I transferred rs 1700 from kvb on 23rd august to i paytm but my passbook is not updated since i transferred the money. I have filed a complaint in the application and spoke to the customer care also but there is no response at all....

Paytm has been the worst service provider in terms of shopping online. I have purchased 3 kurites under order no. [protected] ordered on 30 aug, 2017 12:53 pm. I have returned 2 kurites due to :
1. Ahalyaa digital printed chanderi kurti without lining - due to fabric of the material and quality is not good.
2. Ahalyaa cotton rose print floral partywear straight kurta with golden border - i have not like golden lace on the kurta....

I booked a zoomcar on 23rd august. My booking id is jps6ta3la. I paid a deposit of rs.2000.
Once i came from the trip i get the deposit in my paytm wallet. My number is [protected]. I clicked on 'return to bank' option. But once i clicked it's neither in my wallet nor in the source bank account. I made a complaint in customer care. But they keep on saying it would reflet back in 15 days. Now they say it's already deposited in paytm....

Sir my paytm no. Is [protected].. I have trasferreed 500 rs in any other account bt by mistakes i have transffered 500 rs in any other registered mobile no. [protected]-so plzz reverse my transection.. Nd give 500 rs to my paytm wallet or my sbi atm card thnk u...

I have booked flight for which i was supposed to get cash back of rs 1, 500. I have ordered a few goods totalling above 1, 500 but was shocked when they gave me cash back of only rs 128 saying each good is separate order. Very slow on reverting mail complaints. Not even addressing issues just informing their "policy". Pathetic....

A cash back of 8130 hasn't been received. It isn't a small amount i request you take action or refund my total amount.
The refund was listed within 24 hours and now it shows cashback failur, how funny can paytm get. Either they shoudnt lure people or they should consider looking into the matter asap....

In paytm i have transferred 1000 rs from icici gift card.
But in technical problem my 1000 rs debit my paytm account and not credited till now.
As per discussed many times with paytm customer care i have already share all details related to solve this issue.

Bank statement of icici attached for the reference in which clear mention that no money transfer on date[protected] at 22:44:28. Or till now.

I have ordered iphone 7 plus worth of rs. 69379 from citi credit card by paytm app on sep 1st 2017. My account has deducted by rs 69379 and ordered cancelled by seller.
I received a mail that your amount will be refund in your bank account but not received yet. I have mailed many times to [protected]@paytm.com
But not getting any revert.

Paytm should block the account of [protected] because its a fraud account which hacks the facebook account or any random person by sending a link and then requests for money on paytm. I have registered my complaint on paytm also but i havnt got any reply for that... I hope you will help me....

Recently i brought lloyd 1.5 ton ac. Now after 5 months am facing issue with this split ac. When i raised complaint with lloyd app they said online purchase will not cover in warranty.

When i brought this product in description they have mentioned 3 years of warranty and in invoice details they have mentioned 6months warranty but now when i raised the complaint the mechanic said it's not in warranty.br...

On 10 of august 2017 i was trying to update my season ticket from uts app through paytm gateway, but there was 3 failed transaction and i have already informed my concern to them but there is no satifying reply from both of them and i have already provided necessary documents but always same reply wait for update, the amount is little but people like me are facing inconvinience what about the people who are illiterate there is cost involved...

Paytm online quizzes are being held since long. Amount has to b paid first and later the quiz starts. However several times payment made in advance did not start the quiz. Also the quizzes i won in claimed that cashback will be transferred within 24 hours but was never received. Also my passbook is incomplete with missing transaction details. Several calls made to paytm customer care gave no solution to my problem and always gave a recorded...

Yet to receive refund from paytm,
Irctc status says money has been refunded to paytm.
But yet to receive money from paytm. It has been more than a month

I forgot my password so it is not allowing me to change the password. When i called on custwrcare and obtained like for. Re-set the password it is asking the paytm passcode how people can remember that passcode if he forget his password only i want my password i dont understand why u have kept that passcode check if people forgot then how he can get his password ans paytm balance i want to login into my accoust immediately pls suggest...

I am unable to login to my account and to my surprise there is no way I could contact the damn CSR department of yours.

I expect an immediate response else I would raise a consumer forum complaint to get it solved....
