Paytm have message me for refund that they have refunded my money to bank but i have enquir in bank they told me they didnt got any of money from paytm now tell paytm to reveal evrything and return my money as fast as possible.. My order number is [protected] plz tell paytm not to fraud and refund my money in my account by tomorow tell them not fraud with valuable customers please tell them to refund my money as fast as possible

Refund not processed paytm is saying that they have refund ane bank is saying they havnt got any amount of refund and i knw paytm is liyng because my friend also got fraud by it so plzz do something to refund my money plzz this is consumer website to help customers and they are doing fraud like this paytm is not refunding money please do. Something i have register complain many times but nthing is getting solve by indian consumer complain do the need ful help the poor people

    I had credit rs2000 from boi to my paytm wallet on 15/09/2017 & on same day i had recharged my mobile number of rs100. After that i had not done any transactions then also my rs1900 has been deducted from my account. So my balance is now rs00.00 & now i want to know that what is the problem. And now i want my money back because i had done no transaction. Solve my problem as early as possible.

          Actually i booked air ticket from paytm, at that time they offer many offers, one of them was if i apply i will receive promocode which will provide 100%cashback upto 1200 on headphone .so if applied that promo code after if received promo code i ordered headphone from paytm and then applied promo code on that product and also got 1200 cashback but after i received my headphone it was damaged so i apply for return and i called paytm cs the told me that i can't reuse my promo code after return.. my question is if i purchased this promo code so why i cannot take benefit of this promo code

          they gives offer as cashback of atleast 20-25%
          and send the damaged product bcoz they know that customer cant replace it or they dont want to return it becoz i[censored] return it u cant takr or reuse your promopcode again

            The paytm website on product display grid had displayed the following item
            "sony mdr-zx110 wired on ear headphone (Black)" and it was put up that there is 40% cashbackon 22nd september 2017 5:33pm. I clicked onto this item but inside on offers there is no 40% cashbackrather at the max only 20% cashback is available. They are misleading and trying to attract us by showing wrong cashback percentage initially. I've the screenshots and video but not able to upload due to size issues.

                I have ordered apple iphone 5s for rs 18, 000/-. The amount has been credited from my bank and i have revived damaged product, mobile speaker is not working. They have mentioned they will be giving rs 2, 500/- cash back that also i have not received. Give me my money back and take your product asap.
                Till date i received foolish reply about asking for product details, since last one month i am daily doing this thing sharing details everyday, still no resolution.

                  Note: once your transaction history improves, system will automatically unblock this restriction and you will be able to raise queries. Any further abuse of policies might lead to permanent blacklisting of your account. All blacklisted accounts are permanently blocked and details are regularly passed on to national cyber - crime authorities.

                  This is really not acceptable without quoting instances where i abused ur return policies how can u just say i did it. Further i have been using paytm for last 5 years if its misuse pls go ahead and block my account.

                    I seem to have lost my patience contacting bank and paytm # for the past hours.. Bank clearly says.. Contact paytm.. Paytms response is #.. I am going to lodge a complaint because the amount deducted means lot to me.. You cannot just withold it.. And you also charged 63 extra for ur # service transaction... Betfer answer me back properly with a quicker response as i clearly have proof of bank what they r saying.. And mostly all ur provided numbers are robotic which annoys more.. I have written this in twitter, written email.. Seems paytm customer service themselves are useless.. It was freaking medical expenses.. And u dare to not dispute the transaction... Release my money back to walket or i take this statement.

                      I would like to bring this into your kind notice that today from 11.20 am to 11:26 am two unauthorized transactions took place from my father's icici bank debit card no:#3 of amounts rs 3000 /-, 3000/-, 3000/- and 3000/- at paytm. Earlier he got a call on his mobile from mobile number [protected] and the person claimed that he was calling from icici debit card department and my father's credit card has been blocked and he would require the card no. To unblock it and as my father have no knowledge about the debit card transaction process he shared the card no. And cvv no. Too. When the call was over he got 2 sms from icici bank stating transactions of the above said amounts. So total amount was of rs 12000/- which was out from my father's account. As soon as i came to know about this i got the debit card blocked and now i need your help to cancel all the above transactions as soon as possible. Further please do the needful on urgent basis and revert on this mail [protected]@gmail.com

                        I am user of standard charted bank. I don't know unfortunately balance has been deducted from my standard charted account so many times. Recently 1100 r. S detected on 14 aug from my standard charted account. Please refund it. Before this it happens 3 or 4 times. Kindly refund my amount of all the deductions that deducted by paytm mobile solutions.

                          I recharged my vodafone number with 346 for data pack through paytm. I selected the data plan costing 346. Soon i got the message saying 290 rs were added to my balance. Being confused, checked about the issue with vodafone.

                          After 30 minutes, i got connected with the service executive. They informed that the recharge was done for 346 while actual cost for data pack was 347. Paytm showed 346 for the same data pack.

                          And as you know the balance amount is always less than the amount paid for it. So i couldn’t even deduct that balance (I got 290) to get a data pack.

                          I found it difficult to connect to a paytm executive. So i mailed them and got a reply saying that they didn’t get any update request from vodafone informing them to change the cost of the data pack from 346 to 347.
                          I suspect both these companies are involved in this scam. Playing a blame game when the consumer calls.

                            I tried to recharge my mobile using paytm app with money in wallet. Recharge failed but money got deducted from paytm wallet. I didn't press cancel/back button during the whole process. When asked for refund, they are simply saying that amount is not deducted from bank. When it is deducted from wallet, why would i ask any bank for refund? Their customer care is ivrs and there is no option to talk with anyone. I need my refund.

                              I am using paytm since 2015 and paytm was availing me good service but last month i was logged out from my paytm account automatically and messaged me "your account is temproraly bloked. Please contact customer care". I was trying to send message through paytm app to paytm customer supports but paytm app was unable to fetch my data and dyning to submit complain. I mailed my issue to [protected]@paytm.com but they did not respond only i got a mail instructing me how to complain through paytm app. Its about one month but i have not get any solution from paytm.

I suppose to get 14000rs cashback but in transaction history it shows “cashback recieved” status failure. Why is it failed? And when will i get my cashback i m worried about it plz help as soon as possible i m not able to approach ur customer care executives through call. I guess your customer satisfaction service is very bad and plz do resolve this issue otherwise i will definitly sue this company for doing frauds

                                        I have booked ticket from benguluru to vijayawada and cancelled the ticket. After cancelling the refund was not made paytm. But when i contacted paytm ([protected]) executives said my concern was related to transfer issue and told to contact [protected]. When i made a call to [protected], they said the wallet is showing money was credited, but when i saw my wallet it was showing zero. When i share the same with them. They again told me to call [protected]. And the process repeated for 1hour, to and fro. Still my wallet was nill.
