I did the recharge of 499 on 10-11-17, 08:19pm to my jio number using paytm. But till now[protected]:41am its in processing mode only. When i tried to reach out to the paytm support service its prompts to enter order# and when i entered the its saying the order# is not valid. I sent an email as well as raised the queries in paytm app but nobody is responding at all. Really very very bad service. As per paytm the cancel transaction should appear in 2 hours but its been almost more than 48 hours and cancel button is not appeared at all.

I recharged my DTH TV on Paytm on 10th November 2017 at 10pm. But still in processing. I mailed several times and sent complaint messages in Paytm app. But problem not solved.
