I had boooked ticket on irctc with the payment gateway paytm on 15th july 2017, without logging in paytm i directly entered the card details but the transaction was dropped due to any technical error and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The amount has been refunded by irctc on 17th july to paytm which is shown in the screenshot i have uploaded, the irctc booking id of my transaction is [protected]...

33649994 is the reference number and i am trying to get resolve it from two months.
My request is just to change my email id.

Again and again i am getting the same reply from you. I dont know whyyou people are giving same answers. This is not at all acceptable. I am got irritate of you.
I already mentioned that i followed the same steps, but i am not getting verification link to my mail id that i want to change.br...

I had paytm balance of around rs.270 and charged for rs.1000/- from my card account and paid rs.300/- thru' paytm (On 21st jul17).

But today (23rd jul'17) when i am checking my balance, the account is showing "0".

When contacted the customer care, they are asking me to provide paytm spend transaction documents. I tried to get the same from e-mails but unfortunately found that they have not sent any e-mail on...

I had booked an online bus ticket through paytm on 25/6/2017 through my friends account.. As he has a new account.. I confirmed the ticket and proceed to make payment of rs 812. I enter the card details and confirmed it. After sometimes i received a msg of deduction of 812 rs from my account but my ticket was not book. I want my money back at ur earliest....

I ordered a 16 gb sandisk hybrid pendrive of order [protected]. The paytm app itself says the order is delivered to me while this is not true i didn't get my pendrive niether there is any call from delivery boy. I called to their helpline no. It says my order id is wrong. The paytm app shows my order is delivered by raman but there is call from any of it...

I recharged my meter for himalaya tanishq, order no:-[protected], dated:14-jul-17 08:12 pm through ur paytm, rs 1000/- the amount has been deducted from the bank account but the recharge was failed. And after writing so many email and complaints the refund is not credited to my wallet/bank account.
Though i have received some response stating that your money would be refunded and we will contact u at the earliest. But there is no action...

I transferred 399 rupees from my wallet to my bank account..
Bank transaction id is :[protected] and paytm cash transaction id is :[protected]. This transaction took place on 20th july around 3 pm in the noon. Its been 3 days since amount has been deducted from my wallet but not reflecting in my bank account..
Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible..

As on today 22 July 17. I received my ordered product (order
number-[protected]) & surprised to seeing that product in raped in plastic
cover without company brands box.
We purchased products for gifting purpose
So this type of (without company brands) box not acceptable...

Today (22.07.2017) at 10:30 in morning i have received my order, after unbox the product i found screen of led tv has totally damage, and i tried many time at paytm given customer care no but all given no are wrong so kindly register my complaint, also i am unable to connect with seller contact no, as provided by paytm, pl do the needful,

I generally use paytm to recharge my mobile phone and on 20th july 2017 i did the same and recharged my vodafone number with rs. 149 to get the desired benefits mentioned on their site as follows:

Unlimited local +std calls, vodafone to vodafone, upto 2gb 4g/3g data, 28 days : 2gb - for 4g handset and 4g sim ; 300 mb - for 4g handset and non 4g sim ; 50 mb - for non-4g handset. T&c apply

Respected sirs, kindly refer my complaints against micromax informatics id: 1609360 and reliance communication o n 24/06/2017. Suddenly i got call from mr. Abhishek sharma. True caller show me the name of paytm for the payments of micromax and reliance, he asked me debit card/atm card/credit card, but i was not having the same so he asked for family members cards so i gave him my son's debit card number, but he could not transfer the amount....

A person asked me the sbi card details today[protected] informing that he is a sbi card employee and told he will redeem bonus points and upgrade my sbi card ending with 5802 and done fraudulant transactions for rs.10000/= in denominations of 3000, 3000 and 2000 through your paytm mobile solutions. Kindly revert back the transactions done ending with the sbi credit card no-5802....

I had done two transaction of 1000 to add in paytm wallet.in 1st transaction money is deduced from the bank but not added to paytm wallet and this transaction is not shown on passbook and no order number is generated only error message was shown. And second transaction was shown. I had registered 5 complain but my problem is still not solved. Customer care executive only registered new complain and tell me that it will be solved in 48 hours...

Hello paytm,
I've transferred 2000 rupees to a number wrongly for which the transaction number is also not reflecting in my paytm "my orders" page.
I need the money back at the earliest even if its returned to my paytm account is good enough. Pls let meknow further actions from your side.
The transfer happened today 21 july 2017. No transaction number is available in the app unfortunately in order to provide that info....

It's not a complaint, i am just inform you that in indore city there is a fraud kyc"s done by paytm fse as well as team leaders and asm arun bandawat also support them. Giving the greed of claim.in mobile shop when person came to buy a sim they did all these non-sense. They did the kyc with permission of the customer even they don't know about paytm, please i request you to cross check all numbers of the kyc done on last day. Please don't...

Paid money through paytm wallet option using debit card of icici bank.
I cancelled a tatkal ticket from danapur (Dnr) to bengaluru (Sbc)

Date of cancelling ticket = 13-jul-2017

Pnr no = [protected]

Transaction id = [protected]

Cancellation id /refund id = [protected]

Through irctc website it shows refunded on 13-jul-2017 but till now i did not receive...

Yesterday i processed a payment of rs. 299 for a vodafone bill for mobile number [protected]. Today when i am checking in the paytm account it has been processed twice. Please refund the same immediately. You first said i should cancel the order since the payment is pending with the operator and that you would continue trying and today i notice that it is processed twice....

My paytm kyc was done last week.
I was told that the limit now is 1 lakh.
I recharged my account with 18, 000.
When i was about to transfer money to my bank account, they are saying that transfer limit is only 25, 000 per month.
How can that be?
They accept 1 lakh deposit without informing that we can withdraw only 25, 000 per month.
