I am new to paytm. I had recharged my paytm wallet with an amount of 2100 on 10th Dec 12:46PM and the next day i.e 11th Dec at 23:23 I refunded my wallet amount back to my bank. Thus I received a message from the paytm which said:-
Paytm has refunded Rs.2100 to your bank (Transaction ID: [protected]). 50% Cashback on Befikre tickets. Use code BEFIKRE. http://m.p-y.tm/mtsm. Paytm Karo

And I received another message as well which said:-
We have refunded Rs 2100 to your PNB bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.

Today[protected] I made a call to my bank customer care and they said that they have not received any pending transaction from paytm or any money from paytm ..and suggested me to talk to the customer care of the paytm. I tried to call paytm customer care but its not working. I have absolutely felt inconvenience due to paytm.

Please help me receive my money that I refunded to my account. I am a student and I am going through a lot of difficulties due to the delay caused by the paytm because I have no money other than what I had saved in my paytm wallet. Now that I am in between nowhere, neither I have any balance in paytm wallet nor do I have any balance in bank. All that I have is the pending transaction of paytm. It already 7 working days...I have tried to call the paytm customer care but its not working. I am in a mess caused by the paytm...Please for god shake understand my situation. I need that money urgently because I don't have any money other than that. My mobile number is [protected] call me or atleast reply to my complaint. I need to visit my home because its semester end...and its winter vacation. Please Please Please Reply...

    Sir, I add balance 1500 on 15/12/2016, 06:39 pm from my friends debit card balance deducted from bank account but some technical issues so my Paytm wallet is not credited and showing my balance refunded to bank account but still I am waiting for refund my money is not refunding please sir take some action for refund my money.       On 17th dec'16 I purchased fooditems from Devyani International Lim. a franchise of KFC near Acropolis mall, Ballygunj Kolkata. In the outlet it was advertised that 15% cashback would be made if i make the payment htrough Paytm. I did my payment of Rs.449/- through Paytm. But i didnot recieved payback of 15%, rather i just got the sms that Rs.20 has been to my paytm balance. thereafter i agin purchsed an item of rs.58, then i got 15% Paytm cashback. The shopowner tol that complaint this to Paytm customer care. Hence this request. Kindly look into hthis and solve the problem as early as possible. My Mobile No. is [protected].

        Hi, I am writing this to inform everyone that kindly avoid using PayTM as they are doing a Fraud by removing some transaction. I have tried booking a ticket on IRCTC and used PayTM as payment gateway, than used my credit card linked to Paytm to pay the amount, money deducted from Credit card but transaction failed, Now IRCTC shows that they have not received money from the BANK and shows PayTM as the payment bank and upto my surprise this transaction has no footprint on PAYTM, all other transaction are listed but this one is missing, i lost approx 5K dur to this fraud of PayTM, they even dont have any option to contact them as they have not listed this transaction anywhere.

        This is a clear fraud by PayTM.

        Also now paytm is not refunding the amount nor replying any message sent to them
        Hi I have ordered for blielash combo of 3 multi coloured track pants.

        It is showing as awaiting for payment confirmation from bank. However money as been deducted from my ICICI account.
        I've sent a mail to [protected]@paytm.com and raised a ticket through app also. Till now I didn't get any response from Paytm.

          Hi i =added my wallet with 2800 inr later i was thinking its not require so i requested to refund back to my bank . i raise return to bank option they deduced amount from paytm wallet and later my bank account is not credit with the same when i msg to paytm they said they already did now .i talked to my bank they said no transaction has been made .i email so many times no one replying on tht .               I tried to transfer 3000/- from my paytm wallet to my Hdfc bank account, where paytm shows status pending. Complained several times through emails, no proper response from their end. Contacted Hdfc too asking for the same, they ask to contact paytm. Either paytm don't have customer care to speak verbally. Have already emailed nu.Ber of times... Please Help!!

                Sir, after so many mails i have sent topaytm complaint desk, but didnt receive any positive responce. i have deposited 3000 in my paytm wallet . this amount has been stolen from my account .i had receivd some information from paytm but that infomation is not belong to me, , i never send any amount to tht person. kindly look this matter seriously to buildtrust on indian govt. help desk.

                  On 6th dec 2016 . I have tried to add Rs.1000 in paytm wallet through my credit card . Money got deducted from credit card but that was not added in wallet . I have written so many mails to them but till date they have not credited this amount . I have also got confirmation from their side that they have received payment but they are not helping .                     Yesterday added 5500 in my paytm wallet and i have seen the message transaction failed but in my bank account it shows the amount has been transferred to 197 communica dp noida's account. I want my amount to be return within a hour, if not i will file a case against paytm as well as 197 communica dp noida. Also i will inform the same to all the media's.

                      I have recharged friends number through paytm.i have done recharge once and amount has been deducted thrice due to network problem and recharge has done twice on same number, but i have not received Rs 250/- back, of which recharge was not done
                      the amount deducted was 750/-, recharge done of rs 500/-, where is Rs 250/-

                          Sir, i tried adding 5000 in my paytm wallet on[protected] but the transaction was declined, i tried the same 2 more times nd the same problem occured, after the third try money got deducted from my sbi account for which i received message from sbi.Its been 10 days and as per paytm refund should have been done within 7 days.please take some action as soon as possible.

                          Sir, my Paytm account already had five rupees. I'm in it and I have to add money to the card number with a couple A.ti.am. Three hundred sixty-three rupees from my bank account that were cut but did not take into account my Paytm. Therefore request that you return my money.
                          On dated 30th Oct 2016, Rs. 10000/- debit from my ICICI credit card A/c. [protected] in favor of paytm mobile solution, when i don't placed any order or any transaction by paytm it is debit from my account. I request you to please refund same in my account.My mobile no.                             This is to inform you that today morning I got a call from Paytm customer number is “[protected]” his name is Sumit from paytm account section.He said he called regarding the transaction of 5000rs on which I have raised a compliant. He asked me to provide the card details but I refused to share it. But later said he is calling from Paytm finance team and I said that I already received the amount to my wallet but he said it for conformation and I gave the pin. And later I received a message of 10000, 9800, 9800 rs transaction debited from my card made by Paytm. I blocked my card and when I called the HDFC customer care they said that the Paytm that the transaction was done by Paytm.Later i enquired from the bank i got to know that the paytm ws made through paytm.

                              Sir, on saturday, i have transferred rs.699/- for the payment of png bill from mobile no.[protected], which is of my wife mrs. Deepa goyal. But, the money has been shown to be transferred in the account of jal and energy charges. The money towards png bill is still lying outstanding. I am really shocked that when business partner number of png was entered into, the page on mobile phone of png was displayed, then how the amount of rs.699/- was transferred in jal and energy charges. The business partner number of png does not match with jal and energy charges also, so more so the chances of mistake also ruled out. It appears that there is a serious error in your system as the money has, has been transferred in different account. It is for your information that we don't have any bill of delhi jal board had to be paid. Plz look into the matter forthwith and transfer the amount of rs.699/- back in my account otherwise i shall be constrained to file legal proceedings against you including criminal action against you and all your directors.                               Nov 16th 2016 I made order in KFC pay the amount using Paytm. Same day I cancelled the order in KFC. They refunded amount in November 28th 2016. But still now the amount not added to my account. I compliant many times but no response.

Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]. it is showing success but i didnt recieved the amount. i have mailed paytm so many times but they didnt respond. this much amount matters me alot. plz do something in this case as early as possible.

                                    I have made payment to GROFERS Order ID:-GR[protected] through PAYTM Order #GRTXNV38898755. It has been mentioned that you were eligible for upto 50% cashback. Though No cashback has been reflected in my PAYTM wallet.

                                    I have been payment around 4 days ago. Though it has not been reflected in my Paytm account and grofers persons are not taking responsibilities of this issue.

                                        I was adding rs.9000 to the paytm wallet. After being processed partially the page shows the failure in adding the money. But when i checked my bank statement it shows that the amount is debited from it. I have contacted the customer service but didn't received any response from them. It has been two days since the incident. Please resolve my problem. The wallet in which the money was being add was of the shopkeeper. Please help me and send my cash back in my bank account.
