Can i know the reason why my account is blocked? You people tell we have a 24*7 customer care service and from past 4days i’m trying to reach the customer care executive and it tell it’s under maintenance.
Can you please fix up my issue asap? I have transaction to be made from it.

Voda phone mobile recharge rrs 500 was not credit in the phone no [protected] but from my bank account rs 500 was debited from my bank account. Pl refund this amount in my bank account. Paid for an order on ebay.
Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet but payment to ebay was unsuccessful.

I had maid a payment of rs.286.8 on 19th november for foodpanda through my paytm account. As the first payment was unsuccessful, i tried a second time but unfortunately money got deducted from my account twice. I contacted the foodpanda team and came to know that the money has not been received. Later i got a text message from paytm team telling that my bank has confirmed the payment against order id [protected]@1 and assured refund of money...

493 rupees have been withdrawn twice from my bank account, and I do not get Richarge. My account is withdrawn from my account and I do not get back to my bunk account ... You're using a paytm like this one....

I got my refund against order no.[protected] then i tranfer my money to my bank account 783 inr on 14 nov. 17 but after 3 days my bank account is not credited and there is no response from your side after 3 days customer care could not understand my problem.

I had done a data Recharge from paytm. Your app show that the Recharge was successful but the Recharge is not done yet. I've done a Recharge of 175 rs of Vodafone on 18/11/17 and a second Recharge of rs 99 same operater. Please do process the Recharge or refund my money....

I ordered macbook through paytm mall for rs 57768 on 12 october out of that i paid 56755.98 through icici credit card. I cancelled the order that i got all amount to my paytm wallet. I have ordered reebok shoes from paytm mall order id [protected]. And i got different color so i requested return selecting the option as (Quality issue) when return pickup person came he told he will not accept return because it is different color you should have select the issue as (Wrong product) and he left. I was the booked bus from pune to bangalore through gee pee travels. Bus was breakdown.

This is regarding by order no : [protected]. I had purchased a movie tickets from paytm since they offered cashback upto rs.200.

I had purchased the 2 tickets and made the payment using my paytm wallet. After i purchased the ticket i realized that inr 98 was deducted for 2 tickets in the name of cancellation protect.
