On 4th i booked the tickets through the mobile app of the paytym for thor on 4th november, at 10:15 pm in cinepolis magnet mall bhandup mumbai, cinepolis india pvt ltd, 3rd floor, neptune magnet mall, lbs marg, bhandup west, mumbai, maharashtra.400078. During the booking, first i booked the tickets but didn't receive any notification regarding the confirmed booking the "paytym order:- #[protected]" amount was:- 599/- then again i book the tickets through the "paytym order:- #[protected]" amount was:- 559/- but didn't receive the notification. Then suddenly after 5 minutes, notifications for the confirmed booking popped up.
The amount also got deducted.
Out both the orders "paytym order:- #[protected]" was used and the "paytym order:- #[protected]" remained unused. There is no security question asked, no pin asked or any password.
I tried connecting with the customer care for this issue but couldn't get through, there was no response. No guidance is given regarding this, no one talked about this issue on the toll-free number.
It's a request, look into this matter and help.
Yesterday midnight I have recharged 399 rupees.but not recharged also amount debited.so kindly refund my money
