I have ordered some items on paytm and my order number is [protected] in which i have ordered a lakme product of cost 525. I have not received the product and when i tried to contact paytm their response is rediculous they are like the hell. I am really disappointed with the support staff behavior. Instead of helping they are asking nonsense and stupid questions and when i answered all their questions, they told me to send images i send them the packing images they do not bother to reply me. This is the last time i did shopping with paytm. I am gonna uninstall this bloody app. Just want my money back asap

          I was paying examination fee through paytm, to central university of haryana, but the money has been deducted from my account but not credited to the account of central university of haryana, because when i login to my central university of haryana it displayed that fee has not been paid, this process has been done through your order id is 1590. So i am requesting you to return the money to my account from where it has been deducted.

            I used paytm wallet to transfer my money to my hdfc bank account on 22 july 2017 i have done 2 transactions that time and total amount 10000/-. I have did two transaction 5000/- each but both transactions got failed than i contacted many times to paytm customer care they giving me same answer and customer care number is chargeable so still in spend 200rs to talk talk with customer care... Already 5days completed but still no response from paytm.

            Many times mail to paytm for call me back but no one called me just they sending system generated main and changing only days which bank will givery them conformation only

              I had 5000/- im patym wallete n durind the money tranfer from ma wallet to passbook... The money got deducted from ma wallete n even never reached toa passbook... So wat to do in ths case if i call the customer care of paytym they are showing ma transaction id wrong... M not knowing now wat to do. Ma money as been deducted from ma wallete but its not been credited to my passbook
              Today morning have paid Rs 705 thr PAYTM APP for my tatasky dth and twice my payments debited to my ICICI VISA credit card, but payment to Tata Sky neither sent or any payment received details found on PAYTM ac.
              Pls look in to this and do the needful refund immediately.
              Hello friends do not post any complaints regarding any essue on this site because some fake people tress your number than calling you and telling we are calling from which company essue your facing taking that company name and asking you about your problem if youre problem regarding your money than they telling you now we transfering your money to your bank account and than asking debit card credit card details and expiry date only they don't want CVV number because this two things only they can catch your money so be alert

                    I booked a ticket from irctc for ndls topnbe on 20.06.17, doj-21.06.17
                    Transaction id - [protected]
                    Transaction date - 20.06.17
                    Cancellation id - [protected]
                    Amount - 7815 rs
                    In irctc it is showing amount has been refunded to paytmsdk on 21.06.17
                    But still same amount has not been refunded into my original account from which payment was made.

                    Its already been more than 1 months.
                    Kindly let me know whats the problem and resolve the issue as sson as possible.

                      Order no #[protected] rs.1979 which is placed on 12th july 2017 and got delivered on 15th july but i am not happy with the product so i requested for replacement order which has to be shipped or it should be auto canceled by 23rd july 2017 but i'm not getting my refund back, i called many times regarding this issue abd there is no toll free no for paytm.com i have already lost my 200-300 rs to get resolved my issue, nobody responding hope you'll resolve my issue thank you

                          An amount or rs. 2040.82 was deducted from my paytm wallet while transferring rs. 2000/- on 24 th july 2017 @ 16:15 but the respective amount is not transferred yet.                             I’d placed an order for two shoes on 14 june (Paytm order# [protected]) & applied promo code "fth1750" given on their website under which i would get a unique code to get rs 1750 off on paytm travel bookings. But it was mentioned in their t&c that it would be applicable after the return period of the product is over. I received the product on 16 june & got the email with that unique code too. I’d returned one of the shoes next day.in the email it was mentioned that the unique code will be activated on 4 july. So when i tried to use it on 4 july, i got an error "sorry, this offer has expired". On contacting their customer care they said since i’ve returned one item & now my order value is less than rs 2250, i’m not eligible for the offer. But i pointed out that no such policy was mentioned in the offer t&c & provided them with screenshot of the same. They have kept this issue pending since last 3 weeks & are neither giving me a working code, nor accepting return request for the order.

                                    While making payment to prepladder website through paytm wallet, money got deducted from bank account but transaction failed and didn't get the product. It happens lot of times. Causes lot of inconvenience. Kindly help. Order no[protected]. While attempting to make payment i was directed to secure gateway and asked for bank account details to add money to paytm wallet. After going through all steps it showed payment failed and now the money has been deducted from my account but not showing in wallet and i received a mail from paytm about successful payment of money but it's still not showing in my orders or helping me get a refund. I want a refund from the company.

                                    I am yet to get a refund to my bank account. Even though the paytm representative have responded with email but the bank executuves have received no refund yet.

                                      I had booked a hotel in pondicherry for july 24th, payed through paytm on july 22nd at 9:33pm. Because o[censored]nforeseen reason the hotel booking was cancelled on july 23 rd 12:39 pm.

                                      As per paytm policy 100 % refund will be made if cancellation was done 72 hours before check in date & time.in my case i had booked the hotel less than 36 hours before check in and had canceled the same 15 hours after booking and 13 hours before check in.

Paytm policy of full refund if cancellation done before 72 hours does not apply for me, because of above reason / further e mail & sms communication was send to me stating irs 1650 will be refunded to my paytm account

                                      Paytm have to refund the money to my account with out doubt, denial is violation of rights and policy, if so initiate necessary legal action.

                                        I added 300rs. To my paytm wallet today for some use but after couple of hours the same amount was deducted again from my bank account. I do not know how this transaction has happened but after this i lost my 300rs & i dont even have it in my paytm wallet. I have been using paytm very often and i expect that my money would be refunded at the earliest. Thanks!
