2 days before, i have place order on dominoz through paytm. But paytm has not transferred money to dominoz.
When i've requested my money back and called the complaint team. A manager (Name called mr. Aftaab, manager in paytm gurgaon) connected and first gave assurance to return money back within 24 hrs.
But when after 24hrs money didn't came to my wallet, i called him again then he was giving reason that due system failure money has been transferred to dominoz. So, we have done our job and if you need your money back call directly to dominoz or order something of same value. And they have closed the case.
Please tell me why i should bear the pain because of paytm irresponsibility and stupid customer support.
Their responsibility should be like sedn my money back and close the case.
Dear paytm, why you're making fool of indian customer by hirng such stupid managers who can't hold a dignity of paytm and because of them customer are bearing pain.
Please fire them off and save your image.
Please help me getting my money back within a day or else i will file legal complaint with all calls recored in higher authority.
