      I m doing business. And doing transaction through paytm... But today as I transferred money I was unable to transfer it to someone else paytm acct.. It is showing that number of transaction for a month is done and RBI has limit the transaction.. Plz upgrade my number of transaction for a month. It's a humble request and respond to my request as soon as possible.

          I have tried to book a ticket to KVCL(kochuveli) from SBC Bangalore using IRCTC mobile app. I have chooses net banking payment method. But during transaction some error is occured and the ticket charge is deducted from my account. But the booking was not successful. Please do something. I tried to book the ticket for June 17 (kochuveli express). I want the refund.I got this link only to contact you.

            On 9th May, 2016, I saw a laptop (HP 13-D014TU) being offered at a discounted price and that caught my interest as the current market value of the product was approximately 75, 000 INR and i brought making necessary payment.

            Order was successfully generated (Order # [protected])
            Amount Paid: 35, 089 (34, 990 +99 Shipping Charges)

            Events on the below dated:

            11th May 2017 - I had raised a concern regarding the shipping of the product and i did received an email response that they are following up with the seller on the same. I had responded on the email that I need the delivery of the item and no refunds needs to be processed and in case of that kindly contact me prior of making refund.

            13th May 2017 - I had again raised a concern regarding the shipping of the product and i did receive an email and also received a call from the representative stating that the order will be delivered.

            15th May 2017 - I received an email stating that order has been cancelled by the seller and the refund has been initiated without me being contacted via phone [emphasis added]

            Now my only concern is when I have entered into an obligatory contract of making the payment I made the payment and confirmed the order so now why the seller (PayTM) does is not fulfill his part of obligation by delivering the product which he is obliged to do.

            I also might not be aware but there would be many consumers facing this issue and further to this I already have been treated in the past for one more order which the seller did not fulfill. [Emphasis added]

            Here I would like to use the word “Cheating” in specific that the PayTM (seller) is doing as when he feels like the order is generating a loss to him he would go ahead and cancel the same.

            I would insist PayTM to fulfill its obligation by delivering the item per the Order # [protected] at the earliest.

            And I would also to inform that I would just not sit back this time and will take this issue with the highest authority in the country as I believe every voice is heard and will be answered.

            I don't use my card with patym but I lost money becoz some one used paytm and debited my money from card may I know how money got out of my card...???can I know please???

                  Dear sir,

                  I had booked a rail ticket (Lucknow to chandigarh) through my irctc account having made an online payment of inr 1451.5 with transaction id [protected] towards payee paytm mobile solution from my account xxxxxxxx2944 of my icici bank account on may, 14, 2017 at 22:38 hours.

                  The transaction was depicted as 'successful' and the amount has been debited from my sb account, however, the message after the payment flashed 'transaction had failed'. As a result, my rail ticket has not been generated despite the payment having been made through your gateway.

                  Kindly enquire into the matter and take corrective action in this matter. Request treat the issue as most urgent.

                    Someone has stolen my money through the paytm from my attached sbi account and their is no otp or info. Msg. Send on my mobile no. From the side of paytm. This is wrong txn. Without info. Me so i want my money back. The txn. Detail are

                      Sir i. Booked a train ticket at irctc site and paid rs 867. From my paytm wallet but the screen closed immediately and the money was deducted from my account.                         I am minoy kansara, i have done airtel recharge from paytm site on 14/05/2017
                        Date of recharge : 14/05/2017
                        Operator : airtel
                        Mobile number : [protected]
                        Amount paid through paytm : rs 200/-
                        Actual amount received as recharge : rs 170/-
                        Total deducted by operator : rs 30/-
                        Problem : as per information display in paytm site rs 200/- full talk time, so i proceed with rs 200/- recharge, than i found i got only rs 170/-, rest i was deducted as service tax. Rs 200/- recharge was closed by airtel in 2016, which is still display in paytm site. The information display in paytm site is misleading, due to which i have to bear loss of rs 30/- as a service tax. I would have done of higher recharge without giving service tax, if i know that rs 200/- full recharge does not exists.

                        Solution : i need my rs 30/- back from paytm.

                              I had requested through many emails regarding size issue of the shirt that i ordered. They are not agreeing with what customer say. Paytm cancelled the return request.
                              Paytm.com don't care about what customer facing problem.

                              I request everyone don't order any product from paytm.com. Its not trust worthy

                                I purchased sony xperia xa dual mobile on 27/04/2017 from paytm website. Order id is [protected]. After the delivery I have requested for the replacement for the mobile which i bought from paytm website due to the problems in it. I have explained the problems i am facing with the mobile which i bought from from paytm website from the date of delivery itself. Simply paytm have kept the status " Your request for replacement accepted successfully " in my order page till last day ( return/replacement period got expired). But today paytm has changed it to " Return request rejected ". Am i looking like a fool for paytm??? I have paid and bought the mobile from your paytmwebsite and Paytm is responsible for delivering the genuine product. But paytm have sent me a refurbished/used mobile it seems. I have explained all the issues with the images representing those issues clearly through email to the person who has contacted me with email from paytm. But simply paytm has rejected the replacement request. It shows that paytm is a cheap and fradulent website. I invested my hard earned money by beleiving paytm is a genuine and worthy shopping website. I don't know what to say more than this. Really paytm has disappointed and frustrated me a lot. I want the genuine reason for the rejection of my replacement request. Also need the cashback which paytm shown me at the time of purchase. Till now cash back has not not added to my wallet. I need the replacement for the mobile which i bought from paytm. I don't want my hard earned money to be a playing thing for paytm by sending me a worst product. I went to the sony service center and enquired about the problems which i am facing, they told me that it must be the motherboard problem. You just think why i need to buy a problematic mobile from your website paytm with my hard earned money????
                                I need the replacement or i need the refund for the mobile which i bought from paytm. Till now i am unable to use that mobile because of the problems in it. Paytm must act responsibly in resolving my problems soon. I hope paytm will take necessary steps to resolve my issues... I request you to kindly help me in this case.

                                        I ordered a body brace hip shape but the product when delivered are not same as per the descriptions provided in paytm. And seller doesn't have return policy.
                                        I want to return my product and want my money back. So my question is why seller doesn't have return policy. It doesn't have the return policy so it shows that seller and paytm just want to mint money.
