    According to my wallet transaction ID [protected] dt.06.11.2017 transfer from Miss Mahima Rs.3000/- is not credited in my account I have complaint to Paytm account department & Sr Executive Also vide Complaint No./Ref No.43148941, 43392741, 43432179, 43466385, 43467225, 43740244. & I have also make many emails but there is no response till date.
    You are requested please take necessary action against our compaint & please arrange to Credit Rs.3000/- in my Paytm account.

      2 days before, i have place order on dominoz through paytm. But paytm has not transferred money to dominoz.

      When i've requested my money back and called the complaint team. A manager (Name called mr. Aftaab, manager in paytm gurgaon) connected and first gave assurance to return money back within 24 hrs.

      But when after 24hrs money didn't came to my wallet, i called him again then he was giving reason that due system failure money has been transferred to dominoz. So, we have done our job and if you need your money back call directly to dominoz or order something of same value. And they have closed the case.

      Please tell me why i should bear the pain because of paytm irresponsibility and stupid customer support.

      Their responsibility should be like sedn my money back and close the case.

      Dear paytm, why you're making fool of indian customer by hirng such stupid managers who can't hold a dignity of paytm and because of them customer are bearing pain.

      Please fire them off and save your image.

      Please help me getting my money back within a day or else i will file legal complaint with all calls recored in higher authority.

        My electric bill 1 time pay and cash back offers available. Next bill offer cash back available? Plis... Confirm my contact no my paytm account emidatliy..
        On 10/11/17 an amount of Rs 399/- has been deducted from my SBI account for recharge of my jio no [protected] through PAYTM but no recharge done till date and no refund of Rs. 399/- has been done by Paytm.

          I had initiated electricity bill payment of rs.30348 on the 19/10/17 for assam state electricty dept.
          I didn't get any confirmation of this till 31/10/17. By then the bill was already past due and i got charged a penalty by apdcl.
          Paytm order no. [protected]
          Dc transaction no [protected]. I was informed that amount will come to my paytm wallet but i doesnt reflect the transaction. Also i raised support issue with paytm but they have not bothered understanding my problem and has send me a standard reply refund will take 7 to 14 days.
          I am still waiting for refund of this large amount of rs. 30348.

            As per term of price quoted, there was cash back of rs. 6, 000/- to be credited in my paytm account within 24 hours.

            But i am still waiting for cash back in my paytm account.

              I used paytm wallet to order from box8. The balance was deducted from my bank and i was recived confirmation from paytm also. Still the payment is not received by box8 yet and there is no any balance added to my paytm wallet too. It is like my money just vanished into air... This is huge inconvenience from the company like paytm. At least the should refund my mkney back if they can not pay it to my box8 order.

                  Recently i bought 4 packs of hide and Seek worth Rs 30 each. it was mentioned that i i get 50% Cash Back via Paytm. i scanned the QR Code but there was no Code inside the Pack. This is not what we expect from a reputes company named "PAYTM". This was just to mislead the customers. I want you to give the cash back n take necessary actions.

                    1) i had made payment for mtnl land line 28337214 for rs. 274 which was state as in queue. On 20.11.2017.

                    2) paytm order no. [protected]

                    3) on 21.11.2017 it was showing payment failed amount credited to paytm wallet.

                    4) rs. 92 was deducted as cc charges. What are this charges for?

                    Why am i charged rs. 92?

                    Kindly refund my rs. 92

                    I cant find any balance in my wallet please direct me line of action now?

                        The case is regarding payment of bsnl landline bill amounting rs. 570/- for connection[protected] through paytm portal from my account. It has been observed that though the bill amount has been dedeucted from my wallet but same has not been credited to bsnl. Had to pay the bill thorugh some other mean.

                        Therefore the deducted amount from my wallet may please be refunded on prirority... The relevant details of the translation are as under:

                                Paid for an order on ebay.
                                Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but payment to ebay was unsuccessful.
                                Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
                                I was told that money will be put in my wallet within 48 hours but no money has been refunded. It has been 3 days since the order.
                                Please look into the problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                10000 or 3000 money send ki thi wo se bad bhi nhi hui or sussus dikh rha or amount bhi kt gya or aage send bhi nhi hui or kitni baar camplain kr diya h
                                I had played the paytm power play quiz by paying 49 Rs and scored 19/20 but I never got the prize money. This is a complete fraud scheme to swindle money
                                I had made payment on zivame order no.[protected], the amount got deducted through my bank account and i did receive a mail and a message from paytm saying the amount is being deducted but did not receive the transaction id and zivame says the amount was not received and so the order is cancelled .
                                Not able to reset password. tried to call customer care for password reset but it says Technical error not able to reset password. worst service by Paytm even customer service is pathetic
                                I was adding money in my wallet.. But always comes dat transaction failed and the amount deduct from my debit card what type of service u providing... Refund my money as soon as possible

                                  I had maid a payment of rs.286.8 on 19th november for foodpanda through my paytm account. As the first payment was unsuccessful, i tried a second time but unfortunately money got deducted from my account twice. I contacted the foodpanda team and came to know that the money has not been received. Later i got a text message from paytm team telling that my bank has confirmed the payment against order id [protected]@1 and assured refund of money in case the order gets cancelled. But this transaction is not being showed in my paytm passbook till now and also i haven’t received any further messages from paytm team. A total of rs.573.6 has been debited from my account and there is no response from the paytm team yet.
                                  I humbly request your kind office to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      1st app showed payment failed, tap to retry. I paid again via paytm and same thing happened. There is no transaction sms or message from paytm

                                      Yesterday firstlyi was ordered in dominos for 541rupees it was falied and suddenly i saw that amount was deducted from my account. But does not get ordered. Then again i was try for order it was 447. Again it shows failed but deducted from my wallet but not received by dominoes. Because i called them for verification they told me not a single order they haven't received. Even they checked their paytm account but not received.
                                      So plzz make back return my amount or else i wnat file a complaint against paytm in consumer forum
