Can u please confirm few things:-

What was the name of customer??
Where does he belong from??

As per my knowledge i have updated rajender singh in your app & ifse code was of mathura road mohan-cooperative but amount which got transferred is in the name of arshad khan & customer belong to karnatka so where are the check point from your end.. So how come your paytm can transferred amount to wrong user.

Hi i have done wrong transaction through my paytm number [protected]... Transaction id [protected]... Amt of 4900/- at 12:55 today 20th july.. Kindly refund it on my wallet asap..

I want my money back at any cost or else i will file case against paytm

    On 19th july 2017, 07.11 pm
    Friend transfered money to my paytm wallet.. Amount is 2000rs
    The status came seccessful but the amount not recieved.
    Every time i call team paytm they give me different answers all the time.
    I waited, called customer service they are likely to put my call on hold till my whole prepaid balance is exhausted.
    All this while team paytm were telling me to relax and be assured that the money will come to my wallet. But still not recieved. I just need my money

      Worst!!! Pathetic support!!!

      Paytm support is the worst compared to any other. No matter what's the issue. They simply keep transferring the calls.
      One of their agents asked me to write a mail.. Since calling would be of no use.
      I wrote a mail... They didn't even reply to that.
      They keep telling me to wait for 48hrs but it's been more than 2 weeks.

      I got my pan and aadhaar registered as per the guidelines but still they have not upgraded my wallet. After 10 unsuccessful attempts at calling the customer
      All they say is that there has been some technical issues and ask me. To wait 48hrs. After which they send the same email they had sent the first time i had contacted them

        On the landing page of iphone, cashback mentioned as 7250.
        And once i click on the product, the cashback mentioned in offers section is 6250. I was about to order the handset having faith on paytm, but at the last moment when i saw the cashback is reduced it shattered the trust.
        1000 wont make much of a difference but trust and faith on paytm is gone by this act.
        This is clear case of misbranding and fooling the consumer.

            On 15 july money stolen/phishing from my paytm wallet to mob no [protected]. Later after complaining to paytm got information that all money transferred to idfc bank a/c no [protected], ifsc idfb 0041322 nick name hxjdj. Pl link this telephone no and account holder. This guy is fraud n calls from no [protected] and has called all my contacts in same manner. Pl help to nab this fraud,. He has transferred rs 5000, rs 5000 and rs 3846 on 15/7/2017. Ii have all evidences. Pl help before he robs others.

              After tried so many times.. I got a touch somehow to the paytm customer care on call but as i expected that person mislead me by saying that you will get a revert mail that will solve your problem right now or within a day. But i didn't get any kind of response towards your side. That is too bad thing.

              On 5th july 2017, i tried to pay my shopping bill in big bazaar via paytm wallet. That time my wallet balance was around 300/- when i tried to pay via paytm wallet i found that my transaction got failed so my wallet balance should be same as previous obviously. But i got my paytm wallet empty that was totally beyond my expections. When i found that my transaction got failed in paytm wallet. I paid my bill via by sbi debit card. That became successful at the same time. But i got my wallet empty that should not be happen because it was showing as transaction failed so how my wallet balance got empty.

              I am sending screenshots of my bank successful transaction and paytm failure transaction. So consider it instantly and pay me back my amount that i lost just because of paytm poor system and irresponsible customer care executives.

So i want to return this product as soon as possible. And, i am continuing trying to contact with paytm support through telephonic but when i have put my order id then reply me that your id is wrong. Seller not shows return topic on order detail in my profile section as given in product description.
                So, pls return back that product & give me my money through wallet or my account.

                  Ive made a flight reservation thru paytm website from vijayawada to hyderabad for true jet airlines. Later on ive got confirmation from airlines that the flight has been cancelled and the refund has been initiated. When ive enquired the same from paytm support by raising a ticket they said that they will look into. It has been a month but no response. When i keep on calling to custoner support even for an hour it always says all executives are busy in attending other calls. Your call is important to us. Please hold on

                    I recharged my account with 399/- on my jio number +91-[protected]. My order number was # [protected]. Under this promotion i was offered a cashback of 100 rs. After the 72 hours of the recharge.
                    Now, it's been 72 hours and i haven't received any cashback from your end. I entered the promotional code at the time of registering in that account.
                    And this is not the first time i am facing this problem i have faced the same problem for 7-8 times. But now i want my cashback and i want it at any cost.
                    No matter what.
                    I am ready to copy paste a 1000 times till i don't get my cashback.
                    Give me my 100 rs. Cashback.
                    Stop using cheap tricks and tactics. No more silence.

                        I purchased a iphone from paytm.com on 30 june 2017. And the product was not in good condition and the charger has been missing... And i register the complain on paytm support on 1 july and day before tomorrow they told me that the replacement policy is of 10 days. But that was not my mistake because i register my complaint earlier and paytm took 19 days so that was not my fault. I want replacement and they gave me refund i doesnt want refund because i did insurance of my phone worth rs.3000

                          I had ordered online pizza from dominos on 15/07/2017. There was offer of 50% cash back if payment is made through paytm. Therefore, i awailed said offer and paid rs.655/- by using my paytm account. However, after two working days, they credited rs.5/- cash back in my paytm account. When i asked them as to how you calculate rs.5/- cash back on rs.655/-. Then they answered there was cash back of rs.5 to 50. Therefore, we gave you rs.5 cash back.

                          It shows that, paytm is giving misleading offers and cheating to consumer.
                          HI Paytm we are Using Multiple Account on same device because we have only 1 device in our family and all members has their separate account I don't know it's against of paytm policy, So For that, Please Help Me Get My Paytm Account Unblocked::- [protected]

                            I got a call on 18th july afternoon by around 1pm stating that the sbi cards are being changed for all the customers and new card are being given to the customers with new format. So i believed and gave them the otp. I got a message as below once the otp was provided.
                            Rs.7, 889.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx7203 at paytm mobile solutions on 18 jul 17. Remaining credit limit: rs.48, 870.84."

                            So when i checked the sbi card transaction status, i can see its pending with merchant to be submitted.
                            So i want to block this transaction.

                            Below the number from which i got a call: +91 [protected].
                            Please have a look into this asap and let me know the next steps we can follow for getting back the transacted amount if possible.

                            Below the message i received from them after transacting.

                            Hi there!
                            I did an transaction of Rs 7000 on Friday, 7 July under which my account is debited with Rs 7000 but I didn't received the amount in my wallet neither it is refunded to my card yet.
                            The referral no. Under which the transaction was made is [protected]
                            I have lost my mobile phone and m not able to login to my account with my email id.
                            I called one of your costumer care officer she told me the ways i tried those but instead of connecting my old account with my new one my email id is connected with the new account.
                            Now please help me out i want my money back please help me in getting that.

                                I've found a fraud transaction yesterday evening of about 9000 rupees in my credit card it was paid for paytm mobile solutions company.. Since we gave the card number as it was mentioned that this was the call from the bank. As soon as i found it was fraud and i requested the bank to block the card. Kindly help me with this. Since i want the transaction to be cancelled.

                                      I ordered apple iphone from paytm order no ([protected]) worth inr 72747 after few minutes i cancelled the order but for that after being 48 hours still i didnt received any refund
                                      I contacted to paytm from there they only tell that we have refunded your fund but my bank saying there is no refund from paytm for that my bank said ask them for arn number soo that we can track that order but they are no giving the arn number for that i had mailed them for 20-25 times call them 15+ times but the reply from paytm was same that we will give u arn asap but after 48 hours as per their policy they still didnt giving the arn number i m very worried because the fund is not small its inr 72747

                                        My name is himanshu singh and i paid rs.336 for the purchase of some medicine from apollo pharmacy, my money from paytm wallet has been deducted but apollo chemist didn't received money, i also made a call to paytm customer care and they told me that from our side money has been paid properly, but apollo chemist didn't received money, so, if paytm gonna cheat us like this then why are we going to use paytm in future and stop others too. Fraud company like this doesn't need to be persist in this world, maybe paytm has just started to cheat but it must be stopped before it's too late.
