Dear team
I have done twice recharge but as per i telephonic discussion done with airtel customers care and they told that they did not got any recharge from paytm on [protected]. However they said paytm do the 3rd party transaction and they can't assure for same

So kindly refund my amt which i paid on [protected] dated 1st nov 17 and 7 nov 17., i have done recharge rs 30 or rs 47 on airtel number - [protected]

    My jio recharge of amount rs. 459 (Order no. [protected]) via my paytm account on 10th nov. 2017 9:56 pm is unsuccessful. But the amount was debited from my wallet and it's still showing 'processing' in my paytm account. No option to cancel the recharge is showing also as suggested by the help center. And the worst part is they aren't answering to any of my phone calls. Please do the needful and return the money back.

      Hai sir,
      Iam harikrishnan. U. A, yesterday i have recharged my aircel prepaid account with rs.20 from paytm mall app at 10. Am.. I have applied the promo code of recharge100. (I was recharging in paytm mall app for the first time). That is i should get 20 rs. Cashback for it. The transaction's order no. Is [protected]. At thus time also i didn't get my cashback of rs.20. They are saying that the cashback will be available within 24 hours. But now the time is 12.12 pm. I didn't get my cashback. They are saying that it is still processing. But when i have recharged from paytm mall app i get the mesagae from aircel that the recharge is successful and you get a talktime of approximately 14 rs. Then why iam unable to get my cashback. After thatyesterday evening i have submitted an issue on paytm mall app and upto this time i didn'tget any response from them.. What shall i do? Wll i get my cashback?. Please give a reply.

        Hi team,

        I did the recharge of 499 on 10-11-17, 08:19pm to my jio number using paytm. But till now[protected]:41am its in processing mode only. When i tried to reach out to the paytm support service its prompts to enter order# and when i entered the its saying the order# is not valid. I sent an email as well as raised the queries in paytm app but nobody is responding at all. Really very very bad service. As per paytm the cancel transaction should appear in 2 hours but its been almost more than 48 hours and cancel button is not appeared at all.

            On 11/11/2017 at 1:05 am transaction was done to paytm wallet of rs905 and process of payment was not successful
            But i dint get my money refunded.. Plz solve this problem

                  I had transferred the money for the recharge of my airtel dth from debit card, but till now no recharge was received and no money was returned. So many times i have sent mails for this complain as far as i could not get any reply from paytm's side. I am very disappointed with your work style. Let me get back my money as soon as possible.                       I made a recharge of 149 for my mom's jio num and paid through my debit card paytm debeted my account at that instant itself but my num is not recharged yet its been 2 dys bt itstill processing... They r not showing even cancel option as well as they said u can cancel it after 2 hrs bt no cancel option... Im not able to contact the customer care as well... They don't have any option related to recharge problems as well... So pls help me thank you

                        My aircel number which i tried to recharge on nov 10th with order number - [protected] is showing me processing till now. I have put a query thrice regarding the same, but no response query num is 42927440. Even i called customer care. I didn't expect this from paytm such a reputed online shopping service. Hope you solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

                          I done recharge on yesterday but it's still in pending i try to contact paytm customer service, but there is no reply from them money was taken from account and there is no option for cancel also. The order no is[protected] and its worst experience, please take any immediate action on this issue. Are you guys trying to cheat on the customers i saw lots of complaints on paytm...

                            I did a jio 499 recharge last night and still almost 24 hrs has completed but paytm neither give me my money return nor recharge
                            And also not providing any solution
                            Its still showing processing and they debated 499 ru. From my account order id is [protected]
                            They are also not replying and

                              Hi paytm team,

                              I am writing you with very disappointment that, there is no customer service provider by you, where user can call and submit his issue. All those numbers are just useless.
                              Since more than 24 hours my recharge is showing processing and there is no option to cancel it. Also there is no response on issues i raised on paytm app regarding the same.

                              My order id is [protected] which is a 398 recharge on idea mobile number. Please help me resolve the issue so that i can at least do another recharge from somewhere else.

                                    I have done the payment through paytm for a recharge of reliance jio of rupees 400 with an expectation of getting some cashback but instead what happened with me was recharge was not successful and money got deducted and the transaction is in processing state from 2 days.i want to get my 400 rupees back.

                                        Please help immediately. Sir i had done reacharged wih paytm for jio 499 plan on 10th nov but till now it shown processing with order no. [protected].
                                        Your support team also don't responding at my query reference on paytm app also your email response system generate irrevalent massages to us regarding this issue compaints on it.
                                        Your response system may not work properly. Please look immediately.
