Hi team,
I have made a transaction using paytm, amount of 3538.60 is deducted but no ticket generated on 25/08/2017. I do not have paytm account. My card from idbi ending 2781 is charged.

I have used paytm debit card option while paying for my train ticket in irctc. I have waited for 7 working days but no refund happened in my account so please consider and take action and refund my amount.

      I withdrew rs.1029 from my paytm wallet to be transferred to my bank account on august 25. It has not been transferred yet. It's been 11 days as of now when i last recieved the mail. The customer help on paytm said it is instantly transferred or takes atleast 3 days. And if not then it is transferred back to paytm wallet. None of which has happened. Please do something about it asap.

        I was booked irctc rail ticket through paytm wallet id [protected] & [protected] on 03/08/2017 rs.388.07 were debited from uco bank to paytm & futher rs.380/-paid to irctc deducting your charges rs.08.07. Further on 16/08/2017 ticked (Pnr no. [protected]) was cancelled. Refund rs.260/- not yet credited to uco bank.-irctc says refund rs.260/-successfully refunded on17/08/2017 but till date no refund credited to ucobank. Pease refund. Thanks dcshende

            I paid my reliance bill thru rcom.co.in by icici netbanking and site directed to paytm and paid rs 1189.54on 24/8/17. Whereas reliance not recd my payment and barred outgoing calls. To resume my connection i paid once again. One sms from ur end stated that payment of rs1189354 has been recd bt one xporttechnologies pvt ltd and order no isorg[protected]. I do not know where my payment gone. Pl help to sort out my issue. I have not placed any order to xpot technologies. If no response is recd from ur end, i shall lodge a complaint with the cyber cell of pondicherry

              I am used paytm wallet account[[protected]] in last 2 years. Last week [23/8/17] i was faced unauthorized transacation done on my paytm account.

              Some unauthorized person take my amount of rs-2500 rupees in my paytm wallet account.
              Below mentioned that person paytm & bank account details.

              The amount was transferred to mobile no [protected] after that the receiver transferred all the amount in the bank account. Please check the attached bank details and coordinate with your nearest investigation department or bank for further assistance.

              Same date i was raised the complaint to your paytm customer team also. For reference here updated the complaint number [36446661, 36516633] details. But they are not giving pro-pare response.

              Note:- i am saving my amount in paytm wallet only. If any issue will append in my account means paytm only its responsible person.

              Last two weeks daily i am contact to paytm team. But no use still my issue was not resolved.. Please check and resolve my issue. Thanks in advance.

                  As i found that ₹399 has been cut off from my state bank of india savings bank account. I feel shocked that i do not have any knowledge about why you did that.. Tha amount who cut off was mentioned in my statement as paytm mobile solution pvt with reference no.[protected]igabxbgde3 dated 26 august, 2017.

                  I request you kindly do take immediate action to solve my proble as well as to credit back tha said amount ₹399 to my sbi account..

                    I ordered an iphone6 32gb on 28th august... The product was delivered on 31st august but i havent received cashback yet and when i mailed this problem to paytm... I received a reply that i havent applied the promocode... There was a cashback of 5500.. Then why will i not apply the promocode... The order id is [protected]...                                 It has been 3 weeks now that i have raised a complaint to paytm in order to change my name in the ticket and just to add a middle name they have taken 3 weeks and change the visa type to student visa but the issue is not yet resolved. My flight is tomorrow, i am not sure whether i will be able to fly or not and moreover these people don't have the courtesy to call back. I have called them several times and waisted my time but to no avail. These paytm people blame it on cleartrip their vendor and cleartrip blames paytm. If i enquire from emirates they tell me adding a middle name is free of cost and cleartrip took 550 rs last to last saturday from me and still no amendment in name has been done when i have already provided scanned copies of my passport and visa for student visa check to be made 10 days back.

                                I am feeling hopeless and don't really know what to do now.
