Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a product bearing Order No.[protected] Ordered On 22 Jul, 2017 11:21 pm where I returned the product and suppose to get refund of Rs. 349 from Paytm.

As PAYTM customer care given a ARN/RRN number 74766517209729180678166 as a refund ID, which is invalid/FAKE as confirmed by ICICI Bank. And nothing credited to my ICICI bank from Paytm.
I have checked with ICICI bank where by mail they confirmed this ARN/RRN number 74766517209729180678166 is FAKE and nothing credited to my account from PAYTM.

Neither I am getting any response Nor my money transferred to Bank by PAYTM.

Now please let me inform what to do next to get back my money?

So finally I am placing a complaint in consumer forum and authority to investigate about the refund.

    Sir on 25 july i paid my electricity bill worth 3695 using paytm. As per their terms and conditions i should receive my cashback of worth ruppees 1000 but today is 2 august and still i have not received it. Now when i am contacting customer care they are not receiving the call and sir i always trust paytm in ways of giving cashback and service. It always credit the cashback but this time they have not credited. So sir it's my humble request to you pls sought out my problem.

    No yet I have not received any calls and mail from paytm and sir I paid my electricity bill but till now I have not received any Cashback from paytm and when I am calling customer Care they are not receiving the call and doing cheating with me. So sir it's my humble request to you pls solve my problem as soon as possible

      Password recovery has become a headache with paytm. I have been trying to reset my paytm password for the last one week. Called helpdesk #[protected] several times and every time i had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes, they transfer the call to accounts department and no one lifts the phone there after. I have tried by sending mails to paytm but no response.

      If i go by the option to set by myself it sends an sms with the link to change password, but when i click on this link, it gives error message this site cant be reached. Y. Tms server dns address could not be found. Dns_probe_finished_nxdomain.

      Not sure when my password will be reset... Waiting for miracle

            Made some ordering through this portal on 9th july 2017, but till date no response from their end. When we try to mail to the id given in the india coming soon site (I think they are the vendors to send the products) we are getting a reply asking for our order number which we are not in a position to provide as we dont have any details with us. No contact details or customer care numbers are provided to us. Need assistance to get it resolved.

              I have made a paytm transfer on inr 12000 in the 3 denominations of inr 5000, inr 5000 & inr 2000 & the transaction reference numbers are [protected], [protected] & [protected] respectively. The paytm account number to which this transfer has been made is [protected] (Ajay pal).

              This amount is neither reflecting in ajay pal's account nor i have got the credit back. I have to repay mr. Ajay pal this amount once again in cash.

              I am looking to get this amount back to me

                Since i have done two mobile postpaid recharges on 21.07.2017 and 22.07.2017 of which both of them failed but money has been debited from my bank account but till now no refund has been credited back to it. I have been trying to contact customer care from soo long but no response. As customer if we trust your application at least give us something to trust you for future transactions except these kind of poor services. Please look into this matter as soon as possible

                  On 2nd aug at 2.30 pm,
                  I was booking ticket through irctc.co.in, where netbanking powered by paytm was the first option to choose. When i have done payment 704 inr including charges, the site has not redirected to irctc and my payment was detected from bank. My ticket was not booked and also it shows failed transaction (Payment not received from bank) in irctc site.

                  After that no payment has been refunded from paytm gateway also. Please help. I have used my citibank credit card detail on paytm site

                      Hi,

                      I want to know that on 29-july-2017 for order id 119, 118 transaction happened successfully or not because i got a message from ipaytm that transaction of 8231 executed successfully with order id 119 at 4:49 pm which was totally a fraud scam and immediately blocked my sbi credit card and then at 5:45pm on 29th july-2017, received message from ipaytm stating that
                      'payment of rs8231 at way to sale has failed.in case your money is debited, bank will credit it back within 7-14 days, order id:118'

                      I am not able to understand whether amount will be credit to my acccount because it is totally credit card fraud persons duped me with this, so i want to know that whether transaction was successful or it got declined.

                        It's been already 20 days have called paytm customer support couple of times but there was no action taken by them.

                          Money trensferred from my account is not received by receiver's account. And it is deducted from my account. No one is supporting on helpline no. Im trying since yesterday. This is worst. If my problem will not slove i will complain in consumer forum.

                              Hello sir/madam,

                              I booked 2 tickets on july 25 2017, i paid money by paytm wallet 138.22 deducted because paytm is a trusted company, i believe if the transaction amount will be deducted paytm refunds the money that is the reason i booked tickets in worthless website is easymovies.in. Easy movies is showing me waiting for payment, after that amount will be deducted but showing transaction failed, and tickets not booked. I get a message from paytm that message consisting an order id is 2017072510113414034719c, i am not getting any email from 5-7 days,. I am waiting for refund of my money, kindly refund money asap.

                                Some body try to rob my paytm amount 10000 from my debit card, i don't have that much of balance. Is there any possibility to know who was try to rob. I just attached the transaction below can please give me any kind information. I just changed my password but if they try again what i can do. We think paytm is more safety and easy way to transfer money.

                                  On 24/5/17 on my request my account was closed with reference no 30202937 and asked for bank details which i had sent even photo copy of cheque sent numbers of mail had been sent even tried to contact on given phone no & facebook but no result. Some time they say we have sent 410/ rupees to my bank account and in next mail they ask for bank details even they contacted on phone and i told that i had sent my bank details and cheque photo but upto date no refund of my balance amount
                                  I have transferred money from wallet to bank, money got deducted from wallet but still not credited to bank account. Customer care also not helping.

                                    As soon as i tap on "have a promocode?" i get an error as shown in the screenshot attached. It says the server is taking too long to respond or something is wrong with your internet connection.

                                    However, i have checked many times and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I have been facing this problem since last two months and hence i have to log on to the website whenever i need to apply a promocode. I cannot use the app.

                                    Kindly revert back and solve this issue at the earliest.

                                        Hi my order is [protected] i have booked for car handle cover but i have got small led bulb when i requested for return the product the had denied as the seller denied to the back and closed the case.. When i request for refund no body cares.. This is how paytm earning money... Bloody buggers, cheaters, i want my amount refund at any cost..

                                        Paytm has delivered wrong product and after messaging them thrice, no response and no resolution of the problem and contacting customer care is not possible as it is saying wrong order Id. I don't know how to contact them...Very poor customer care service.
