I got a call on 18th july afternoon by around 1pm stating that the sbi cards are being changed for all the customers and new card are being given to the customers with new format. So i believed and gave them the otp. I got a message as below once the otp was provided.
Rs.7, 889.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx7203 at paytm mobile solutions on 18 jul 17. Remaining credit limit: rs.48, 870.84."

So when i checked...

I've found a fraud transaction yesterday evening of about 9000 rupees in my credit card it was paid for paytm mobile solutions company.. Since we gave the card number as it was mentioned that this was the call from the bank. As soon as i found it was fraud and i requested the bank to block the card. Kindly help me with this. Since i want the transaction to be cancelled....

Recently i had purchased a suzuki access and paid the down payment of 20, 500 for which i was suppose to receive a cashback of 2500 which i have not received its been 5 days and as per paytm its suppose to reflect within 24 hours. I have been trying to call, send mails, online chats but only answer i have received is "it will happen just keep waiting"...

I ordered apple iphone from paytm order no ([protected]) worth inr 72747 after few minutes i cancelled the order but for that after being 48 hours still i didnt received any refund
I contacted to paytm from there they only tell that we have refunded your fund but my bank saying there is no refund from paytm for that my bank said ask them for arn number soo that we can track that order but they are no giving the arn number for that...

I purchased asus laptop from paytm, order id: [protected] on 24/6/17. I received it on 6/7/17 and reported on same day that the laptop was defective and its battery doesn't work. As it was in 10 days replacement policy, they waited me for 9 days and on 14/7/17 told me it was not in stock so they will refund me.

Three days later on 17/7/17 they reject my return request, saying my laptop is in 2 years warranty period so get it...

I order one clothing product which was cancelled by paytm itself after transaction. They refund money to bank payment. I mentioned it was closed account so don't send to it. However they did that. I contacted bank employee they said they won't accept any money for closed account. Still paytm not responding about my refund issue closing my tickets of complaints. Not giving money back....

I have ordered denver superman strength & power deo and get batman deo free (B2g1) which got cancelled automatically. Paytm said to refund the amount but did not get credit yet. This is the worst experience in online shopping i ever have. I have heard that paytm never refunds the amount if the order get cancelled by you. I was recharged on june 25 2017. the recharge was failed but still i do not receive my refund amount.if i call to the customer care execute means they said simply it will refund.but the amount not refunded...

I ordered an intel core i5 7500 processor on 8th july and on 17 july i got the order but the order was i5 7400. I tried to contact paytm around 5 times but all they responding to contact paytm mall care. I contacted paytm mall care 3 times but they put me on gold for more than 12 minutes in every call. Now what can i do. I want my real product. And the product they sold me that is non returnable....
