My name is ritesh naik from bengaluru. I had placed an order on paytm for htc desire 628 cobalt white mobile phone. Order id is [protected]. After the initial power on the cell phone is not turning on at all. Immediately i rose a request for replacement. Next day i got a mail asking for phone's imie number, bar code and 360 degree photos. I sent them all the details along with photos and i even tried to convince them that the damage is not physical but the phone is defective. It has already been 7 days since i have risen a request i have not got any response from them.in between i called their call centre number 2-3 times. They apologise everytime sincerely and assure the best will be done asap. But no action has been taken from them yet. They are just not responding to my mails. Their cancellation policy says the product will be replaced within 10 days of delivery. They are intentionally dragging it beyond the bracket of 10 days. I had to purchase a new phone because of this careless service by paytm their customer executive says for this order no refund will be given. And he suggesting me to take the phone to service centre for faster response. I have paid full payment and the least i can expect is a brand new working phone. Is there anything wrong in this? Why should i get it repaired in my money when i have already paid for a new phone?? I want refund of money or a brand new phone at the earliest. All i want to say is paytm has cheated me. A big fraud company full of completely irresponsible employees.

I orderd a mibile by paytm when it deleverd to me it not wirk properly and front speakers is not work furst of all when we bought new mobile wich is protected by seal but this is not protect by seal and costomer servicea is very bad i have make 2 time return request by the dont provide return to me. Please help i need proper help and want refund...

I transferred rs. 500 to my bank ac but transaction started show pending, paytm was showing sometimes it take 24 hr to get to the bank, so i waited and now its been 3 day the transaction is still showing pending and i can't create a complaint about it in the paytm and customer care not picking up my calls i don't know what to do.

My money got deducted from my paytym wallet on 23rd august 2017 of rupees1029 and has not reflected in my bank account. It has caused high inconvenience and utter dissapointment. Kindly help me out to resolve this problem as soon as possible

On 31st august 2017, i had ordered a mobile phone "vivo v5s" on paytm.
Payment done = rs. 17, 150 + rs. 99 (Shipping charge)
In a few hours i had cancelled the order.
Paytm had refunded rs. 280 in wallet and i got a text message from paytm that remaining rs. 16, 969 will be refunded in bank account within 7days.
7days over now.. I didn't received any bank refund yet.
From yesterday, i am calling on customer care service of paytm but they are not receiving call they keep on hold till 30-30min.
Please resolve my problem.

I had purchased i phone 6 32 gb gold price is 27399 by paytm but i don't satisfied this product it was defective piece delivered to me from paytm mall. And i am also request to paytm for replace the item but paytm reject my request. And then i did try many times but it's not resolve my problem. It's a scam and fraud. So i want to replace my item or refund the money by paytm. I am very disappointed with that kind of poor services with its customer care center. So plz do a legal action. And resolve my problem.

I tried to recharge my jio number [protected] for rs 399 plan using paytm gateway billdesk util order #jpt[protected]

I even received a sms with recharge successful with transaaction id: br0000cubcvv1z

But the recharge was not successful.
Now things are getting messy and it's irritating me. The thing is not about money but my patience and your services. We trust you and pay in advance the money, but sometimes you thing customer is a fool.

Kindly remove ur nonsense useless customer number for recovering password.. Becz the number given is frst of all is useless, waste of time n doesnt recover password.. Rather it gives lecture about not sharing password pin etc with stranger... Complete # have come up with the idea of giving useless customer care no instead of simple password recovery through email.. This world is full of #..

Why rs 120 is deducted from paytm wallet while transferring to my bank account - my paytm wallet had rs. 4235 and i transffered rs. 4000, so my paytm wallet shall show rs 235, but now my wallet is showing rs 115

Kindly assist me and tranfer my rs 120 to my paytm wallet

I book the train ticket via paytm paymeny option. The ticket is dropped and the amount will refund to paytmsdk on 02.09.2017. But still the paytm is not refunding the amount today's date is 09.09.2017. Inbetween no holidays, all days are working day.
This much delay means why the irctc accepting this type of vendors there.
They will need to include upi option in irctc app.

I seriously don't believe that such a brand shopping platform can do this. I made transaction to pay electricity bill through paytm & received 100%cash back message through paytm on 22nd aug. But when i tried to book ticket through paytm wallet, 0 amount balance was reflecting in my account. I wrote 5-6 mails to them till now but there is no satisfactory response given. Either you credit my amount or else i will discontinue ur services which will be a loss to you only.

By a mistake, i have made a recharge of 244 instead of 349 on paytm.
Operator reference no is ap[protected]a and order no: #[protected].
I have contacted operator for the same to cancel or to change the plan but they could not do anything in favour of me.
The recharge i made is useless for me and i really don't need that, please i am requesting paytm to help to get this resolved by making amount refund.

During payment made through pay tm mobile solution for booking rail ticket from irctc, amount debited from my axis bank account but ticket not issued on 04/09/2017 and reference no is inb/[protected]. This money not yet refunded till. Request you to please refund this amount immediately.
It is very much clear that amount debited from my bank and credited to you, better you please the refund it as ticket was not issued.

I have book nike men's shoes but after few minutes i have cancelled my order, but steel i have no refunds my money in my account, so plz check and refund my money in my account

I had done payment through paytm towards tikona broadband service of rs.1852.25 /- on 28/08/2017 (Time - 4: 09). The money from my bank was deducted but not received to the desired receiver. And after that i got message about money refunded to your paytm wallet but i have not received that yet in my wallet.
Please help me.

Warranty for authorized service center, but my phone till date not working in a warranty period, then i have to go in service center but service center not accepted 1​ ​year warranty because they asked me if you purchase​d​
On ​​paytm offer ​​phone then your warranty is less 6month...
At the time of purchased ​paytm not seem me that conditions...
​my phone currently in warranty period 06 oct 2017. ​
Pl​ease provide me solution otherwise noted my complaint to issue me ​n​ew ​asus zenfoe 2 ze551ml 16gb ​​​phone from ​paytm.
