel to nepal but i was not allowed to travel & i have again booked ticket @ very high price. From 3 days i ma trying to contact their customer care but they are not supporting, their seniors are not coming over phone even. Its a complete mental torture. Paytm order id is [protected]. I wanrt a compensatio as i had to book to tickets & ticket price.
