I generally use paytm to recharge my mobile phone and on 20th july 2017 i did the same and recharged my vodafone number with rs. 149 to get the desired benefits mentioned on their site as follows:
Unlimited local +std calls, vodafone to vodafone, upto 2gb 4g/3g data, 28 days : 2gb - for 4g handset and 4g sim ; 300 mb - for 4g handset and non 4g sim ; 50 mb - for non-4g handset. T&c apply
Now, when inquired with vodafone, they are saying that there's no unlimited calling package for rs. 149. Paytm clearly mentions that the unlimited calling is limited to v2v on their other package, i. E. Rs. 49 just above this but they failed to clear the same for the rs. 149 package.
Neither of them is accepting the responsibility and paytm is not even accepting their mistake that they put the wrong or misleading description out there. When asked to change it, so no other user makes the same mistake i did, they aren't adhering to my suggesting as the same description is still visible even today.
How can some trust paytm if they are not willing to accept their flaws and make things right for their customers?
I need my refund and that description changed asap. Also, i demand a sincere apology from paytm for wasting my time and money on this.
