Dear sir/madam,

Yesterday, i had transfers by [protected] to my paytm wallet by barcode.
I had received the confirmation message also but, amount not credit in my account so i make a call to paytm customer care. They assure me that amount
Should be credited in your account but it's credit in another account.
How can it is possible. Please do the needdful asap.

    I did a recharge for my mobile (airtel network) I didn't get any recharge.Then I called the airtel customer care and asked about my recharge and they said there wasn't any such recharge happened past 20 days and advised to check with Paytm. Recharge money deducted from bank account.. till now no clue about balance.

      I am not able to return a product as the status for the same has not been updated. Under the return policy the product can be delivered only within 7 days. Please resolve this asap.in case paytm is not able to resolve the same within the stipulated time (1-2 days at max.) i want my whole money to be refunded to my account as this is a bug from paytm's side.

        My name is masood hasan and my registered mobile number is +91-[protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
        I used my paytm wallet balance (Rs 150) to get a google play redeem code to recharge my google play store account on 05th july, 2017. Transaction was not successful in next two hours. So, i cancelled the order and my balance was refunded to the paytm wallet. Next day my balance got deducted. I called customer care. But, they are just raising complaint again and again. They are neither providing me google play redeem code nor refunding my balance. Please do something. Thanks!

          I riyaan bhola holds an order of a ps4 game cd. My order id is [protected].
          I have already made the payment. I ordered on 7 july, 2017 and was supposed to receive my order by 13-16 july, 2017 as per shipment message received by paytm on 10 july, 2017 mentioning seller (Via bluedart).
          I have not received my order even though 17 days have passed.
          I want to cancel my order and receive my refund. Cancel option is not coming in my order history.
          This is the worst service, one would ever look for.
          I have registered my complaint twice on paytm customer care, still my problem is not resolved even after assuring me that sooner it would be.

            Dear sir i have added 800 in my wallet and my new balance sms as below added rs. 800 to your paytm wallet. Transaction id: [protected]. Current balance: 991.0. Weekend offer - scan & pay http://m.p-y.tm/WD2. when login my acount after refreshing my password my wallet balance show 0. Pl add my balance and refunderstand my balance as early as poss. Pl check issue

                  My receipt transaction order no [protected] for my jio ([protected]) recharge for rs 309 on 1st july 2007, has been deducted from my paytm passbook but that very transaction is not been uploaded in my jio account. My jio connection was disconnected. I was informed by the jio that they didnt received the recharge amount from paytm.

                  Pliz manage to refund the amount to my account.

                    I had boooked ticket on irctc with the payment gateway paytm on 15th july 2017, without logging in paytm i directly entered the card details but the transaction was dropped due to any technical error and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The amount has been refunded by irctc on 17th july to paytm which is shown in the screenshot i have uploaded, the irctc booking id of my transaction is [protected]

                      33649994 is the reference number and i am trying to get resolve it from two months.
                      My request is just to change my email id.

                      Again and again i am getting the same reply from you. I dont know whyyou people are giving same answers. This is not at all acceptable. I am got irritate of you.
                      I already mentioned that i followed the same steps, but i am not getting verification link to my mail id that i want to change.

                      Please find the below details carefully and suggest.

                      1. I had account with paytm with the combination of chr. [protected]@gmail.com and the mobile number [protected]. And this mobile number is not with me and from more than 4 years.
                      2. At present i have account with paytm with the combination of revathiy. [protected]@gmail.com and the mobile number is [protected].
                      3. Now i want to change my mail id from revathiy. [protected]@gmail.com to chr. [protected]@gmail.com with the mobile number [protected].
                      4. I have been following the same steps from three months to change my mail id from revathiy. [protected]@gmail.com to chr. [protected]@gmail.com.
                      5. I am able to do till entering otp after that i am not getting verification link to chr. [protected]@gmail.com.

                      Please allow me to merge the account with the mail id chr. [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected].

                      Please contact me on [protected] if you need more information or still if you are not clear about my request. Please dont give me the same reply again and again

                        I had paytm balance of around rs.270 and charged for rs.1000/- from my card account and paid rs.300/- thru' paytm (On 21st jul17).

                        But today (23rd jul'17) when i am checking my balance, the account is showing "0".

                        When contacted the customer care, they are asking me to provide paytm spend transaction documents. I tried to get the same from e-mails but unfortunately found that they have not sent any e-mail on spends transactions.

                        It seems they are doing it intentionally and siphon off customers money.

                          I had booked an online bus ticket through paytm on 25/6/2017 through my friends account.. As he has a new account.. I confirmed the ticket and proceed to make payment of rs 812. I enter the card details and confirmed it. After sometimes i received a msg of deduction of 812 rs from my account but my ticket was not book. I want my money back at ur earliest.

                            I ordered a 16 gb sandisk hybrid pendrive of order [protected]. The paytm app itself says the order is delivered to me while this is not true i didn't get my pendrive niether there is any call from delivery boy. I called to their helpline no. It says my order id is wrong. The paytm app shows my order is delivered by raman but there is call from any of it

                              I recharged my meter for himalaya tanishq, order no:-[protected], dated:14-jul-17 08:12 pm through ur paytm, rs 1000/- the amount has been deducted from the bank account but the recharge was failed. And after writing so many email and complaints the refund is not credited to my wallet/bank account.
                              Though i have received some response stating that your money would be refunded and we will contact u at the earliest. But there is no action taken till date.
                              So my humble request u to take necessary action

                                Hi there,
                                I transferred 399 rupees from my wallet to my bank account..
                                Bank transaction id is :[protected] and paytm cash transaction id is :[protected]. This transaction took place on 20th july around 3 pm in the noon. Its been 3 days since amount has been deducted from my wallet but not reflecting in my bank account..
                                Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible..

                                      I generally use paytm to recharge my mobile phone and on 20th july 2017 i did the same and recharged my vodafone number with rs. 149 to get the desired benefits mentioned on their site as follows:

                                      Unlimited local +std calls, vodafone to vodafone, upto 2gb 4g/3g data, 28 days : 2gb - for 4g handset and 4g sim ; 300 mb - for 4g handset and non 4g sim ; 50 mb - for non-4g handset. T&c apply

                                      Now, when inquired with vodafone, they are saying that there's no unlimited calling package for rs. 149. Paytm clearly mentions that the unlimited calling is limited to v2v on their other package, i. E. Rs. 49 just above this but they failed to clear the same for the rs. 149 package.

                                      Neither of them is accepting the responsibility and paytm is not even accepting their mistake that they put the wrong or misleading description out there. When asked to change it, so no other user makes the same mistake i did, they aren't adhering to my suggesting as the same description is still visible even today.

                                      How can some trust paytm if they are not willing to accept their flaws and make things right for their customers?

                                      I need my refund and that description changed asap. Also, i demand a sincere apology from paytm for wasting my time and money on this.
