I have ordered a adidas sport shoe size 8 on 1st sept... Order id is [protected].. The shoe is very small in size... My feet size is 27 cm and as per the size chart i have ordered size 8... But the shoe is not fitting... I need the size 10... Please help me i save lots of money to buy this product... I am not able to return the product... Please help me sir... From my paytm wallet amount deducted for 3 transactions done by unknown. Paytm will send email sms otp. But regards not received any confirmation from paytm. It has been 3 weeks now that i have raised a complaint to paytm in order to change my name in the ticket and just to add a middle name they have taken 3 weeks and change the visa type to student visa but the issue is not yet resolved. My flight is tomorrow, i am not sure whether i will be able to fly or not and moreover these people don't have the courtesy to call back. I have called them several times and waisted my time but to no avail....

This is to inform you that on 2nd sep'17 rs. 2200 & 3rd sep'17, rs. 3000, 3000 total rs. 8200 have been deducted to your company from my axis bank account without my knowledge. I do not understand how you could done this? I am requesting you please return back this money to my account.

I have seen lot of fraud bank transaction complain to your company name, request you to please don't do this.

I have ordered sony 1 tb external hard disk from paytm and i received it but i didn't received the invoice (Bill) of hard disk and now it is not working all data is corrupted and not showing in my laptop. It is in warranty period i have warranty card but when i go to sony service centre they ask me to bill of hard disk which i don't have because paytm does not send me the bill. This happen on 29.07.2017. Someone made a transfer of 10k (5000 rs two time) from my sbi (State bank of india) account using my debit card. I didn't know about this transfer till i check my bank details. It is highly requested that please take the needful action and please provide me info of that person so i can know about that person and will be aware of this kind o[censored]nwillingness work.

Hi i am lokesh kumar and i brought a laptop from paytm and process is that on 25 august i placed order and 29 august i received the product and i open and found that the product is not running then i pack back carefully, and applied for a replacement request on same day. I had sent my kyc. Pan copy and adhar card.
The wallet was sucessfully upgraded.
Last month i got a call frm paytm stating that my profile is incorrectly updated and they requested to send my kyc again.
