    I made transaction on 24 aug from my andhra bank to paytm a/c momey deduct from andhra bank but its not showing in paytm wallet. Calling both customer care but didnot get proper response. Almost 15 days gone but still i dont knw where is my money. Now paytm is not seal of trust. Not proper resolution no proper information. Andhra bank says that we didnot get confirmation/ decilned mail from paytm.. When paytm mail them about the transaction was decilned the bank they issue money..

      I ordered a faux leather wallet from paytm, on 26 aug 2017. The order number is [protected] and the seller is 'r r impex' based out of mumbai. The damaged product was delivered on 4 aug 2017. From the same day i have been contacting paytm through emails, but they are not responding. Today i spoke to customer care regarding the issue. The representative told me that he can't help me to return the order because my profile has been deactivated for returns.
      First of all, without informing me, how can they change the status of my account. To highlight here, there is no such policy of number of returns and cancellations. And before flagging my account, they should have atleast informed me. I have been using multiple online websites, but never been stuck in such a bad trap.
      I ordered online trusting that the portal has verified and genuine sellers who we can trust on. But they are actually providing sub-standard sellers and just making money on that, selling products which can't be used and returned as well.

          I have transferred a amount of rs.500 to a wrong mobile number but later when i tried to contact the person, operator says that this mobile number does not exist/valid. That means there is no mobile number exist with the number to whom the amount is transferred. I have raised the issue with paytm team but they said they can not do anything and i need to contact the person to whom amount get transferred which is a very weird reply from them since the mobile number does not exist so how could i contact a person.

            Sir/madam,
            This is complain regarding payment issue and not being solved by paytm, i have used paytm app for transferring money to bank a/c without knowing the fact that they charge 2% charges on that which is no where mentioned, after transferring amount to bank, my paytm wallet get deducted and show the msg that transaction is successful but not received the same in my bank account. Even though after 24 hours neither the amount is shown in paytm wallet, none of there customer care executive is available to talk only robotic help is there, even email facalities are not there, i m not getting any of the response from their team, i have called many times to many of their office, even try to reach through email but all in vain, kindly help me in this regard.

            I transfer money to my a/c bank from paytm, money get deducted from wallet but not received in my a/c, unable to contact customer only robotic help is provided which is inappropriate. Highly disappoint already you are charging 2% charges other app providing this service for free.
            I have sent transfered money to my friends account through my paytm wallet on 15 /10/ 2017. Till now it is not processed. I request you to refund my money back.

                My friend paid me money through my paytm number which i don't use anymore for paytm but i still have that number. I. Use some other number for paytm. When i'm trying to login through the number she has sent me money in. It says i have already logged in and the forget password things doesn't work either. Help me.                       So i placed an order for iphone 6 on paytm on 3rd september and paid via my debit card, due to certain isssues i had to cancel the order and paytm says it would refund back the money immediately if the order is cancelled before it gets dispatched. Now after 3 days i still dint get back my money and when i try to contact them no even cares to reply or call back, and when i go see in the orders section it says refunded back already on 3rd itself when i cancelled the order. Please help me up in getting my money back.

                          I have bought a pack of rice, hide and seek, tide, marie gold. None of my code is working. Some packets don't have coupon code inside, or some are invalid. What should i do? I tried contacting through email/phone no but didn't get any response. Around 150 rupees are still pending from paytm and they are not showing any details to contact. Where should i contact them?

                            My order no. Is [protected]. I have ordered two items i. E a vr head set and a face massager. I have not received any of these items yet. The vr headset current status is showing that it got delivered but i haven't received it yet and for the face massager it saying it will be delivered after few days. There isn't any issue with the massager but for the vr set it showing delivered. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

                              Sir, i forgot my paytm password and passcode too. And now i am unable to access my paytm by any means. There is 500 rupees in my paytm of number [protected]. Please help me. I have tried to reset password by calling the paytm reset number after that they sent me a link. I clicked on link and selected create new password but after that enter current paytm passcode appeared.. I forgot both passcode and password. Please help me

                                Paytm order id [protected]. I didn't receive an
                                Amount of rs 9087 for indigo flight 6 e 495 on 30th august from chennai to chandigarh. The flight got cancelled by the indigo airlines.
                                The airlines told that they refunded the amount and that i should contact paytm if i didn't receive the money. My pnr no was yiydhx. Sir i need a solution for this.

                                  Hi team,
                                  I have made a transaction using paytm, amount of 3538.60 is deducted but no ticket generated on 25/08/2017. I do not have paytm account. My card from idbi ending 2781 is charged.

                                  I have used paytm debit card option while paying for my train ticket in irctc. I have waited for 7 working days but no refund happened in my account so please consider and take action and refund my amount.

                                      I withdrew rs.1029 from my paytm wallet to be transferred to my bank account on august 25. It has not been transferred yet. It's been 11 days as of now when i last recieved the mail. The customer help on paytm said it is instantly transferred or takes atleast 3 days. And if not then it is transferred back to paytm wallet. None of which has happened. Please do something about it asap.

                                        I was booked irctc rail ticket through paytm wallet id [protected] & [protected] on 03/08/2017 rs.388.07 were debited from uco bank to paytm & futher rs.380/-paid to irctc deducting your charges rs.08.07. Further on 16/08/2017 ticked (Pnr no. [protected]) was cancelled. Refund rs.260/- not yet credited to uco bank.-irctc says refund rs.260/-successfully refunded on17/08/2017 but till date no refund credited to ucobank. Pease refund. Thanks dcshende
