On 31st august 2017, i had ordered a mobile phone "vivo v5s" on paytm.
Payment done = rs. 17, 150 + rs. 99 (Shipping charge)
In a few hours i had cancelled the order.
Paytm had refunded rs. 280 in wallet and i got a text message from paytm that remaining rs. 16, 969 will be refunded in bank account within 7days.
7days over now.. I didn't received any bank refund yet.
From yesterday, i am calling on customer care service of paytm but they are not receiving call they keep on hold till 30-30min.
Please resolve my problem.

Hello paytm
I had purchased i phone 6 32 gb gold price is 27399 by paytm but i don't satisfied this product it was defective piece delivered to me from paytm mall. And i am also request to paytm for replace the item but paytm reject my request. And then i did try many times but it's not resolve my problem. It's a scam and fraud. So i want to replace my item or refund the money by paytm. I am very disappointed with that kind of poor services with its customer care center. So plz do a legal action. And resolve my problem.

Updated by Jitendra0707 I had purchased iPhone 6 gold 32 GB by paytm mall, and Paytm delivered me a defective piece, in these way I requested to replace the item but Paytm customers care service is one of the most cheated service, he msg me your product is delivered within 2 days, but next day they rejected request and not replace the item, afterall I complained but they not resolve my problem.

I tried to recharge my jio number [protected] for rs 399 plan using paytm gateway billdesk util order #jpt[protected]

I even received a sms with recharge successful with transaaction id: br0000cubcvv1z

But the recharge was not successful.
Now things are getting messy and it's irritating me. The thing is not about money but my patience and your services. We trust you and pay in advance the money, but sometimes you thing customer is a fool.

Rather it gives lecture about not sharing password pin etc with stranger... Why rs 120 is deducted from paytm wallet while transferring to my bank account - my paytm wallet had rs. 4235 and i transffered rs. 4000, so my paytm wallet shall show rs 235, but now my wallet is showing rs 115

I book the train ticket via paytm paymeny option. The ticket is dropped and the amount will refund to paytmsdk on 02.09.2017. But still the paytm is not refunding the amount today's date is 09.09.2017. Inbetween no holidays, all days are working day.
This much delay means why the irctc accepting this type of vendors there.
They will need to include upi option in irctc app.

I seriously don't believe that such a brand shopping platform can do this. I made transaction to pay electricity bill through paytm & received 100%cash back message through paytm on 22nd aug. But when i tried to book ticket through paytm wallet, 0 amount balance was reflecting in my account. I wrote 5-6 mails to them till now but there is no satisfactory response given. Either you credit my amount or else i will discontinue ur services which will be a loss to you only.

By a mistake, i have made a recharge of 244 instead of 349 on paytm.
Operator reference no is ap[protected]a and order no: #[protected].
I have contacted operator for the same to cancel or to change the plan but they could not do anything in favour of me.
The recharge i made is useless for me and i really don't need that, please i am requesting paytm to help to get this resolved by making amount refund.
Please do the needful asap.

I have made a booking on irctc using paytm payment gateway and cancelled one of the passengers ticket .

In irctc site the status is showing as refunded to paytmag but the money has not been credited to my paytm wallet.

Please find the attached screenshot and do the needful.

During payment made through pay tm mobile solution for booking rail ticket from irctc, amount debited from my axis bank account but ticket not issued on 04/09/2017 and reference no is inb/[protected]. This money not yet refunded till. Request you to please refund this amount immediately.
It is very much clear that amount debited from my bank and credited to you, better you please the refund it as ticket was not issued.

And after that i got message about money refunded to your paytm wallet but i have not received that yet in my wallet.

I have ordered an item worth ₹1000 in Paytm. I have received 200 cashback. Now I returned the item. How much amount will be credited to me and will it be credited to my bank account or Paytm account.

Paytm provided me 1 year manufacturer
Warranty for authorized service center, but my phone till date not working in a warranty period, then i have to go in service center but service center not accepted 1 year warranty because they asked me if you purchased
On paytm offer phone then your warranty is less 6month...
At the time of purchased paytm not seem me that conditions...
my phone currently in warranty period 06 oct 2017.
Please provide me solution otherwise noted my complaint to issue me new asus zenfoe 2 ze551ml 16gb phone from paytm.

Money is deducted from my paytym wallet, receiver received message he got transaction from my number but didn't receive any amount in his paytym wallet. Been 24 hours he dint receive yet . There is no satisfactory response from paytym customer service. My transaction Id:
