Mene apne airtel [protected] par paytm se recharge jo invalid ho gay tha. Jiska paisa abhi tak refund nhi hua h. Mera paytm id h [protected]. Ye recharge meme 15 november ko kiya tha. Jiska refund abhi tak hmko wapas nhi hua h. Please iska mere complain jald jald shirt out kiya bat. Or mera paisa retrin kiya. Niska me sara abhari ragua. He recharge 400 ka tha
Maine ek dth recharge kiya jab wo processing show kar raha tha.2 din baad successful ho gaya.maine customer ko dusra kar diya recharge. Ye cancel k baad bhi succesful ho gaya. Roz meri complain delete kar dete hai. Koi response bhi nahi dete.
I have installed paytm app on my phone for the first time.when i entered my phone number, it says my number already exists and if i would want to merge both the accounts.how come my number already exists when i am first time trying to use paytm app.

Could uou pls let me know where the problem is and how can i solve it.
Sir/Madam,
An amount of 160.4 was debited from my bank account (through paytm platform) for booking train ticket(IRCTC). ID [protected]. But the ticket was not booked. Please take action to refund my amount.

    Dear sir

    I got my refund against order no.[protected] then i tranfer my money to my bank account 783 inr on 14 nov. 17 but after 3 days my bank account is not credited and there is no response from your side after 3 days customer care could not understand my problem.
    Kindly provide me vijay shekhar sharma mail id so that i can maid him regarding this issue.
    Please please credit my bank account 783 don't make fool to public otherwise your paytm company can not survive long.
    I am sending you people mail again and again but you are not repling to my mail i will go to consumer court not because of 783 inr but because of you people behavior you should close the paytm company and should start begging to public guys.

    Paytm is biggest fraud company which i have ever seen.

      I had done a data Recharge from paytm. Your app show that the Recharge was successful but the Recharge is not done yet. I've done a Recharge of 175 rs of Vodafone on 18/11/17 and a second Recharge of rs 99 same operater. Please do process the Recharge or refund my money.

        I made payment for a product on ebay through billdesk using my paytm wallet two times but both times, paytm sent sms for payment confirmation but ebay showed did not received the payment and showed that the payment was unsuccessful. My wallet transaction id for first payment is [protected] and for second payment is [protected]. Please give me back my payment for both transactions. It all happened with me on 19 november, 2017 at around 11:12 pm. I was making payment for a woolen cap. I want refund. My paytm number is [protected]. The product name was 'woolen cap for winter season for men.' i am attaching photos for the confirmation messages for both payments. I shall be thankful to you on refund of payment.

          Hi team,

          I have transferred 50000/- in emitra through paytm from my card but

          Amount of rs 50000/- has been deducted from my card & not received in emitra order id[protected].

          I have received an email from paytm stating that "your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.50000.0 on paytm against order id[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled."

            So plzz make back return my amount or else i wnat file a complaint against paytm in consumer forum
            Everytime these happens with paytm so ppzzz solve my problem bcoz i want to take any headace more

              I recently made a transaction of 2257 on 18 th november on paytm wallet. The amount was debited and the bill status is still processing. Please help me neither the transaction failed nor refunfed.

              I made an issue on paytm support but they did not give me satisfied answer.

              Please help me what to do to get the refund or to do the transaction successful. My electric connection will be stopped if i did niloy give the bill and i have no money to pay again. Please do quick so that my issue soon get resolved. Paytm is a trusted company. So i believe in paytm but they cheat me.

                I ordered macbook through paytm mall for rs 57768 on 12 october out of that i paid 56755.98 through icici credit card. I cancelled the order that i got all amount to my paytm wallet. The money paid by credit card should go to bank. I called them almost 20 times spending more than 45 minutes each time to get my money back. They are not returning my money.
                There is an option in paytm app "pay to bank" firstly it was showing that payment is processed and not whenever i am clicking paytm app is getting hanged.
                Each time i am calling them, they are saying that it will be done but when i am not sure.

                  1st app showed payment failed, tap to retry. I paid again via paytm and same thing happened. There is no transaction sms or message from paytm

And i got different color so i requested return selecting the option as (Quality issue) when return pickup person came he told he will not accept return because it is different color you should have select the issue as (Wrong product) and he left. So i called paytm customer care they said they have raised a ticket and problem will be solved shortly and i will receive a mail or message but its been two days till now i have not received and message.                       I was the booked bus from pune to bangalore through gee pee travels. Bus was breakdown.
                      Bus service is too worst and 2 hours late as per scheduled time.

                      Finally we arrived in bangalore through ksrtc bus.
                      We spend 1050+ food 300= totally i was lossed 1350 for 3 peoples.
                      Even i was cancelled my hydrabad trip also. Totally 5 hours delay for the useless travels.

                          This is regarding by order no : [protected]. I had purchased a movie tickets from paytm since they offered cashback upto rs.200.

                          I had purchased the 2 tickets and made the payment using my paytm wallet. After i purchased the ticket i realized that inr 98 was deducted for 2 tickets in the name of cancellation protect. I had not checked on the option but it was automatically done by the paytm app which i did not realize until i got an order conformation.
                          Like me many people will might have made the same mistake. Paytm stole without even taking my consent. I called up the call center but no resolution i was said only sorry for the inconvenience our concerned department will get back to you. I have not yet got any resolution.

                                  I am ravi shankar gautam. I had some issues with icici bank debit card online payments and complaint to the bank. Some body by name rahul tripathi had called me up posing as icici bank employee and asked me share some details of my account in order to resolve issues, some of which i shared after which i got suspicious and stopped. He has made two unauthorized purchases through paytm on 18 november2017 on 3.24 and 3.25 p. M.

                                  I am available at mobile number [protected] for verification.
                                  Please refer to my complaint number[protected] to icici bank.

                                  Kindly block these two purchases so that i can get my money refunded to my account.

                                    Sir,
                                    I made a transaction for my jio recharge of rs.399 through debit card via paytm. I talk to jio complain center the say the amount is refunded in 48 hours, but the amount is not refunded. So next i call them again they say we don't receive any recharge so you may contact have to contact to paytm complain center i send them mail but still the amount is not refunded. It's been 4 days till i maid the transaction.

                                    Kindly provide a solution to me.

                                      My names dr qaisar raza i did a transaction of rs 5149 on 14-11-17 after a that the amount never got credited to my bank nor to paytm wallet, tried calling paytm cust care and i was asked to give transaction us which was given by paytm but they are only saying invalid id.
                                      Now what should i do is this a fraud act,
                                      Tried several ways to contact paytm but all on vain.
                                      Who is responsible and who will return my money or do i forget

                                        Payment for rs.200 was made through paytm to mobile operator airtel for mobile no.[protected] on 13th nov. 2017. The paytm showed the payment is successful with order no.[protected]. However still the recharge is awaited since the operator is of the view that they have not received any order from paytm. If the payment is not made the same should have been refunded by now. Pls look into this matter and refund the amount.
