I am regular user of paytm and sorry to say day by day the service of paytm is going down and i am loosing faith.
Pl refer to the attached screenshot of the recharge done from my a/c wherein it's showing the recharge is successful but the balance didn't received at that particular mobile no. Moreover i am trying to reach the customer care no. Since long but unable to connect.
I want the cash back on immediate basis, pl do the needful.

    I am one of the disappointed customer i cancelled a product which i made payment using net banking through sbi, after all it's been showing cancel initiated, and cancellation for this item in process for long time. And still now i am waiting for response from paytmmall through mssg mail or call none of them is responding every thing is done by boots coustmer service is not there no one was responding for the call which i made after all there is no option for the customer to complain on purchase what i made. Any way i cancelled it but it is in processing stage for long time i want paytmmall to fix it and sent the refund immediately my order number is [protected]

        I bought new laptop in paytm but laptop is not working properly i applied for return lot of problem is there in laptop from that seller. So i returned again they are sending for replacement i dont want any laptop from that seller. Refund the amount last 10 days i am trying to contact customer care no use they are not picking.           I had 3000rs in my wallet which was transferred by my friend yesterday then i tried to login to my account it shows my account was temporarily blocked please contact customer care i contacted using the app they are not responding i contacted through mobile number [protected] they also telling contact through app which i had already done but no response i mailed to [protected]@paytm.com they are telling we are not monitoring this email contact through app it's very fraud many of my friends also have the same issue

            I have brought "allout" from a retail shop and i got paytm coupon with it but when i entered it shows it is expired.. How it is possible?? The product was manufactured one month ago then how it is possible.
            Paytm is cheating customors by false adverstisment hence it is an offence to provide fake advertisment!
            It is second time the same thing is happening. Paytm customar care is the worst one.

              As i have ordered suzuki access 125, post ordering of 30 min, i called customer care that i want to upgrade my order, please cancel my order / upgrade my order.
              I have already had words with seller is also ready to cancel.
              Seller require mail from paytm to cancel the same.

              Seller had blocked my amount. Not even responding against my complaint on time (Responding 2 days later).

              If seller is ready and buyer is ready. Why the hell paytm is doing such a fraud.

                        I used paytm gateway for booking ticket through irctc, however my money was deducted but no ticket was booked, i tried many days to contact their customer service but there is no easy way for getting your complains to pay tm easily.

                        I am posting below my transaction message that i got but no booking was made against the same only my money was gone, and i did not received any refund or confirmation for refund, however other payment gateway do that within 2 days.

                          I have 6000 rs in my paytm account and it is temporarily blocked from past 7 to 8 days.. I dont know what kind of temp block takes 8 days.. And i have complained through paytm app they havent responded yet.. I am in urgency of that money.. I didnt know where to go then i found this website so iam complaining here..                             Today (20/09/2017) morning at 11:25 am i had recharged my paytm account (Transaction id: [protected]) and the available balance was rs. 833.07. After that i had paid rs 99.52 + rs 103.47 + rs 84.84. Hence total avaible balance in my account should be rs 545.24 (833.07- (99.52+103.47+84.84). However it is very unfortunate that my available balance in my account is rs 280.08. Please resolve this issue asap.

                            I had a call from paytm representative (Abhisek sharma [protected]) after the above complain. He asked me to provide my card number, which i refuse to give on security purpose. He threatened me to block my account and the conversation was extremely rude. Very unfortunate from paytm side. Once you know my transaction detail you should figured out your mistake and refund the balance amount in the source account. Why one need card number??? Unfortunate.

                              From last 5 days, i am sending mail to paytm, but from last 2 days they are not replying. Paytm has sent msg that ₹1500 refunded successfully but still i haven't received my money.

                              Following mail i have sent to paytm;

                              "sir i have added money today morning itself for booking tatkal ticket, after adding money i found that in paytm tatkal starts from 10:30 am, so i want to transfer this money back to my account but how can you deduct ₹44. It is totally insane, no body will use paytm if you are following this type of guidelines. I am not adding cashback money, i am adding my one money. You can't collect tax or fee. It is totally betraying to customers.
                              I am your old customer, if you will not consider this thing then it will not be good for you also."

                              "for this 3 minutes time, i have to pay ₹45 as fees on my own money. How can you justify this thing. You can see the timeline at 10:02am i have added money and sent to my brother within 3 minutes at 10:05am he returned my money. But when i to add this money back to my bank account. It is showing ₹45 as fees.😲😲"

                                  My name is marissa britto. I downloaded this app with my lenovo phone and downloaded other apps to put the money in my paytm wallet. My email address connected with this app was [protected]@gmail.com. My phone was damaged. I bought another phone, downloaded this app, couldn't reset my email address password so i couldn't log into my paytm account. I have got another email address [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail. Com09851 (Created in error) since numbers or print automatically becomes small on my screen. I am trying to access my paytm account from a long time, however the language has been changed from english and i'm unable to reset the password. There is an app which was supposed to give me credit twice that is crazy coin app and i haven't received any credit confirmation from paytm as i normally get otherwise. Please let me know how to reset the password and if there is a credit from crazycoin app. Thanking you for your support.

                                    I am a victim of cyber fraud. My name and cell phone number have been used to create a paytm account, without my consent at reliance digital xpress mini, shop no-6, gayatri building, lt road, 81, mulund east, mumbai, maharashtra 400081.

                                    On saturday sept 16, 2017, i went to reliance digital xpress mini to purchase a new jio sim. The person at the counter shrikant aathvale who was in reliance digital uniform and an id card, started the process to get me a sim. He said, an otp must have come on my existing cell phone, i gave him that otp. This was the otp from paytm. I did not realize then that he is creating paytm account in my name. I thought that is the process to get the jio sim.

                                    I had given him my aadhar card as that is the requirement to get a jio sim.

                                    I got the sim and it was activated.

                                    When i reached home, i saw that there were around 6 sms from paytm on my existing cell phone number. When i read them, i understood that a paytm account was created under my name using my cell phone number. Further, my kyc was also verified for creating a bank account at paytm, using aadhar card (That i had given to him for getting a jio sim).

                                    This paytm account is not created using my consent. I was not informed before creating the paytm account. This is a sheer case of fraud that took place at reliance digital xpress mini.

                                    When i went back to the shop and caught him, he said sorry i should i have informed you.

                                    I am calling paytm customer support for cancelling this account, reported this fraud to paytm cyber fraud email, no use. All i am getting is just a new ticket number. No one even cares to call me or deactivate this fraud account. This itself means, that patym uses fraudulent ways to create accounts.

                                    Writing to reliance jio appellate authority did not help either. They are not even interested in investigating the fraud that took place in their shop. They just shrugged off their responsibilities giving a standard reply.

                                    This is a nexus between reliance digital xpress mini and patym to create fraud patym accounts.

                                    Their customer service replied yesterday and blatantly said that they are not able to block the account. An account created using fraud method is not being blocked by Patym?

                                    And Paytm wants to open a payments bank? Paytm is full of fraudsters, how can they be allowed to open a bank if they are not even willing to block an account created using fraudulent ways? RBI may need to re-think over their decision.

                                    Paytm fools people and get their accounts created and also get it KYC verified using Adhar thumb impression. They take wrong advantage of innocence of people, by not asking them if they want an account to be created. Their agents just create the account without informing people.

                                    And when a complaint is made, paytm do not respond for days together. A call to their customer care is just as useless as anything, because they simply keep on giving different ticket numbers with absolute no resolution.

                                    An email to [protected]@paytm.com, bounces back with the message that they are not monitoring this email.

                                    And then say that they will not cancel the account. A fraudulently created account is not being cancelled. I cannot believe this. Can RBI and Govt of India, please take steps to curb these fraudsters?

                                      My self i am a hdfc account and credit card holder, is there nothing to track a ticket and close it in your system?

                                      Its been pathetic to hear the strategy about payzapp derived from hdfc. Let me give some things any app or bank has to maintain w. R. To customers

                                      1. Maintanance of working toll free number
                                      2. Reasonable responsive nature of bank/app
                                      3. Technical solution within no time

                                      I don't think hdfc is not such a bank like local ones who don't care about their customers. They (Hdfc) advertise them self as nationalized one. But have to people maintaining the so stated things. I made transactions into payzapp which is with toll free number in not working condition and support that prompts same auto msg. This shows how hdfc & associates like payzapp care about their customers. Is it your standard!!??. Local banks could give better response compared to you hdfc. Hope the bank technical and other team get well soon to get on the right track where a customer can feel that hdfc is international standard

                                        Order# [protected] for car power invertor charger rs.695
                                        When i recive it and tried to plug in my charger, but its not worked. And i try again in my friends car. But stil not working.. I decided to return it, i courier back to paytm. I return it back aftr 10 dayz. They dont send me any e mail about my order. But they dont send me refund. Today my friend say me about consumer complates, and now i am submit it... And charger looks old and used. And not worked... Very shamful to seen paytm like this, but now just you are my last hope, plz refund my₹695.. Thnks

                                        This is the second time I suffered the same problem in this Paytm promo code service that I tryed to make by having a hide and seek 30/-packet it doesn't responds to mi applying the promo code inside so that's the reason why I did complaint been submitted her

                                        my name is Harendra Vaiyata,
                                        i issued 2 ticket by irctc website and pay from paytm, then cancelled both ticket but still did not get my refund amount on my A/C.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I am unable to login my account as my account got blocked. After 30 mins I reset my password and i again try it with the new credentials but still it showing me an error message.

                                        Please help me out, and solve my problem as soon as possible.
