HI,
due to some reason at their end paytm has blocked my account and for reactivation they want me to share my credit card statement or last 3 transaction details. Which i do not want to share.

I conveyed my intention to them (not sharing details of credit card) but they are rigid and say you have to compulsorily share your details with us in order to get your account reactivate.

Sir, i made some travel bookings on that id and in case i need to modify the same i need to login into my account, plus i have paytm balance in my paytm wallet.

Please help me as i do not want to fulfill their demand for sharing credit card details.

    Rs3000 is dibited from my sb account (Canara bank) mangaluru thru paytm on 28/4/2017 6:45:54. I have not recieved either otp or message from the bank. I have not made this payment thru paytm for purchase of any material. May i know how this amount was withdrawn and to which company the amount was credited. I fear that amount is debited illegally. I request u to look into the matter and refund the amont.

      I have purchased a 55 inch weston tv on 23rd april from paytm. Order number [protected]. Tv was delivered on 1st of may and without two hours of receiving the tv, i got it checked through technician and found screen is having multiple lines on it. I called back paytm about the same, i was asked to provide pictures of screen, outside and model number which i did. But since than i am calling them daily to check status of return, i am told by customer care to wait for another 24 to 48 hours and they are trying to solve this on priority. Complaint ticket number is 28521538. Please help.

          My complaint dated 5/05/2017 regarding merging old paytm balance to the
          new paytm balance With reference to my complaint your paytm executive called me on 17th Feb 2017 through his mobile no [protected] to my mobile no [protected]. His name starts with P (probably Prashant) I am not sure. To sort out the problem and credit the amount to my new paytm account he asked Nationalised bank details to credit the amount to my bank account. I requested him to credit the amount to the new paytm account.mount Later on he asked debit card details with cvv no. Initially I refused. He concived me. I gave debit card details.Three times he operated and all the three times OTP was given to him between 11.46, 11.54 and 12/03. hrs. He said the amount will be credited on Monday as it is it was Friday. I noticed after sometimes that your executive has withdrawn fraudulently . The details are as under
          1)ECM PUR/PAYTM/NOIDA/170217/0 Rs.5000
          2)ECOMPUR/FREECHARGE PA/MUMBAI Rs. 20000
          3)ECOM PUR/PAYTM/NOIDA/170217/0 Rs 4200
          I approached the bank. Since the the amount has been withdrawn securely, no action is taken by the bank. After my pressure they accepted the complaint. I admit my mistake by providing the card details. I regret my action. I request your office to investigate and the amount sent through cheque, if not possible credit to my new paytm account

            I'm vignesh I did an transaction on 22/4/17 rs3000 from paytm to Indian bank
            By mistake I entered card number instead of account number the money had been deduced from paytm but not credited in my bank account
            Regarding this issue I contacted paytm but they are not solving my problem now it had crossed 20days so plz help me to get the refund
            When I cald paytm on 12/05/17 regarding this issue they are speaking rude to me
            I'm help less so I kindly request you to help me sir its my half of the monthly income

                I bought Nikon-D3300, and asked to return this item (as the image quality is not at all good), they said return request will be resolved within 2-3 days, but they have taken almost 2-weeks, because of that, my trip was ruined, I couldn't take that camera with me for the tour trip.
                Now they said, return request is closed, I have to provide proper details why it is defective, Now i said, image quality is not good, I may get reply again after two weeks, with the same message "return request is closed".
                Very bad customer care, I had to call two times, both times they said, that was my last call, & return request can be resolved. But they have taken almost 2-weeks to say "return is not possible".
                Paytm I ordered because they will take return without any delay. I would like to order another cam with highest configuration after the return of this item.
                But now I don't like to use Paytm for that as they are not taking my product return.
                And I'm using paytm for everything recharges etc.., but they are providing this much worst experience first time itself.

                  I have recharge my mobile using paytm, but still it shows "Waiting for operator confirmation". I send so many mails to [protected]@paytm.com and they said that "Please wait for 24 hours or cancel order after 2 hours of payment". In my orders, i can't see any option for cancel my order. So me decided to wait for 24 hours. Now 24 hours is over and they didn't refund my amount. So I again send mail regarding this. But they didn't reply. This is very bad experience from paytm.

                    I am facing login issue here is screen shot of error in my account.

                    I am unable to login to my paytm account since 3 days this is ridiculous and no one from paytm is helping out.

                    I have huge money in my paytm wallet.

                    I face same problem in mobile app also.

                      Looks like your payment to add rs. 5000 (Transaction id [protected]) to your wallet failed for some reason. If money was deducted, note that banks take up to 7-14 days to reflect the refund in bank/ card. I want my money back as i am working in bank as fast u will return the fund it will reflect please solve the issue asap.. As it's not bank fault it's u r app issues.. I want my money back as soon as possible.. All the data i provide to u

                          I had ordered for trolley bag at paytm. As i didn't like the product i had requested for return on 6th may 2017 as per there return policy but till date no action has been taken by paytm till date even after reminding them repeatedly.

                          Kindly look into this matter seriously and take proper action so that i get back my money at earliest.

                            Vide order id PGP00000842 I made a payment of Rs.2, 93, 000/- (total amount Rs.2, 93, 012.65) to Manipal Academy of Higher Education on 10.05.2017 towards Course fee. So far, I did not get receipt from the University to my mail account. When I cross checked University's web site, the amount is still being shown as DUE. Please look into the matter urgently.

                              Ive placed n order n later my cell was stolen. Ive called many times to update my alternate no. For delivery but no one listens. I can'tlogin as otp is required. I'vetried calli g on both the numbers bt my call doesn'tgo through. Order id is#[protected] but the ivr says its incorrect and doesn'tconnect me to a rep. Yesterday i spoke with a rep who didn'tknow anythingand kept me waitedfor more than 1hour. I need a call back from shopping team immediately/asap on [protected]. Please help.                                 Added 5k (2k+3k) on april 21 and traction in my order shows as success but money is not reflecting on my paytm... Called to paytm for almost 3 times.. No proper response and they never react properly to costumers.. Raised complains# 29242473
                                Complaint#29253735.. Can anyone help in getting back my money.. They says i have transfered 2k to some number ([protected]) which i have never transfered and even not showing that transaction in my orders list of paytm..

                                  I received a message on 04.05.17 in my mobile that my paytm order has been successfully placed and the order no is [protected]. On 10.05.17 I received a message from AD-GJAVAS with a ph no. [protected] that my purchased product and order no is[protected] is out for delivery.
                                  In the evening of the same day message comes from AD-GJAVAS that they will attempt next day. Today I track my order and wondered that they close my order because "Customer not Available".

                                  I am waiting for the product for last few days. They even did not give a call to me. Then how can they close my order.
