I made a recharge of 149 for my mom's jio num and paid through my debit card paytm debeted my account at that instant itself but my num is not recharged yet its been 2 dys bt itstill processing... They r not showing even cancel option as well as they said u can cancel it after 2 hrs bt no cancel option... Im not able to contact the customer care as well... They don't have any option related to recharge problems as well... So pls help me thank...

My aircel number which i tried to recharge on nov 10th with order number - [protected] is showing me processing till now. I have put a query thrice regarding the same, but no response query num is 42927440. Even i called customer care. I didn't expect this from paytm such a reputed online shopping service. Hope you solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you....

I done recharge on yesterday but it's still in pending i try to contact paytm customer service, but there is no reply from them money was taken from account and there is no option for cancel also. The order no is[protected] and its worst experience, please take any immediate action on this issue. Are you guys trying to cheat on the customers i saw lots of complaints on paytm......

I did a jio 499 recharge last night and still almost 24 hrs has completed but paytm neither give me my money return nor recharge
And also not providing any solution
Its still showing processing and they debated 499 ru. From my account order id is [protected]
They are also not replying and
The worst part there is no any way to talk to their any representative by call...

I am writing you with very disappointment that, there is no customer service provider by you, where user can call and submit his issue. All those numbers are just useless.
Since more than 24 hours my recharge is showing processing and there is no option to cancel it. Also there is no response on issues i raised on paytm app regarding the same.

I have recharged for my jio no RS 399 order number [protected]. Still it is in processing. I have tried to cancel the same from "need help" I did but did not get any response from Paytm team.

Please suggest how do I get my money else recharge?

I am unable to login into paytm since 2-3 weeks.I am unable to find my paytm wallet balance. TRYING TO CALL PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE AGAINST THIS NO ONE IS REPSONDING.
ITS LIKE A FRAUD MY MONEY IS BEIN USE BY PAYTM AS THEY ARE NOT UNABLING ME TO LOG I.
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I M AWARE I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY PASSWORD...

I have done the payment through paytm for a recharge of reliance jio of rupees 400 with an expectation of getting some cashback but instead what happened with me was recharge was not successful and money got deducted and the transaction is in processing state from 2 days.i want to get my 400 rupees back....

Your support team also don't responding at my query reference on paytm app also your email response system generate irrevalent massages to us regarding this issue compaints on it.

Its been a day i recharged my landline by using patym app and recharge is showing processing from last 24 hours and i m not able to cancel my order to get back my money and while doing complaint on their registered complaint no they make me wait for 20 minutes as its not a toll free no so they that they can suck all the money from my balance and after it not solving problem and by doing complaints they have sucked my 50-60rs balance i don't...

I recharged my tata sky dth for 300/- rs. Using paytm mobile app i had 50 balance in my wallet and 250 i added from my internet banking on 10-nov-17, today my dth connection has been discontinued due to balance zero and still paytm recharge is pending, i am unable to cancel the order and paytm team is not working on my complaints.
All the paytm customer care number are fake since their are only for ivr, [protected]@paytm.com& [protected]@one97.com...

Sir... On date 10th of november i have recharge dth but still it is showing processing means neither got recharge completion nor refund till now
I have complaint many times but not resolved till now
There is no proper no for customer care to call about problem.. They are just bluffing on calls to customer.. So i want my money back... I have struggled alot calling again and again to customercare and sent mail also but no respond...

This is to inform you that i did 2 paytm recharges on my mobile
And service provider is vodafone but it is still showing "processing" on both the recharge and i even can't any cancel button. And even your e-mail id is not working.

So i kindly request you to please cancel the recharges whose information is mentioned below.

This company is real bad. They have blocked my account again within 5 days after unblocking it saying that i have done some fraud transactions while all i have done is open my account in 2 devices and send money to friends and recharge with cashback promo-code.
I have proof of all transactions as all the transactions were done to my friends who i know personally.
I have 11k+ money which i was going to withdraw today but i couldnt...

Sir i m so tired with your customer care services. All numbers you provide for customers complaining are fake or wrong. I tried each and every numbers of paytm customer which is visible on internet but all are wrong and no way to talk any person or official staff of paytm. Tomorrow i have done a recharge on my jio number with using paytm during this process i enter wrong amount 99 which is not provided by the company as a valid recharge amount....
