Sir/madam,
This is complain regarding payment issue and not being solved by paytm, i have used paytm app for transferring money to bank a/c without knowing the fact that they charge 2% charges on that which is no where mentioned, after transferring amount to bank, my paytm wallet get deducted and show the msg that transaction is successful but not received the same in my bank account. Even though after 24 hours neither the amount is shown in paytm wallet, none of there customer care executive is available to talk only robotic help is there, even email facalities are not there, i m not getting any of the response from their team, i have called many times to many of their office, even try to reach through email but all in vain, kindly help me in this regard.

Updated by Vibha Panchal I transfer money to my a/c bank from paytm, money get deducted from wallet but not received in my a/c, unable to contact customer only robotic help is provided which is inappropriate. Highly disappoint already you are charging 2% charges other app providing this service for free.
