I had requested through many emails regarding size issue of the shirt that i ordered. They are not agreeing with what customer say. Paytm cancelled the return request.
Paytm.com don't care about what customer facing problem.

I request everyone don't order any product from paytm.com....

I purchased sony xperia xa dual mobile on 27/04/2017 from paytm website. Order id is [protected]. After the delivery I have requested for the replacement for the mobile which i bought from paytm website due to the problems in it. I have explained the problems i am facing with the mobile which i bought from from paytm website from the date of delivery itself. Simply paytm have kept the status " Your request for replacement accepted...

When i transfer money from wallet to the bank account, its show successful but money was not transfer to my bank account.
I need refund my money...

I have added fund of rs.11000 into my paytm account then after that it got blocked whenever I am trying to login it says temporarily blocked and it was blocked before 4 days still no reply from them. I already sent my complaint details via online ticket almost 6 tickets raised but no reply please help to get my money back or unblock my account so that I can utilise I am very need of money.

I ordered a body brace hip shape but the product when delivered are not same as per the descriptions provided in paytm. And seller doesn't have return policy.
I want to return my product and want my money back. So my question is why seller doesn't have return policy. It doesn't have the return policy so it shows that seller and paytm just want to mint money....

I was placed an order of vivo v5 on paytm.com on 29-april.
It delivered on 1st may when its delivered i got seal broken box of vivo vp inside paytm box. I was requested on 1st april for replacement of this order id. I got on 5th may a mail from paytm that share some images regarding phone nd cover.
I was shared succesfully. Now i got a mail on 12 may that ur imei no. On phone nd imei no on box both are note same. If seller dispatched...

due to some reason at their end paytm has blocked my account and for reactivation they want me to share my credit card statement or last 3 transaction details. Which i do not want to share.

I conveyed my intention to them (not sharing details of credit card) but they are rigid and say you have to compulsorily share your details with us in order to get your account reactivate.

When i was booking my irctc ticket, and transferring funds through net banking, the amount of rs.1626.50 directly gone to paytm account where i do not have any login.

I bought Nikon-D3300, and asked to return this item (as the image quality is not at all good), they said return request will be resolved within 2-3 days, but they have taken almost 2-weeks, because of that, my trip was ruined, I couldn't take that camera with me for the tour trip.
