I tempted by an advertisement in dna news paper published by you stating that festival sale by paytm mart which was offering about 60% cash back on purchase of more than 10 articles of daily need goods. Accordingly i ordered 16 articles amounting rs. 3634/- by order no. [protected] dated 5/10/2017. At the time purchase of each article i had selected promo code and the system was showing the discounted price. I booked the articles and paid the money with the expectation of 60% cashback. On 11/10/2017 all the articles were received there was no sign of cash back. I lodged a complaint for cashback. Then i came to know on 14/10/2017, i was supposed to apply a promo code while concluding transaction again, so i was not done that so the cash back was not offered. Their message dated 14/10/2017 further stated that as a goodwill gesture, they are adding rs. 54+120+74+74+74 totaling rs.396/- to my paytm wallet as cash back as per the prevailing code stealdeals 40 on 5 products.

In response i wrote on 15/10/2017 and declined your offer of rs.396/- cash back which is about 11% of the order value instead of promised 60% cashback and requested for cashback as assured. Further i called their customer care on the same day and discussed the matter, their representative was repeatedly reading the same message of 14/10/2017. When i said i am not satisfied with his offer and stereotyped answers and asked for escalation. For that your representative stated that his senior will also offer the same thing. There is nothing they could offer more and they cannot apply same promo as on the date of my order. Then i insisted him to write to me what he was stating. He said he cannot. When i insisted i wanted to escalate the matter, he said i may have to wait for long i. E., may be 15-20 minutes and when i asked him arrange a call back from his senior, he declined for the same.

Considering my whole experience from start of order till now, there are certain questions unanswered, which i requested them reply point-wise.
Why there was no alert to include promo code manually when concluding the purchase, whereas at purchase of every article system was prompting to select promo code. Which i did religiously to understand price. It is deliberate attempt to deny the cash back and it seems false promise and as stated by their representative that many people forget to include the promo code. Is this the trick to help the company show something big offered and deny the customer what he is promised by picking up the technical trick?
Why there is no escalation by your customer representative?
Why largess of 11% as against promised 60%?
Then i wrote to them in case they believe their customer service is best and as stated by them, if it is good will gesture, i deny the offer and i requested them to either credit cash back as promised and what i rightfully deserve or else take back the cashback of rs. 396/- credited by them.

There is no response even after escalation. You can not write to them through mail and you can only write through app or website and they closed my two complaints without answering.

I am very regular online purchaser. This is my worst online shopping experience ever.

    Dear govt of india.

    I am very annoyed wih paytm as they had temporary blocked my paytm account. After so many gentle request on mail by my side they even didnt bother to response. My paytm no. Is [protected].
    Kindly help me out from this. Oherwise guide me to take a legal action against them.
    This is very disrespectful as you are serving poor services and still you dont have time to revert to customer. No even this paytm dont have their customer care centres. I contaced 100 timea on thier number but automatically after few ivr call disconecting itself.

      I have ordered a shirt for rs. 708 with order number [protected]. I received the item and i have returned it to the vendor. I received rs. 260 as cashback and they refunded the remaining money of rs.448 to my paytm wallet. I have requested to send the money to bank. So the money is deducted from my paytm wallet but not added to bank yet. It has been one month from the transaction made. The paytm wallet statement itself says, that was a failure transaction with paytm cash txn id[protected].

      I have given 10 complaints in message form regarding the issue. There is no customer care executive to talk directly. When i am calling i am getting only recorded voice messages only. That too chargeable.

        Im unable to login to my paytm account suddenly. It says "please enter valid username and password." i tried to reset my password.. It says sms to reset password sent but i didnt get any sms or email on my registered mobile/email. Kindly check this as im having wallet balance. I have been using this account regularly.. I have also sent mail to [protected]@paytm and the response i got is this number is not registered with paytm.. Paytm reference no.: 43592894 for this complaint.

          I recharged my jio number of 399 but the amount was deducted rs 2399 fm my account and there was a cash back voucher of rs 2000 of bigbazaar in my order whereas I didn't click on it as the city i was residing doesn't have any big bazaar outlet .so where can i use the cashback voucher .so I want that the money should be return to my bank account.

                Paytm has deducted my wallet money from my account and also they have deleted all of my transaction order and histry from my account. But i have many proofs that i have done many transaction id and monthly histry which is mail by paytm company to me in last month but today there is shwoing that no any transaction regarding my account. Please take legal action about the problem.

                      I had order gillete man shaver blade from paytm mall vide above order no. On receipt, i found that the product was not genuine but counterfeit. So, i requested for return & refund (Within due period of 7 days). But, after so many follow up on customer care no., i got the response that the 'refund is rejected' i even sent my written request to 'nodal officer' & 'grievance officer' at their noida office. But, till date i have not received any response on the same.

                        I have purchased mobile from our nearest shop 'shanu communication at trilokpur road, kala amb, himachal pradesh[protected] ph: [protected] & [protected], along with my three more friends, 4 mobiles at a time.

                        Apart from cash payment, we have also made remaining payment through his paytm account - [protected], rupees 4000.00 three times on 11.06.17, total amount= 12000.00

                        But shopkeeper has refused one transaction (One transaction as failure), means as per his details, he has received 8000.00 only but as per my bank account details, all three transactions were successful. (Attached bank statement & transaction details)

                        I have my bank transaction statement. Please verify the details from your side and instruct the shopkeeper to reimburse my amount, failure of this may cause legal process for the same.

                        Take it seriously to solve the issues.

                          I have done a transaction on 11.11.2017 at 9.45 pm. I have received successful message of transaction and the receiver received as well. But the amount has been deducted from my account and not added to receiver's wallet yet. We both have made individual complaints through the paytm app and they have stopped replying to us. When i tried to submit complaint through their website, it showed a customer care mail id. When i sent the issue regarding that, i received a reply mail mentioning that i need to post issues only through app. It has been 5 days from the date of transaction and no solution is provided yet. We both are totally stressed a lot because of this issue. But their slogans are "paytm trust, 100% assurance, our promise".

                              I had paid rs. 943 through ptm*paytm gateway app on 14 sept. 2017 for the mtnl bill for mtnl no:[protected]. This payment was made directly on the mtnl website using the ptm*paytm app gateway without logging into my paytm account. This payment was made through my citibank mastercard n0: [protected].

                              However, the money was and has not been transferred to mtnl till date. Hence would request you to refund the amount of rs. 943 to my credit card account mentioned above.

                              The success transaction email image is attached from citibank.

                                Dear sir, i am very strange that still no action has been taken so far by paytm company since 3/11/2017.
                                I have lodged a complaint which again i placed here. There is no one to listen to solve my problem

                                I lodged complaint on 3/11/2017 for non crediting amount of 11000/ in my sbi udaipur account. But not credited so far till 17/11/2107

                                I am satya prakash soni. An amount of rs.11000/ transferred from nagpur paytm vide txn id no.[protected] on 2/11/2011 to satya prakash soni, state bank of india, branch udaipur, account no.[protected], ifsc 0007889.
                                This amount has not been credited so far 13/11/2017.in my account.

                                Please see where this has been blocked. Please help and credit this amount in my bank account sbi udaipur as given.
                                I am sending a photo screen of payment sent to my account. Please tell me how much time it will take in crediting this amount in my account.

                                This amount should not be returned to that paytm shop outlet mobile no.[protected] name suraj. As told. Because the said paytm shopkeeper has closed the shop and ran away.

                                Paytm वालो ने मेरी रकम दबा ली है. वे मेरी रकम देना नहीं चाहते। ये एक तरह गबन का मामला लगता है. ये रकम जो नागपुर से मेरे मित्र ने मुझे भेजी है मेरे है बैंक sbi account udaipur अकाउंट में डिपाजिट होनी चाहिए। क्योकि जिस paytm दुकानदार को ट्रांसफर करेने के लिए दी थी वो दुकानदार अपनी दुकान नहीं खोल रहा. शायद भाग गया. इसलिए ये amount मेरे अकाउंट में डिपाजिट करवाने की कृपा करे.

                                Sir, I am very sorry and sad to say that PAYTM demands 1100/ as charges for transfer of this money 11000/. to my SBI account. Today called me by this Phone No.[protected] Mr.Prashant told me the draft will be prepared but I have to deposit 1100/ before transferring this money to my account. IT IS ILLEGAL AND PAYTM AUTHORITY SHOULD SEE AND CHECK . THEY SAID THEY ARE SPEAKING FROM PAYTM ;COMPANY HEYDRABAND.

                                I REQUEST PAYTM COMPANY PLEASE CREDIT 11000/ AMOUNT TO MY SBI ACCOUNT UDAIPUR.
                                IT SEEMS THAT THIS AMOUNT DO NOT WANT TO CREDIT BY PAYTM COMPANY.

                                  I recently linked paytm with BHIM app and noticed 9 rs. deducted from my bank account. Paytm asked first 6 digit and last 4 digit of my card along with transaction details. When i shared details they blocked my paytm account. Currently my wallet is having more than 500 rs. Even i lost 100 rs in calling them since they are not having toll free number.

                                    I had an older reliance gsm number [protected]. The n/w provider scrapped the network and hence i lost all access to paytm by being logged out. I do not remember the password and unable to reset it as the older number is not functioning anymore. My new number is [protected]. Reach me as soon as possible. I have money in my paytm account and to get back the money or get it transferred to new mobile number.

                                      When i purchased a sim from canopy of idea cellular sim no[protected] and mobile no [protected] at becon ganj kanpur then he asked me my other registered no to send a otp in my registered no of jio ie [protected] and one otp is received in to my jio number and he told me that otp is used to registered my idea number and after that some new massage were received by me when i came back to my home from paytm to my registered mobile no of jio [protected].

                                      I still shocked that the canopy boy took my phone 2 to 3 times to registered my sim but he used my no for paytm account that i checked when i came back to my home and checked the massage properly.

                                      Massage from paytm is attached herewith.

                                      My request to you if any paytm id generated through my jio no [protected] blocked it immediately.

                                      I am not using any paytm account and nor generated any id from my registered mob no. [protected].

                                        On 4th i booked the tickets through the mobile app of the paytym for thor on 4th november, at 10:15 pm in cinepolis magnet mall bhandup mumbai, cinepolis india pvt ltd, 3rd floor, neptune magnet mall, lbs marg, bhandup west, mumbai, maharashtra.400078. During the booking, first i booked the tickets but didn't receive any notification regarding the confirmed booking the "paytym order:- #[protected]" amount was:- 599/- then again i book the tickets through the "paytym order:- #[protected]" amount was:- 559/- but didn't receive the notification. Then suddenly after 5 minutes, notifications for the confirmed booking popped up.

                                        The amount also got deducted.

                                        Out both the orders "paytym order:- #[protected]" was used and the "paytym order:- #[protected]" remained unused. There is no security question asked, no pin asked or any password.

                                        I tried connecting with the customer care for this issue but couldn't get through, there was no response. No guidance is given regarding this, no one talked about this issue on the toll-free number.

                                        It's a request, look into this matter and help.
                                        My order no. [protected] has not cancelled yet because of there was no cancel button showing.
