Respected sirs, kindly refer my complaints against micromax informatics id: 1609360 and reliance communication o n 24/06/2017. Suddenly i got call from mr. Abhishek sharma. True caller show me the name of paytm for the payments of micromax and reliance, he asked me debit card/atm card/credit card, but i was not having the same so he asked for family members cards so i gave him my son's debit card number, but he could not transfer the amount. Secondly i gave him my friends card number but he failed to do so. Mr. Sharma told me that without debit/credit card he could not trasfer the money. To obtain the credit/debit card in not mandetory by our rbi. The paytm has converted in bank so they can transfer me amount by means rtgs/neft total amount claimed is rs.5380/- you may direct transfer the amount in my saving account at indian bank,, ifsc no. Idib000i005, br. Ichalkaranji, my a/c no is[protected] my name is rajendra krishna jinde.

the company has still not resolve my payment problems whereas the complaint is marked as resolved on the date 13/08/017 there was bank holiday, how they specify that the complaint is resolve

Respected sir, now I have obtained debit card from my banker so please do the needful, because I am not having android phone so i am having many problems so request for immediate payment to me. total amount is Rs.5200+Rs.210 = Rs. 5410

    A person asked me the sbi card details today[protected] informing that he is a sbi card employee and told he will redeem bonus points and upgrade my sbi card ending with 5802 and done fraudulant transactions for rs.10000/= in denominations of 3000, 3000 and 2000 through your paytm mobile solutions. Kindly revert back the transactions done ending with the sbi credit card no-5802.

      I had done two transaction of 1000 to add in paytm wallet.in 1st transaction money is deduced from the bank but not added to paytm wallet and this transaction is not shown on passbook and no order number is generated only error message was shown. And second transaction was shown. I had registered 5 complain but my problem is still not solved. Customer care executive only registered new complain and tell me that it will be solved in 48 hours but not solved. I had done this transaction on 12 may 2017 at 10:02a. M

        Hello paytm,
        I've transferred 2000 rupees to a number wrongly for which the transaction number is also not reflecting in my paytm "my orders" page.
        I need the money back at the earliest even if its returned to my paytm account is good enough. Pls let meknow further actions from your side.
        The transfer happened today 21 july 2017. No transaction number is available in the app unfortunately in order to provide that info. But hopefully paytm customer care can fix this..

          It's not a complaint, i am just inform you that in indore city there is a fraud kyc"s done by paytm fse as well as team leaders and asm arun bandawat also support them. Giving the greed of claim.in mobile shop when person came to buy a sim they did all these non-sense. They did the kyc with permission of the customer even they don't know about paytm, please i request you to cross check all numbers of the kyc done on last day. Please don't reply take action on them.
          i haven't seen any action..All are same...

              Paid money through paytm wallet option using debit card of icici bank.
              I cancelled a tatkal ticket from danapur (Dnr) to bengaluru (Sbc)

              Date of cancelling ticket = 13-jul-2017

              Cancellation id /refund id = [protected]

              Through irctc website it shows refunded on 13-jul-2017 but till now i did not receive this money.
              Please resolve my problem.

                Yesterday i processed a payment of rs. 299 for a vodafone bill for mobile number [protected]. Today when i am checking in the paytm account it has been processed twice. Please refund the same immediately. You first said i should cancel the order since the payment is pending with the operator and that you would continue trying and today i notice that it is processed twice.

                  My paytm kyc was done last week.
                  I was told that the limit now is 1 lakh.
                  I recharged my account with 18, 000.
                  When i was about to transfer money to my bank account, they are saying that transfer limit is only 25, 000 per month.
                  How can that be?
                  They accept 1 lakh deposit without informing that we can withdraw only 25, 000 per month.
                  When i spoke to customer service agent and manager, they are saying it is their policy.
                  We'll no one informed me about that.

                        I recharged reliance dht One yr plan on oct'16 as per offer on paytm web site offer was 2481 for 12 month bronze north pack bt after recharge i never received 1 yr plan from operator as dis plan available to operator Rs.3120/- due to wrong info. i lost my one year plan.

                          I am writing with reference to my order no. [protected] which was placed on paytm and hasn't been delivered to me while the system shows the status as delivered.
                          This is highly disappointing for me as it's been long since i have been following up with paytm regarding my order and they have not been able to solve the problem yet.
                          I still have not received my order and i am waiting for the proof of delivery from their end. Request you to kindly solve the matter asap. Either get the item delivered or kindly refund my money in my account. I cannot wait for long to get this issue fixed.
                          My Paytm balance was 4k and I have used only 3.5k still it ia showing lesser balance

                            Dear sir/ma'am,

                            I purchased loreal professional xtenso shampoo and conditioner on july 12, 2017 from e - commerce site paytm. I recieved a duplicate and a very bad quality of product. The order number for paytm is "[protected]". There is no fragrance no thickness in shampoo its as thin as water.

                            This type of activities should be stopped as its creating a bad name for your brand only.

                            I would like either to replace the product or refund my amount.

                              I am not able to place any order. I get a message
                              "return/replace not available. Please update your app to the latest version to place an order". Trying since 15th july 2017
                              The app is updated and still i get this message. I sent an email with screenshots to [protected]@paytm.com. It has been 6 days and there is no response for any of my emails. I did call customer care on 20th july 2017 ([protected]) and he kept me on hold and later informed that he cannot give any resolution for this issue. He gave another number ([protected]) where i did not get a chance to talk to customer care as it was only for complaints regarding orders. First of all there is no toll free number and we wait for 15 minutes and at the end we get no resolution. I do have money in my wallet and the app does not allow me to use it.
                              Completely disappointed with the customer support.

                              Hoping to get a response at least here

                              But this number is invalid

                                After booking tickets of bus i changed my mind and i had cancelled the tickets... Immediately after 5 mins and paytm has fined me rs.383/- for cancelling the tickets what the #! Wow a huge applause for the bloody #er paytm they are doing this # with their regular customers!! Kya chutiyapa hai bhai... Only for the duration of 5 mins paytm has fined rs 383/-...# off!... Give paytm an oscar! Bhenchodd!. I want atleast rs 200/- cashback!!

                                It was third class experience. Your customer care is also very pathetic. No body attended my call for 15 min.

                                  Where does he belong from??

                                  As per my knowledge i have updated rajender singh in your app & ifse code was of mathura road mohan-cooperative but amount which got transferred is in the name of arshad khan & customer belong to karnatka so where are the check point from your end.. So how come your paytm can transferred amount to wrong user.

                                    Friend transfered money to my paytm wallet.. Amount is 2000rs
                                    The status came seccessful but the amount not recieved.
                                    Every time i call team paytm they give me different answers all the time.
                                    I waited, called customer service they are likely to put my call on hold till my whole prepaid balance is exhausted.
                                    All this while team paytm were telling me to relax and be assured that the money will come to my wallet. But still not recieved. I just need my money

                                      Worst!!! Pathetic support!!!

                                      Paytm support is the worst compared to any other. No matter what's the issue. They simply keep transferring the calls.
                                      One of their agents asked me to write a mail.. Since calling would be of no use.
                                      I wrote a mail... They didn't even reply to that.
                                      They keep telling me to wait for 48hrs but it's been more than 2 weeks.

                                      I got my pan and aadhaar registered as per the guidelines but still they have not upgraded my wallet. After 10 unsuccessful attempts at calling the customer
                                      All they say is that there has been some technical issues and ask me. To wait 48hrs. After which they send the same email they had sent the first time i had contacted them

                                        On the landing page of iphone, cashback mentioned as 7250.
                                        And once i click on the product, the cashback mentioned in offers section is 6250. I was about to order the handset having faith on paytm, but at the last moment when i saw the cashback is reduced it shattered the trust.
                                        1000 wont make much of a difference but trust and faith on paytm is gone by this act.
                                        This is clear case of misbranding and fooling the consumer.
