I have paid some an amout via paytm she has received an normal message about someone has transfer rs etc. but in paytm wallet she hasn't got any amount.I am trying to contact customer care for last 2-3 days and she also trying but after a waiting of 20-30 mints i didn't get any sort of response.

    Paytm online quizzes are being held since long. Amount has to b paid first and later the quiz starts. However several times payment made in advance did not start the quiz. Also the quizzes i won in claimed that cashback will be transferred within 24 hours but was never received. Also my passbook is incomplete with missing transaction details. Several calls made to paytm customer care gave no solution to my problem and always gave a recorded message which was not at all logical. Also mail sent to paytm declared it doesn't monitor the email i'd given in their website. Disappointed with the largest indian e wallet company for such poor services.

        Hi friends,
        My name is divyanshu & my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com
        Two person done fraud with me on paytm & totally took 8900 rs from me by paytm. Now he had blocked &his personal no& paytm no. Which were 3 paytm no.in total does not exist. I complained in paytm 5 times. I got two response to submit for copy then i will get my money back. I have submitted the fir copy but no response from paytm till now. Everyday they just message that please submit fir copy & i have already submitted or emailed them three times to paytm for both person. But oayt! M response is nil. I think that they are not understanding language or some other communication problem. When i tried calling customer care i waited 10 mins but no response then. Keep the phone. I want help please help me i got that money by working hard & all i got is that both person ripped me badly & now from paytm also i am not getting response. What should i do. Please tell me i request paytm to resolve it as soon as possible.

          Dear concerned
          I paid my airtel bill of rs. 270 on august 10th but the payment is yet not received by airtel. There is no such section on paytm app which provides communication to service representative. On the top of that theis customer service calling is chargeable. My money is neither refunded nor paid. Kindly look into it or guide properly else i will be compelled to file a complaint.

            I received a call from [protected] stating that she is a paytm costumers service provider and told me that i have been selected for some gift from paytm company like led tv, laptops and gold for which i have to make rs 3000 transaction. Thinking that paytm is a trusted company i have transaction of rs. 3008 to this no. ([protected]). Later on i got a sms from [protected] providing me with the order id. As od34111315. My request to you is to kindly find this number which is misleading costumers in the name of paytm. According to them they are from best buy shopping company.

              I purchased an i-phone 7 128 gb gold but when i open it the dummy phone i got in the box, many scratches on corners, no sim slot on this phone.. I started device but it is not power on. I complaint against this order but no response from paytm, this is worth experience with paytm. This company cheats with customer and delivers wrong and copy products.
              Please solve my issue as soon as very possible very disappointed.

After many non-response from the paytm care and non-dispatch of product by seller, i have cancelled my order. Today due date for the order dispatch date has expired and seller was unable to respond to it. I request you to process my refund as early as possible and i hope you look into the matter

                  I did Rs 349 recharge for 28 days validity ...unlimited talk time...1gb / day net. But calls are shown not in service.

                    I purchased an iphone 6 (Rs 27600), but speaker of phone is not working i raised return request bt seller had refused, then i discussed same with paytm customer care executive he assured me that paytm will take care of this but its been 3, 4 days i didnt get any response from payatm. So i decided to quit my paytm account and will never do any transaction thru paytm.
                    It was worst experince i ever had from any online shoping site.

                    I got call from return and replacement team the person has assured me that he will resolve my problem has given me complaint no and request no I just want to know is this truecall or fakecall the no from which I got call is [protected] truecaller shows his name as avinash kaur.
                    Hi All,

                    Please don't answer call from [protected]. this person has hacked my friends account and transfer the amount to PAYTM and the mobile wallet.
                    Representative at both the wallet are not helpful and their say that they can not diclose the their esteem customer details.

                      1. On 1st september 2017. The unauthorized transaction took place from my paytm account worth rs 5000 (Dc transaction no -[protected]; order no - [protected]) to some unknown person, due to my mobile being missing. When it came to my notice i immediately called paytm customer care. After 3 hours of continuous call someone received it. And that person didn't even listen to my problem for a minute and disconnected the call. I called to tell paytm to stop the transaction as it was fraud. After 3 calls some one registered my compliant (Reference no:[protected].
                      I even provided details of the transaction via call and mail. There have been no reply yet. It's more than 12 days since the first compliant was log. My money is not yet refunded nor any action was taken. When talking to customer supervisor, she was very much reluctant to listen to compliant and behaved very rudely saying don't call them until 4-5 days. I can't understand is customer care meant to solve customer query or to add more problems.
                      And it also happened when i was talking to customer care person, who was willing to help me. But i could hear his supervisor screaming on him to not register any compliant of mine, she was saying that why paytm will register any compliant or raise ticket for the transaction. I was mentally disturbed whole week due to paytm customer care supporter behavior and my lost amount.

                      2. On 4th september unknown person contacted and said that paytm have send him mail with my details. I have attached it in the below mail. As soon i have seen it, i was shock. How can paytm sends it's customer personal details to any unknown person. I immediately raised the compliant and ticket no given to me was 37306481. Till yet i haven't receive any response to this query of mine. And the brand name paytm, which is known for their safe transaction is no longer being safe.

                      3. I can't access my paytm account any longer, though i had some balance in my account. It seems like paytm have blocked it. I wasn't even informed of such action. I don't known whom to contact as the customer care is so much reluctant to solve any query. I don't even know how to recover my amount balance as well as my unauthorized transaction amount recovered.

                      It seems like paytm customer care is only meant to harass it's customer and not to solve any problem.

                        I have cancelled an order in Paytm on 29 July but money is not refunded to my credit card. Order no [protected] and amount was Rs 34480.37, it's now 40+ days since I cancelled it but ARN/RRN number not shared with. I'm really frustrated with PayTM customer care as they are not giving any concrete date by which money can be refunded.

                          I made payment from paytm wallet to my kotak credit card. But amount dint get transfer after 4days they returned money on my wallet i got charged on my credit card late payment fee and my credit score got effected... I need compensation for late payment fee rs826.. Kindly compensate the amount i will be posting on social media and everywhere.

                            On 2-9-2017, i had made a payment of rs 585.50/- for train ticket booking through paytm using my debit card. But the ticket booking was failed and money returned back to my paytm wallet. Then there was an option of "send back money to my bank account". After clicking that option i got a message that money has been sent to my bank. On 6-9-2017, i got a message from that same amount of money rs 585.50/- has been again debited from my account.
                            Here i am attaching my transaction history which is showing that i have not received my money yet and paytm wallet history screen shot showing my trasaction id.
                            Pls see it and resolve this issue.

                            My order [protected] was Bill payment of Pgvcl electric power Gujarat on 15 July 2017.he doesn't accept payment via Paytm.i was already paid money pgvcl but next bill not deduct July Bill and also fine 500 rs let Bill.please explained why this happened.

                                In irctc it is showing amount has been refunded to paytmsdk on 03.09.2017
                                But still same amount has not been refunded into my original account from which payment was made.

                                I booked a ticket for Goa through IRCTC for which payment is made through PAYTM. But due to some reason I have to cancel my ticket. Now IRCTC is showing that the payment is refunded to PAYTMSDK. But payment is not credited into my account. Plz resolve my issue ASAP.

                                  Kindly note that i booked my ticket from delhi sarai rohilla to jammu tawi on 15th august. My train scheduled on 26th august was cancelled due to unrest in haryana. The refund was initiated by irctc on 30th august through paytmsdk, but i have not received any amount in my account. Refund id as shown on irctc site is [protected]. I have attached a screenshot. Kindly make my refund as soon as possible.

                                    What is the paytm escalation matrix, why don't paytm show their higher escalation manager's number?? I am just pissed off inbetween paytm and irctc. Paytm is not returning my money after cancelling the train. I have cancelation message from paytm itself. But still they are not returning back my money. Its really worst case. I am trying to get good advocate and call them in court. The case reference no.: 36687154

                                    In care team, most of the untrained people they recruted. Always they have same reply. Irritation guys.

                                      Have purchased a laptop from paytm (Asus r558uq) from paytm on 13th august order id: [protected] which turned out to be damaged and paytm replaced it with many difficulties after 2 weeks. The replacement laptop that they sent (Order id-[protected]) turned out to be second hand - seal was already broken, laptop was scratched, packing was torn. When i called paytm about this they said they would get it replaced now after 2 more weeks they are saying that i cannot replace or return the laptop because my account has been flagged for abusing the replace option. I'm a b tech student and it has been a month since i bought this laptop and it still haven't been resolved. I'm facing a lot of trouble in my college because i dont have a laptop and i'm unable to do important work. I'm being scammed by paytm, please help

                                        At the time of order booking they you said that we will recieve cash back within 24 hours but now it is more than one week and still cash back didn't recieved than you said us to wait for 72 hours and 72 hours completed and still we didn't recieved cash back plzz help and stop doing such cheap money eating activities be responsible plzz make cash back and say the truth that till when we will get our cash back plzzz help kindly and resolve our this issue so we can trust you next time be somewhat responsible plzzz
