After 6 days follow up i am registering this complaint,

I have done BSNL Recharge on 14 Dec 16 and its shows "Waiting for operator confirmation" since .

I called, Raised ticket in their site and wrote mail there is no resolution.

They asking me to cancel the order but there is cancel option is available in their site and App.

    Sir, my name is NITISH BHARDWAJ. I am from sonipat state haryana.sir my account is in pnb bank branch mini secreteriat sonipat account no.-[protected] sir i add a sum of rs 16200 in my paytm wallet on 9th of december 2016. But due to some reason i return them back in my bank account but they did not credit.after that i mail to paytm they reply me through a system generated email that after 2 working days amount will be credit.after 2 days i checked my account but the sum is not credited.i again email paytm but till today they reply me through the same email and amount is not credited.i also visited my branch but they said we cannot do anything in this u only contact paytm please help me.

      I added Rs 1000 money on paytm wallet and I sent it to bank account by send or pay and received a text that the refund is processed and it will take up to 7 business days but it's been 11 working days. I have raised my query on call and also on Paytm app but got no help or a positive response. My wallet txn id no is. [protected]. The payment I made on Date[protected]
      Kindly give me a solution and help me in getting back my refund. I will be thankful to u, please solve my problem

        I wanted more details about my order no [protected]. I had placed 2 orders. I had clearly stated in the complaint tickets that Rs 618/- from my bank account and Rs 44/- from my paytm wallet (that is a total of 662 ) has deducted from my bank account. I had enquired in the bank also regarding this issue. The bank manager said that amount has been deducted from the bank account from PRCR/0000000000000000000000/NOIDA.
        I have attached the statement too. And as per your records why is it so? if the order not placed then what about the paytm wallet money. Its really disappointing to experience this kind of situations from the Paytm service.
        And now you people deleted that order details from my profile...
        So I kindly request you to refund the same amount to the bank account and paytm wallet as soon as possible.

          Yesterday i transferd 5000 rs amount on my hdfc account through paytm from my account amount got charged but when i m cheking on my account it is not reflecting i have raised so many ticket regarding same but till i have not receive any conformation from paytm I called their helpline number no customer support they have now m waiting for my amount I don't want to wait again so kindly you do it for me from yesterday m waiting for their response but no response I get

            I tried making in account payment through paytm 5 time. Money has been deducted from my bank account but the payment has not yet done 2 time. I have raised complaint against this issue to the paytm 1 days ago but there is no response from the paytm. These guys are very irresponsible and they dont even bother to resolve the issue. Its like 1 days since i have faced the issue but upto now there is no response. I want the money back immediately and am never gonna use paytm again. My paytm account is with [protected]

                    My name is Souvik Dutta, I am a paytm user (Paytm ID [protected]). Recently on13th Dec 2016 I try pay my CESC bill of RS 4790/- from my paytm account via a friends SBI debit card because of slight short amount in my own bank account, after submitting the debit card details the order was showing in processing state so I thought it will be done in few minutes but next morning I find out that the balance was deducted successfully from the sbi account and I got a confirmation email from paytm but the bill payment order was cancled. So in these past 7days I tried every possible way to contact paytm customer care but they sending me same email again and again saying that the did not recive any payment behalf of that order id. So I asked them how could I get the payment confirmation email from paytm if you guys did not recive any payment and the stop answering my emails. I noticed just now they deleted that order from my account history. Take a look at the screenshot you guys will know what I am talking about.

                        I got an account with Paytm [protected]@gmail.com.
                        I logged a complaint to change my old mobile no [protected] to [protected].
                        I logged the request via paytm website on 13th Dec and replied to there email with the bank statement showing the transaction with paytm and they assured that it will be resolved and i will be able to change my mobile no in 48 hours however its been 7 days now nothing has happened so far and bcz of this i cant use the money which i deposited in my paytm account.
                        I want the things to be sorted out. I wrote lot of emails to paytm however no revert or solution yet has been done from there end.

                        If this is not going to sort out in. I have to log a complaint against Paytm in consumer court now i believe first you are not assisting your customer second not providing proper resolution and bcz of Paytm my money is blocked with Them.

                        You should ashamed of these kind of cheap habits rather than supporting your thug husband.
                        what will happen if someone will catch you someday? Just think of it. you guys will be in big trouble.
                        look whosoever you are.. please stop blaming me as i am not concerned with your moneys and I never met anyone. One more thing he is not my husband anymore, I was not aware of his activities .It is a thug jodi of mother and son and i was one of their target .

                          Tried adding money to wallet with Rs15000/- into Paytm wallet on Saturday 10 Dec 2016,
                          Money got Debited from SBI Bank with same amount but Paytm wallet doesn't shows up any amount.
                          it's been more that 10 day i haven't got the refund amount.
                          Those Transaction in Order history has been removed from Paytm order History.

                            It is to bring to your kind notice that i made a paytm wallet transaction of 800rs on 18th December to number [protected]. but the transaction is in pending state from past 72 hrs and i have paid the customer the same amount to his alternative number so u asked the paytm to kindly stop the transaction since it was in pending state and return the money in my wallet and i have registered the complaint almost 10 time but no response or email from there side i have recieved

                              I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile number [protected] on 5th December, 2016 for amount of Rs. 290 and the Order ID generated is [protected], but the transaction failed.

                              The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge failed and I have not yet received the refund of Rs. 290 neither in my bank account nor in my PayTM wallet.

                              Although I have registered my complaint on the PayTM customer support portal, but I have not received and response regarding my complaint. It has been more than two weeks since the failed transaction so the amount should be refunded by now.

                              Kindly look into the issue and refund the failed transaction amount as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased tplink wr940n wifi router from paytm
                                  site shows still cost is 3899 u get 37% discount so u pay 2475
                                  i paid and got it on[protected]
                                  but i found m.R.P. On the product was 2399
                                  and when i contacted local mkt i found the rate to be
                                  rs.[protected] only.
                                  And in other online portals also the rate was similar.
                                  I feel i have been charged by 900 inr approx

                                  this is very very unethical

                                      I am complaining about my Order No# [protected] on 19 Dec 2016 at 05:35 PM, they took the money from my wallet and didn't provided the services they did the same thing earlier as well for my Order No# [protected], [protected] on 08 Dec 2016 & for Order No# [protected] on 09 Dec 2016, they haven't provided me any sort of services neither they refunded the money. I spoke to my Mobile service provider Airtel, they told me the haven't received any money from PayTM for my service recharge, its been I have been following PayTM but they are just giving me run around they are not giving any resolution, I want that they should be marked as scammers. they are just scamming people this is not the case going on with me I have spoken to other people they said the same ting about the worst service by PayTM.

                                        I have raised about 4-5 tickets to merge both the accounts. As my previous number is lost I am unable to sign-in and I have some amount in the old paytm account. I have called even the customer service but never get back from them. When whole India is trying to be digital this type of customer service is not accepted.
