I was paying for my bigbasket order and while payment, added Rs561 to my paytm wallet through my icici net banking account. It showed transaction was declined, but money got deducted from my bank account.
Also I had to pay separately for my bigbasket order since it bacash cash on delivery as payment from paytm was not successful.
Later I got a message from paytm itself that bank conformed transaction and money will be refunded to my wallet; but it did not happen.
Also I tried to mail to [protected]@paytm.com stating my concern, but no reply cam from paytm side. If I call paytm customer care, it asked for transaction id and on entering correct transaction as obtained from icici bank, it said wrong transaction id. Bank has confirmed that transaction happened successfully from their side and its paytm issue.
There is no other way to contact paytm customer care. Also I have submitted query in their portal but no response from their as well.
So please take strong action against it.
