Should be credited in your account but it's credit in another account.

I did a recharge for my mobile (airtel network) I didn't get any recharge.Then I called the airtel customer care and asked about my recharge and they said there wasn't any such recharge happened past 20 days and advised to check with Paytm. My receipt transaction order no [protected] for my jio ([protected]) recharge for rs 309 on 1st july 2007, has been deducted from my paytm passbook but that very transaction is not been uploaded in my jio account. My jio connection was disconnected. I was informed by the jio that they didnt received the recharge amount from paytm.
