My sister sent me rs 500 yesterday through paytm but i didn't have paytm account then. Now i have installed my paytm account but i haven't got the money. Its been more than 24 hours. No helpline numbers are working or others are not picking up the calls. My sister has also complained against it but no necessary action has been taken. I am attaching the transactions. Please help me out

    Failed transaction - amount debited - transaction through paytmag - amount not refunded.

    On 26th august i have booked a tatkal ticket through paytmag, ticket has not been confirmed and amount of rs. 385 debited from my account and money has not yet credited.

    But when i check my refund status with irctcit has been displayed that the amount has been refunded.

    The below mentioned is the transaction id

In my account there is big amount of money was in paytm but now i didn't use it and i can't receive or use my account so now what can i do, it's a humble request to check my account or solve the problem

          Sir on 25th august i made a reservation for 27th august to travel from gadag to pune through paytm. When making a booking i selected the available bus which was sre travels and the cost of one seat is 2000.. While selecting boarding point it showed durga hotel gadag and while selecting dropping point it showed 4 options for dropping in that hinjewadi was one of the dropping point. Since hinjewadi is the place where i wanted to get down i selected hinjewadi.. But later in tickets dropping point was not displayed. When i contacted the bus operator there was no proper response. And when i travelled on 27th bus dropped me to wakad, pune instead of hinjewadi which is about10-15 km away from hinjewadi. I faced more problems in the early morning because of these paytm and bus operators mistake.. I am expecting compensation either from paytm or bus operators. I made many conversations with paytm (Regarding your query with paytm care (Reference no.:[protected] but it's of no use. So please help me in this matter. Bus booking no is paytms ot0mv0..

            I have written several e-mails to paytm regarding the issue. Initial they told me to wait for sometime. When i asked whether you have contacted the courier partner and resolved the issue, they stopped replying. I think paytm guys are well trained to these things. If you go for ebay, amazon, flipkart, sanpdeal at least thy provide their contact no which is available. But paytm???
            Keep it up guys...
            You know for you fabulous service people will appreciate you in a very respectable and appropriate way and you don't that credit... Good

              My name is devinder singh from kharar, district sas nagar (Mohali), state punjab.
              I have purchased i phone 7 32 gb from paytm. While ordered this product paytm offered 8500 rs cash back. I also inquired this offer from customer care they assured me that cash back will be received by me after 24 hours from the delivery of the product. Moreover i again asked customer care even after the order. They told me that don't worry it will be given as per the promise. I have received the product i. E i phone 7 on dated 29.08.2017. But till date no cash back received by me. I have call them many time but. No one has given me response then finally paytm customer care executive pick my call but no satisfactory reply given by the executive

                With regards to the payment made towards booking of bike on 20-aug-2017, which i initiated through paytm. That amount is not refunded to my card yet. Customer care will not take you to the executive so that we can talk to them directly and no other way to contact.

                    This is regarding the order no - [protected] i transferred my money from wallet to my atm card but its been nearly a month my money havent credited in my bank account i have already contacted paytm hundred times but they are just passing days everytime with a same reply, i have already got the official mail from my bank that they already refreshed the whole system but haven't received any amount. Previously paytm support assured me if bank confirms that the amount havent reached them they will automatically send my money to my wallet again but now also they are just passing days. It's the worst experience i have ever had totally frustrated. Please anyone can help me out in this problem i really need my hard earned money.

                        I am apply cashback code mob15 but it do not appear and a message this code is applied to only one item is appear and i purchase only one item. Sir from your support team assurance is given to refund of cashback money very soon but i haven't received my cashback for the purchase of id [protected] and nb transaction no igabwchmy5.
                        Paytm is giving some dirty service to customers they are not even replying to our mails.
                        10 days back i had purchased lava phone from paytm but still i didn't received my 525 cashback daily i am m sending msgs but they are lazy fellows not replying. I am very disappointed on paytm worst service

                          I bought stainless pressure cooker in paytm after couple of weeks i've received a damaged product, so i've requested a return complaint its been more than 10 days no courier service guy has come to collect the product. Daily im getting so on so person out to collect the product but no one comes when i try to call no one would pic the call at the end of day i get one more message stating "sorry for inconvenience you pick up has been deferred for tomorrow..." (Which is default message). Whenever i i contacted either courier service customer service centers or paytm help desk i got one default answer "sorry for inconvenience caused we will escalate this and will speak with local branch officer to pick your product... Blah blah" damn irresponsible guys.. How can i escalate this kind irresponsible activities to the respective person /team?

                            I had placed order for two kurties. I received courier which should contain two kurties as tax invoice attached to courier was showing bill for two kurties there. But when i opened courier i had found only one packed kurti and second one - ziyaa black colour foil print crepe kurti is not there. It's status is showing as delivered. I have contact customer care several time but nobody is picking up my phone. I have registered complaint to their portal also but no reply : (. Please do needful.

                              Subject: complaint against paytm keeping my house out of power supply for two days, for not providing fair customer service, for not refunding amount.

                              Sir/madam,

                              With due respect and humble submission i would like to lay down following a few lines. That sir, on 28th august, 2017, my electricity power supply of my house is cut off due to out of balance in my prepaid energy meter and i made a prepaid electricity bill payment (Utility bill) of manipur state power distribution company limited through paytm.com at 1:15 pm and the transaction amount is rs. 5000.00 and transaction id is [protected].
                              That sir, amount of rs. 5000.00 has been deducted from my bank account but the transaction was not successful and showed "processing" on the order and i did not get the recharge.
                              That sir, i lodged a complaint to paytm immediately for the unsuccessful transaction, i sent an email to paytm to look into the matter as i needed the recharge voucher as power supply of my house is cut off. And paytm replied me and assured me that they will look into the matter, they will solve the problem within 24 hours.
                              That sir, as paytm assured me, i waited for 24 hours but they didn't solve the problem. And then i mailed them numbers of time for not solving the problem within 24 hours but they are not responding as per customers satisfaction.
                              That sir, i waited for 48 hours as paytm assured me to resolve but after waiting 48 hours, still paytm is not resolving the problem.
                              That sir, paytm is responsible for keeping my house in darkness and power cut off for 2 (Two) days as my consumer is prepaid and still trying to keep power cut for 2 (Two) more days.
                              That sir, as paytm didn’t resolve the problem after 48 hours, i called them and asked them to refund the amount but this time again paytm told me to wait for 2 (Two) more days.
                              I, therefore, request you kindly to look into the matter for not providing fair customer service as per customers satisfaction, for not refunding the amount though i asked them to refund, for keeping my house out of power supply for 2 (Two) days and still trying to keep my house out of power for 2 (Two) more days.
                              It is submitted for your kind information further necessary action why disciplinary action should not be taken for harassing a customer.

                                This complaint is in regards to the top up dmrc metro card, i have recharged my metro card of rs 1000 today on 30th aug'17. The amount was debited from my credit card, but i got no message of top up confirmation rather than the order i'd. I tried to check my top up at evm machine at metro station, thinking that there could be some technical problem, many times i tried to top up but there is no amount in my metro card to validate the top up. I am awaiting of my amount to refund in my card.
                                Please take necessary action either refund rs 1000 in my bank account or top up my metro card. Please find details as below:-

                                I joice made payment of Rs 4500 on 08/08/2017 to ICAI as membership fee but the same transaction failed but my account debited with Rs 4500. Till now(24/08/2017) the amount (Rs 4500) not returned to my account

                                    Hello sir/mam,

                                    I have ordered iphone se 32gb from paytm. As per paytm they promised us will receive cashback amount of rs3000 within 48 hours. I got that product long back but i haven't received my cash back amount yet. I tried calling several times to customer care but no one is responding my calls at all. As i am regular user of paytm but this time i really fade up.

                                    I would request you to please response my query asap and also within 24hrs i need my 3000 cash back amount. Kindly take action asap. I got only once email back from waseem from paytm mall care and got reference number after that sent so many emails but no one is responding. (Ref no from paytm mall care:[protected].

                                        I have fired a complaint for return of wrong delivered product which I received against a san disk 16 gb pendrive worth 524/- and did payment by paytm wallet which I ordered on 18 august 2017 Order no. is [protected]. On 23 august 2017 I received parcel and to my surprise I found the Gillete vector blade set inside it. The parcel was opened in front of Delhivery courier service, Guna MP delivery boy and immediately I requested for return of parcel. It was shown on app that I will receive the refund on 28th august. On the next day I asked the courier to take back the parcel but he returned me saying that we can't courier back and you have to make the complaint again.
                                        I found all possibilities to complaint back from paytm app and paytm website but their was no proper way to complaint again. I called each and every no. related to paytm customer support but they too didn't responded.
                                        Then I mailed to paytm care and didn't get the satisfactory answer. Now yesterday I received a message from delhivery to return the packet but the courier person didn't came to pickup. Today I called him again so he repeated the same story that you have to again fire a complaint.

                                        Now things are getting messy and it's irritating me. The thing is not about money but my patience and your services. We trust you and pay in advance the money, but sometimes you think customer is a fool.

                                        So now I will not request but order you to make my refund and take your product back.
