Please help some one is using my debit card account details in their paytm aap. Its happening from last few months i got to know yesterday when i got a statement msg on my registered no which is with bank. Many of the small transaction msg i have not received. Please help it's really important some one using my account.

    Please be inform you that i have booked a trolly bag with order no. [protected] dated 26 jul, 2017 3:59 pm and applied blast40. However, still i did not received cash back in my paytm wallet.

    I have contacted paytm customer care and write many times but nobody taken action in this issue.

    It is requesting to you please look into it and credit cash back in my paytm wallet.

      I bought red tape shoes in may 2017 and in july only, i am finding that the sole of the shoes is getting separated.
      When i checked the warranty or the return policy, they refused to help...

      I believe there is always one year warranty or guarantee.

      Being a seller, you must provide service to the client..

            Hello paytm

            On the day 22july2017, i tried to made a transaction to send 4000 rs from my credit card xxxxx66 to my paytm account.

            Due to some reason, the transaction got declined at marchant side but in spite of cancellation, the money got deducted from my account.

            This should have been credit back immediately or after 24 hours but this is yet pending without any feedback.

            This seems to be a pathetic service that paytm provided to me.

            Can someone from paytm take a lead and resolve my issue at the earliest possible.in this matter o[censored]rgency, i would expect a call.

              Dear sir

              Please go through all my mails attached specially mail from cathay pacific which clearly states that its mistake by your agent as he has failed to update 3rd baggage allowance in your ticket

              For your reference please find below details of my bookings and follow ups

              1) silver ticket booked on 26th may (As per airlines students are allowed free 3 baggages

              2) recd ticket which indicates only 2 bags allowed

              3) complained on same day at your customer care department

              4) afrer 48 hours got mail stating we will revert back

              5) recd mail from cathay pacific on 29th stating its mistake by my agent in this case paytm which was forwarded immediately to your customer care and got assurance that we will resolve issue in 48 hours

              6) numerous follow up resulted in no response or solution but only excuses stating please submit visa, but as per airlines visa is not compulsory for upadation of 3rd free buggage

              Kindly look in the matter and get it resolved on priority basis.

                      मेरे पास सुधीर नामक व्यक्ति आज से करीब 6 महीने पहले paytm goldengate की सेवा चालू करने आये थे जिनका मोबाइल नंबर (+91 [protected]) है और E-mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com) है उसने मेरा आधार कार्ड ID और एक फोटो भी ले लिया लेकिन आज तक मेरा goldengate की सेवा चालू नहीं की है जिस समय वह आया था तो उसने मुझे पैसे कमाने का सपना दिखाया कहा कि आप goldengate से लाखों रूपये कमा सकते हो।

                      लेकिन उसने मेरी goldengate की सुविधा चालू नहीं की है मैं जब भी मैं उसे फ़ोन करता हूँ तो वह कभी कहते है कि मैं आज शाम को आ रहा हूँ कभी कहते है कि मैं कल अवश्य आऊंगा लेकिन वह आते नहीं है

                      आपसे एक निवेदन है कि आप ऐसे व्यक्तियों को paytm की छवि खराब करने हेतु न रखें।

                      कृपया करके आप मेरी इस परेशानी का निवारण जल्द से जल्द करवाएं

                      अगर मेरे मोबाइल में goldengate 6 महीने पहले ही चालू हो जाता तो मैं अब तक paytm के 1000 से ऊपर ग्राहक बना देता

                        Dear sir,

                        I placed order for 2 quantity of item pugn 49 and one quantity of pugn 52vide order no.[protected] on 17/7/2017. I received one one qty of pugn 49 and one qty of pugn 52. One qty of pugn 49 is missing. The seller send all 2 items in one parcel and only put 2 packs instead of 3 packs.

                        Please instruct the seller to send one more quantity of pugn 49 immediately or refund me the amount to my bank.

                        Why the seller is sending all items in one parcel when the courier charge rs. 70/- each is charged from me. He got rs.140/ profit by sending all item in one parcel. It is unethical and unfair business policy. You should take strict action on the seller and instruct him to refund me the extra courier charges. Otherwise as a genuine buyer, i raise the issue with the concerned authorities.

                        I registered 2 complaints on your site but no ticket is generated yet. No copy of ticket on my mail also. Please rectify this problem immediately. What proof we get to claim that we registered a complaint with you? No mails, no confirmation and no reply???

                          I once recharge of rs 20 from paytm site by login my username and password but it automatically twice. On paytm wallet it shows two recharge successful at 09:05 and 09:07 am while on my order option it shows only one recharge at 09:05 am. I did at 09:05 and massage came in my mobile of successful at 09:05 am. But when i checked around 10:50 am on my order option it shows two recharge successful at 09:05 am.

                            I ordered 2. Hampstead super fine australian merino wool suit length - 3.25metre under the order [protected].
                            On 22 july i received one black and one grey while i ordered two grey. I requested for return. Also called and sms seller. But no response.
                            On 27 july received massage seller rejected return. Called customer service. They told i abuse return policy. Flaged by system. This is first time received wrong product and wanted to return then how i abuse any policy. Product is worth 16000.00 rs.

                            Pls send me right product or return and refund. Asap.

Code shop50 so i applied it. While recharging paytm told code successfully applied. But i haven't received any cashback yet. This is not fair how paytm can deceive someone like that.

                                    I made a booking through paytm from guangzhou to delhi (21.08.2017)

                                    After that on 08.07.2017 i sent e-mail to paytm to enquire about extend charges and cancellation charges. But didn't get any reply through mail. Moreover when i called paytm customer care ([protected]) they told contact to thai airways.

                                    I tried to contact thai airways, thai airways told me contact to my booking agent.

                                    So many times i tried to enquire but didn't get any satisfactory reply from team paytm. They told me charges depends upon airlines policy.

                                    Again i contacted thai airways through mail and requested them to know about the charges.

                                    I received a mail through thai airways that cancellation fees for my pnr : wiycqt is 9163. (Screenshot attached)

                                    I was quite frustrated so i requested for cancellation through my paytm app on 11.07.2017 (06.40 pm) after that same day (08.12 pm) i've received a call from paytm that cancellation charges is approximately 57000/- and extend charges is 35000 for 15th november. So i told them keep it on hold as i cannot bear this much loss. I told the executive "please keep my request on hold, and let me decide".

                                    After the call at 8.20. P. M (Chinese time 10.50 p. M) i received a mail from paytm that your modification request has been cancelled and your ticket status is now confirmed with airline. (As mentioned below).

                                    Next day morning i received a mail that your ticket has been cancelled and rs. 897+897=1794/- has been credit in your paytm wallet.

                                    I asked team paytm to let me know why my ticket is cancelled if i told them to keep it on hold moreover i received this confirmation mail.

                                    Then again i sent a mail to paytm that according to thai airways cancellation charges is 9163. I asked for genuine refund amount as it was a refundable ticket. I also sent screenshot from thai airways. I also kept thai airways in loop.

                                    Even i called up on paytm customer care [protected]. I had a discussion with arjan alia i told her to reissue the ticket or get me justified refund amount. But she told me that we can only refund 16522 rs and we'll enquire the matter.

                                    So many times i tried to take follow up through paytm and thai airways. Even thai airways staff requested paytm to make refund.

                                    Even after requesting so many times i’ve received rs.14728.60 as on 14th july 2017.

                                    Now total received amount is rs. 897+897+14728.60=16522.60

                                    Can you please make me understand for refundable ticket refund amount rs. 16522.60 (40 days prior to departure) is justified?

                                    It’s clearly mentioned on my ticket paytm does not take any additional fees for cancellation. It clearly depends upon airlines policy. Then please let me know what this is?

                                    Even if paytm cancelled my ticket. Its paytm's mistake. Paytm made me a begger for refund of my refundable tickets. I don't know why paytm is harrasing me. Even if i am a kyc updated customer of paytm. I can do transactions worth rupees one lakh with paytm wallet. Is it my stupidity to trust paytm.

                                    Ii requested so many times to paytm to reissue my ticket or refund my full ticket balance (58219.60-16522.60=41697/-) as it is paytm’s mistake to cancel ticket.

                                    Even after so many requests i didn't get any reply from paytm.
                                    I contacted to founder mr. Vijay shekhar sharma. But still didn't get any reply.

                                    I don't know why Paytm is playing games with me. Maybe Team Paytm don't have any work these days or they don't have enough funds to Refund my ticket. May be their staff is uneducated that they always make mistakes.
                                    if anybody has answer please let me know.
                                    As firstly they Refunded
                                    897+897=1794 (11/7/2017)
                                    then on 14/7/2017 they refunded 14728/-
                                    And today(28/7/2017) they refunded 10150/-
                                    I am Still waiting for balance amount.
                                    I have run into the same issue . What are the legal options here?

                                        Sir my name mohamed ismail my login id-[protected], i was bought watch ob 10th july via paytm rs 734 but you send me wrong model and i was return the product 16th july and you send me message on 18 th july your 734 rupees amount was refunded in ur indian bank account bank reference number -85215227198728523991338 still today 734 rupees not credited in my accounttoday i went to my indian bank branch office i told all issues but the manager check and told me paytm was not sent indian bank to 734 rupees, paytm was cheeting you that reference number was duplicate no data here, u please told to paytm main corprate office to this problem i was try so many numbers no customers are contacted me i was so disturb where is my money one side u told indian bank problem other side indian bank told this is paytm problem whats going on sir i will still belive paytm now help me for my money take special effort for my problem contact me customer care officers...
