At the time of order booking they you said that we will recieve cash back within 24 hours but now it is more than one week and still cash back didn't recieved than you said us to wait for 72 hours and 72 hours completed and still we didn't recieved cash back plzz help and stop doing such cheap money eating activities be responsible plzz make cash back and say the truth that till when we will get our cash back plzzz help kindly and resolve our this issue so we can trust you next time be somewhat responsible plzzz

At the time of order booking they you said that we will recieve cash back within 24 hours but now it is more than one week and still cash back didn't recieved than you said us to wait for 72 hours and 72 hours completed and still we didn't recieved cash back plzz help and stop doing such cheap money eating activities be responsible and we didn't recieved cash back on 6 items it is very bad experience to deal with paytmall please cash back us as per deal it has became now mare than one week even no one is answering on paytm fast plzz resolve this issue and kindly give cash back as per saying you should give cash back to us within 24 hours and please atleast replay us and resolve our issue or refund is we will return you products we record produts on 9- 9 -2017 and on 11- 9 2017 but even cash back didn't recieve or you pay us the full amount and take away your parcel and be honest this time i request you

    It has been 10 days since when i'm receving constant messages from the courier company nuvoex that my product shall be picked up on so and so date. But in vain. I'm on a leave from my office since the last 4 days just to return my product. Now, is this something kind of joke where you play with your loyal customers? This has been the single most annoying experience from both the courier company and paytm.

      On friday 8th sept 2017 some unknown person had called my father on from ([protected] & [protected]) asking for otp. My father mr. Suresh z saha is 56 years old man and uneducated. He gave otp number to that person and his account has been debited of rs.29999/-. Details are below:

      I have lodged a police complaint and also to my bank - state bank of india.

      Sir, we are middle class people and the amount of rs.29, 999/- is a very huge amount. It is our hard earned money.

        Sir i. Booked a train ticket at irctc site and paid rs1060.0 on 05-sep-2017 (Booking date). From debit card option powered by paytm but the transaction got stuck, session were expired and the money was deducted from my account. But no confirmation revealed from irctc and no ticket booked payment status on irctc site is "payment failed" please look in to this matter and arrange to refund my money tef your transaction id is [protected] thank you.

          @paytmcare has sold me warranty expired product i. E. Asus zenfone 2 ze551ml 16gb, but at the time of selling they provided 1year warranty.

          Paytm not provided online phone 1 year manufacturer warranty asus zenfoe 2 ze551ml 16gb service center not accept my phone issue in warranty period they told me warranty expired paytm not provided 1 year warranty.

          Paytm care please provide me full year warranty don't send any warranty expired phone with bill.

              यह कि सूचना प्रदाता ने दिनांक 17/08/2017 को समय 08:44 PM पर आपकी कम्पनी Paytm से मोबाइल ऑर्डर किया, जिसका मॉडल Apple iPhone 6 32GB (Space Gray) है, जिसका मूल्य 200/- (दो सौ रुपये) है, जिसको सूचना प्रदाता ने बखूबी देखकर ऑर्डर किया, जो की ऑर्डर पूर्ण हो गया और सूचना प्रदाता के Paytm Wallet अकाउन्ट से 200/- (दो सौ रुपये) कट गयें, जिसका ऑर्डर नंबर [protected] है,

              ऑर्डर पूर्ण होने के पश्चात सूचना प्रदाता ने ऑर्डर की स्थिति की जाँच की, तो सूचना प्रदाता को यह ज्ञात हुआ की उनके द्धारा किया गया ऑर्डर पूर्ण है व उन्हे मोबाइल Apple iPhone 6 32GB (Space Gray) दिनांक 22/08/2017 तक कोरियर के द्धारा मिल जायेगा,

              तत्पश्चात दिनांक 18/08/2017 को सूचना प्रदाता को Paytm के द्धारा मोबाइल पर एक मैसेज प्राप्त हुआ, जिसमे दिनांक 17/08/2017 को समय 08:44 PM पर किए गए ऑर्डर मोबाइल जिसका मॉडल Apple iPhone 6 32GB (Space Gray) को कैंसिल कर दिया गया है,

              तत्पश्चात दिनांक 18/08/2017 को सूचना प्रदाता ने Paytm Customer Care मे संपर्क किया, तब सूचना प्रदाता को यह बताया गया की ऑर्डर संख्या: [protected] मे दिया गया मूल्य 200/- (दो सौ रुपये) है जो की नहीं होना चाहिए, जिसके कारण आपका ऑर्डर कैंसिल कर दिया गया है,

              तब सूचना प्रदाता ने उन्हे यह ज्ञात कराया की ऑर्डर संख्या: [protected] मे दी गयी मूल्य 200/- (दो सौ रुपये) है जिसको मैने बखूबी देखर ऑर्डर किया है, व ऑर्डर पूर्ण हो चुका है व आपने मेरे Paytm Wallet अकाउंट से पैसे भी काटे है, और हमे आपने मोबाइल Apple iPhone 6 32GB (Space Gray) दिनांक 22/08/2017 तक देने का वादा भी किया है,

              इस प्रकार Paytm के द्धारा सूचना प्रदाता को धोखा दिया गया है, व भरोसे को तोडा गया है, एवम पैसे लेने के पश्चात ऑर्डर कैंसिल करके सूचना प्रदाता को दिमागी रूप से भी परेशान किया गया है,

              लिहाजा सूचना प्रदाता के द्धारा Paytm कम्पनी को दिनांक: 10/09/2017 तक का समय दिया जाता है की Paytm कम्पनी दिनांक: 10/09/2017 तक ऑर्डर संख्या: [protected] मे की गयी मोबाइल जिसका मॉडल Apple iPhone 6 32GB (Space Gray) है, सूचना प्रदाता द्धारा दिये गये समय दिनांक: 10/09/2017 तक सूचना प्रदाता को प्रदान किया जाये,

              यदि Paytm कम्पनी दिये गये समय दिनांक: 10/09/2017 तक ऑर्डर संख्या: [protected] मे की गयी मोबाइल जिसका मॉडल Apple iPhone 6 32GB (Space Gray) है, Paytm कम्पनी ने सूचना प्रदाता को दिये गये समय दिनांक: 10/09/2017 तक नहीं प्रदान किया जाता है तो सूचना प्रदाता संविदा भंग की शिकायत उपभोक्ता फोरम मे की जायेगी,

              यह कि सूचना प्रदाता उपरोक्त कम्पनी से वाद व्यय वसूलने की कार्यवाही भी संस्थित करेगा l

              यह की paytm कम्पनी को इस बात की लीखीत सूचना दिनांक 28/08/2017 को प्राप्त हो चुकी है।

              यह की Paytm कम्पनी ने आज दिनांक 11/09/2017 तक सूचना प्रदाता से नाही बात करने कि कोशिश की और नाही सूचना प्रदाता को आर्डर की वस्तु भी अभी तक प्रदान नही किया, ,

                I transferred rs 1700 from kvb on 23rd august to i paytm but my passbook is not updated since i transferred the money. I have filed a complaint in the application and spoke to the customer care also but there is no response at all.

                    Paytm has been the worst service provider in terms of shopping online. I have purchased 3 kurites under order no. [protected] ordered on 30 aug, 2017 12:53 pm. I have returned 2 kurites due to :
                    1. Ahalyaa digital printed chanderi kurti without lining - due to fabric of the material and quality is not good.
                    2. Ahalyaa cotton rose print floral partywear straight kurta with golden border - i have not like golden lace on the kurta.

                    From the date to return i have facing lot of problems,
                    Courier person mr. Anuj has picked up the parcel but not provide any receipt, i have called him then he said sorry to me. The same thing i have written through email. Even i tried to call your customer care many time department but not connect to the line.

                    Till date i have not received refund. Why?

                    Paytm is totally fake and earning money by cheat and fraud way. Govt grievance redressal agency like consumer forum should make strict rules against these fraud online merchant companies. Paytm is the worst company. Paytm services is very bad and poor. Because after delivery of product paytm has no responsibilities. It is very difficult to contact customer care officer, even i think there is no customer care service for customers. It is very difficult to deal with paytm. I want my refund againt above order number asap.

                          I booked a zoomcar on 23rd august. My booking id is jps6ta3la. I paid a deposit of rs.2000.
                          Once i came from the trip i get the deposit in my paytm wallet. My number is [protected]. I clicked on 'return to bank' option. But once i clicked it's neither in my wallet nor in the source bank account. I made a complaint in customer care. But they keep on saying it would reflet back in 15 days. Now they say it's already deposited in paytm. It's more than that now. Please help me get that money back.

                              I have booked flight for which i was supposed to get cash back of rs 1, 500. I have ordered a few goods totalling above 1, 500 but was shocked when they gave me cash back of only rs 128 saying each good is separate order. Very slow on reverting mail complaints. Not even addressing issues just informing their "policy". Pathetic.

                                A cash back of 8130 hasn't been received. It isn't a small amount i request you take action or refund my total amount.
                                The refund was listed within 24 hours and now it shows cashback failur, how funny can paytm get. Either they shoudnt lure people or they should consider looking into the matter asap.

My services are discontinued stating that I did not recharge.. not able to understand the reason ... Is it safe to pay through your app . Reaching customer care is also tough. Requesting you to solve this issue

                                  But in technical problem my 1000 rs debit my paytm account and not credited till now.
                                  As per discussed many times with paytm customer care i have already share all details related to solve this issue.

                                    As I have forgot the password I reset it and then when I am loged in again with the new password I am unable to login... It is showing wrong id password...

                                    Please help me out with some solution.
                                    On August 26th, I did Airtel mobile recharge of rs349 via paytm. Paytm said order successful but mobile is not recharged. No message regarding recharge has come. Use reference number [protected]

                                      Dear sir/mam,
                                      I have ordered iphone 7 plus worth of rs. 69379 from citi credit card by paytm app on sep 1st 2017. My account has deducted by rs 69379 and ordered cancelled by seller.
                                      I received a mail that your amount will be refund in your bank account but not received yet. I have mailed many times to [protected]@paytm.com
                                      But not getting any revert.

Amount is deducted from bank but still I didn't get in paytm wallet . Transaction date[protected]. And no proper response from customer care number. I'm not satisfied with customers support of paytm

                                        Paytm should block the account of [protected] because its a fraud account which hacks the facebook account or any random person by sending a link and then requests for money on paytm. I have registered my complaint on paytm also but i havnt got any reply for that... I hope you will help me.
