I am purchasing two ptoduct on paytm both product payment are made by upi mode through bhim apps by my personal acc of sbi... Due to late deliever i cancell my one order and one are returned due to unsatisfied product.. But paytm not return my money in my bank account.. I also complain in paytm customer care but my money not return by paytm... My order no of product is [protected] and my register mobile no is [protected] this product is returned on 15 may 2017 but still not any return amount recieved plz help me to returned my money

    Hello,
    I'm paytm user from ahmedabad, gujarat. I ordered pair of shoes from one seller and that total cost me rs.4, 650/-. I paid him rs.4, 650 through paytm transfer and he confirmed the payment. He told me he won't send the shoes cause of some problems and he will refund me through paytm in 45 days by consumer laws. Now i didn't even get any refund through paytm or else. There is a lot of fraud going on through paytm. I'm requesting please guys do something about it. Help me out!! I sent my money through paytm so i want it back same!! He's name is harjhot singh a. K. A harry and his paytm number is +[protected]. Guys please you can cut amount of my money from he's paytm acount. I've all proof of that. Please guys help me. I'm from middle class family and it's a rs.4, 650/- a quite good amount for us. We work hard and earn. So this is not how it suppose to be. Please sir help me out i'm requesting or i'll complaint on you in consumer court. I hope you'll understand me and do something.

        I have noticed a debit of rs.6870 on 19.08.2017 from my credit card and the merchant name in the credit card statement is showing as paytm mobile solution.

        But i do not seem to have made this transaction and it seems a fraudulent transaction. Please help me in tracking this transaction and getting back this money.

          Hi,

          I have placed an order of iphone 6 on 9th sep 2017 and also have applied the coupon but still haven't received my cashback of rs4600.

          Could you please let me know the reason because while placing an order it was showing coupon applied successfully.
          If coupon was wrong than it should not accept the promocode. I have been trying to call customer support number but not getting any response. Please help.

                  I recently added paytm account for selling mobiles

                  First they said to provide authorization letter

                  We provided authorization letter then they said provide. Invoice with imei we provided that to now everyday they keep asking document which seller can't provide

                  Which is clear intention they dont want seller any more and just waste of time and n9n appropriate business practice

                  After struggling with so many documents and pain they rejected my application which is great fraud
                  Paytm is fraud clearly big fraud time waste and stupid site for selling

                      Hello sir, I wanted to transfer money from my paytm wallet to the bank.. But when I transferred the money, it got deducted from my paytm wallet and has not been added to my account. It says that my order is pending. I waited for 2 days and there is no change in the status. It's showing the same message in passbook "pending". Please look forward into this issue. I transferred 500 rs first and imps reference number was shown null with pending status. I tried again with the same amount "500 rs". The result is same. I want my 1000rs refund to my paytm wallet.

                        I ordered onida washing machine in paytm on 15th of august 2017 and i got it delivered on 16th of august they delivered a defect piece (There was a 7 days replacement) i requested for replacement on the same day 16th of august 2017 and they replied for me through phone message that ur product will be pickup in 2 days and amount will be refunded within 25th of august... But still today they din't pick up it nor refunded the money. If i call the customer care they ll tell we will raise the complaint. But already many complaints have been raised not any action taken. Whenever i call they tell we are working on it... Order number is : [protected] and complaint number is 646352... Please help me on it...

                          I have placed the order worth rs 4000/- and what i received is a complete damaged, broken item and that too other brand but packed in original box.

                          When i tried reaching the customer care email "[protected]@paytm.com" i am getting a return mail from [protected]@paytm.com saying
                          "we do not monitor this email address. If you have an issue with any of your orders, please raise your concerns using paytm app."
                          But there is no option as such in paytm app

                          I have placed the order for f&d f380x 2.1 speakers worth rs 4000/- through paytm and the order no [protected].

                          When i opened the received product observed broken woofer of f&d of different model and the sub woofers are local once and that too completely broken but packed in original box.

                          I tried to contact the paytm care at [protected]@paytm.com received a return mail saying they dont monitor complaints at this email adress

                          I tried calling their custome care[protected] says number does not exist
                          Then again called at[protected] reply as wrong number

                            I have ordered iphone 5s of rs 18, 000/-from paytm, on 28th aug and the same has been delivered on 1st sep. But i have received damaged product, till date i have not received cash back of rs 2500.                               I purchased an iphone 7 from paytm website on 24 august by order id [protected] and received the product on 26 august 2017 as soon as i opened the product i found several scratches and sim slot missing i immediately complained on 26 august for return and paytm executive asked for some photographs which was provided immediately. After that they approved return and we kept on asking to get it picked and after 5-7 days they asked to get doa certificate from apple when we went to apple store as soon as they saw the handset they said its fake i phone a dummy.
                              Today on 14 september its 20 days and still there is no responce from paytm
                              We have complained many times some of the ticket id is 3740605, 37840850, 3793377 but no action is taken yet we have to wait 15-20 minutes everytime to get in touch with executive and they say we will get it done in one or two days.
                              Its very frustating and by business like this people will never trust buying online.
                              I have also received calls from number:- [protected] and [protected] saying that they will refund money give card number which is a fake call as they are asking for otp also which i have never given them.
                              Apple has said that it is fake phone so how can they give doa for this.
                              Our prime minister mr. Narendra modi is giving his full support for digital india and by the work and cheating like this its never possible.

                                      I recharged my delhi metro card no 57366560 on 14 sep. 17 for inr 500/- the recharge was successful, transaction id is[protected], but when i validated the card at botanical garden, noida metro station it showed inr 200/- only.

                                      I have been trying to call paytm since morning but either of the nos. Are not working.

                                      Also this has been second incident earlier it was for inr 100/- (I recharged for inr 200/- and got only 100 in my card), i forgot to complaint for the same.
