Hi friends,

I made a recharge of 199 for a bulk minute plan on my idea mobile number [protected] on paytm app on my mobile in the prepaid recharge section and the said amount also reduced from my paytm account.

But, the transaction was failed by idea and i received a message later that the recharge of 199 could not be processed.
I am hereby attaching the screenshot of the message.

Please do return rs.199 as per your earliest convenience or revert me back with what time it'll take to get my paytm account credited with the amount.

A fraudster has called me from [protected] and has duped me for rs
16990/- through various different transaction as detailed below from my sbi account

Are u guys serious???.. What i have mentioned in my last mail is that i had ordered 2 kurtas 1) rain and rainbow green cotton & 2) rain & rainbow orange polyester printed kurta on 26/7/17.. But received only one kurta i. E. Rain & rainbow orange polyester printed kurta.. But on the invoice both kurtas were mentioned.. So i mailed u abt this.. And what u guys have done???.. Picked up the one kurta that i have received and refund rs241.. And in my orders there is showing that i have one kurta and get refund amt for the kurta that i have not received... Plz resolve this seriously.. And refund me for the other one.. And from on not going to buy anything on paytm ever.. Hope this time u will understand what is my issue and resolve it sincerly.. And reply soon dont"t take too long like last time

I had purchased a dominos pizza voucher on 27/07/2017 worth rs. 500, which was available at a discounted price of rs. 349/- from paytm mobile app. When i received the coupon on my phone through sms, i was redirected to an app little, wherre i could view my coupon. The amount being shown is rs. 300. I have already put up the complaint on 27/07/2017. I was promised a solution in 2 working days. It still hasnt been resolved after continued reminders and no communication from their end.

Myself mehul, this is to inform you that i have made a transaction of electricity bill of torrent power on 3rd june 2017 with order number [protected] which shows transaction done successful.
But when i got the bill of this month (July) i got to know that earlier bill was not paid and got added with this month of bill.
So, i checked this with torrent power and they informed me that last transaction was not done successfully. However payment of rs 670.00 has been deducted from my paytm account at same time and till now did not get refund.

This is totally unprofessional and never expected such kind of behavior from a reputed company like paytm.

I transferred money from my paytm to bank account but i entered a wrong bank account number with my name but the transaction went successful when i made a call to paytm they are asking me to go to icici bank when i ask icici bank they asked me to go to paytm so any one please find a solution for me as the name of the account number differs how could they transfer money from paytm to icici

Somebody ask me that he had received a parcel by my name from canada and its amount is more than 50000 so i have to pay amount of 3150 rupees by paytm as a customs duty' and the parcel will be delivered to my address with in 8 to 10 days so i paid the amount by paytm on 24.07.17 but i haven't received any parcel yet. May i know that it was fake or customs duty' could be paid by paytm

I have booked a ticket from chennai to karaikal on maruthi travels 7/7/17. But i got message bus cancelled due to breakdown. When i called maruthi travel they are saying they have initiated the refund please check with paytm.

But paytm is saying refund related issues has to be checked within 15 days. Then my the money will go?.

If bus operator initiated the refunds then paytm has to return the money right?. Why they are not refunding and why paytm is waiting for customer to call back?

As u mentioned i ordered 7 products for 35% cashback and free shipping, when i orderd for seven products by default it applied offer itself of 35% cashback + free shipping. Kindly put 35% cashback to my account. Thank you...

On dated 02/08/2017, i recharged my mobile no [protected] the amount of rs 339/- the amount is dedcuted two times by no recharge is still done & i have not received any confirmation message. Requested to revert the amount in my paytm wallet transaction id : [protected] and [protected]. Or eslse transfer the same benefits to my other no [protected] & [protected]...

I have ordered apple iphone se 64 gb, till date have not received by cashback of rs.3000

As provided on the website, i have not yet received my paytm cash back.
Its already been more than a month now, kindly look in to the issue and help me get the payback asap...

I tried to transfer 3000 money from paytm wallet to bank account but its been deducted from my wallet and not sent to bank account. It was showing the status as pending. So i tried again with 3000 but it was again the same problem. So for two transaction of 3000 its showing pending from past 3 days. So i am expecting paytm to clear my issue

Hi someone fraudly used my card details today afternoon for making digital gold purchase from PayTm. My name is Aarti Bedi using citi card . Please cancel that transaction and refund my amount back. Call for queries [protected]

I have been frauded by person named vishal verma. He gave me false promises about giving printshoot work. He also told me to pay 2000 for registration for agreement. After i paid he gave me fake company agreement by mail, 5000 for an artist card which he doesn't make it till now and 2500 dresses charge for printshoot work which was not happen. Now he doesn't picking up my call also not replying. But his whatsapp is still working. He was reading all my messages but not replying back.
Hope you understand please help me to get my hard earned money back... He is big lier person still he is cheating to innocent people like me and taking money by paytm numbers. I had kept the proofs of paytm payments... His whatsapp no is [protected]. His mobile number from which he called to ask money and switched of it is [protected]. And the fraud man vishal gave me the number which is in the screenshot of paytm payment confirmation to pay through paytm... Kindly please help me to get my rs.9500 money back..

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a product bearing Order No.[protected] Ordered On 22 Jul, 2017 11:21 pm where I returned the product and suppose to get refund of Rs. 349 from Paytm.

As PAYTM customer care given a ARN/RRN number 74766517209729180678166 as a refund ID, which is invalid/FAKE as confirmed by ICICI Bank. And nothing credited to my ICICI bank from Paytm.
I have checked with ICICI bank where by mail they confirmed this ARN/RRN number 74766517209729180678166 is FAKE and nothing credited to my account from PAYTM.

Sir on 25 july i paid my electricity bill worth 3695 using paytm. As per their terms and conditions i should receive my cashback of worth ruppees 1000 but today is 2 august and still i have not received it. Now when i am contacting customer care they are not receiving the call and sir i always trust paytm in ways of giving cashback and service. It always credit the cashback but this time they have not credited. So sir it's my humble request to you pls sought out my problem.
