Amount not refunded to bank
I have transferred refund amount of Rs 5000 and 3000and 3000 from Paytm against Order-Id-[protected], [protected], [protected] to bank icici dated Dec 19/12/2016. On Dec 19/12/2016 received a message from Paytm ur txn successfull but I have not received any amount to bank account. The bank manager said to contact the Paytm as they did not see any request of transfer money from Paytm. I am trying to follow up...

Need to tell u for the first time that i hv lost the trust on paytm coz i hv ordered a laptop but i hv been given tge damaged peace so pls return it.

Further, when i had paid the specific delivery charges but i hv been asked to come n collect the unit.

Further the charger was not there only so now i dont want to buy anything from paytm now onwards.

I added INR 300 on[protected] into my paytm wallet after some time I sent my money back into my bank but I didn't get my amount into my bank I sent so many mail but no one is giving any responses.
So please do something and as soon as possible refund my money..

I transferred ₹3500 to a bank account on 17th Dec but the transaction is stuck in pending state since then. Money is deducted from my Paytm wallet and is not received in the bank account.

I tried calling their customer care number but no executive is there to respond to my query. I have rasied a ticket for this issue from paytm.com/care but no acknowledgement came from their side.

Sir I transferred 5000 to bank account from my paytm wallet two days back but during this I entered account no of maharashtra bank and unknowingly entered ifsc code of state bank of India, money is deducted from my paytm wallet and neither it is deposited in bank account nor deposited in my paytm wallet ..help me sir, I asked to sbi bank they said it is not possible to deposit money in such situations help me to get my money back.....

Rs1200/- transferred from my account ([protected]) vide Wallet order#[protected] on 7th Dec, but till now, neither has money reached destination nor returned back. Messages sent to Paytm give standard answer "if not yet credited, will be returned in 48 hours". It is 13 days since the transfer.

I made a payment to my paytm wallet on 7th dec for an amt of 602/-. Then subsequently withdrew the amount. Since the original payment was made by my credit card and no bank account reg. with paytm The transfer was to my CC however after 2 weeks still the payment has been received. I tried to add rs 500 in my paytm wallet through my debit card on 07 Dec 16 twice. But both the time transaction was failed. Out of two failed transaction only once Rs. 500 was instantly refunded in my bank account. Rs. 500 is still awaited for refund.

In this regard I already sent email to [protected]@paytm.com twise. But no response from paytm side....

From the date of 9th November i am using PayTM app but on date of 17th December i was transferring amount of Rs2000 to another account, I have tried 3 times to sent money but no money transferred to another account but amount of Rs 4000 deducted from my account.

I tried to add 300 rupees on 8th December 2016 it showed an error on paytm but money got deducted from my bank account later when i lodged a complaint on paytm i got a mail stating that payment confirmation received of rs 300(screenshot attached) but still the money was not reflecting in wallet and after that i contacted paytm more than 15 times regarding this but no reply is came from there end

I proceed the paytm order no. Ptm[protected] dt.15/12/2016 for payment to bsnl landline bill, account no.[protected] for payment of rs.934/-. The paytm order was succesful but payment has not be remitted to bsnl account and bill showing pending.

Due to oversight, one more payment of rs, 934/- was made vide order no. Ptm[protected] on 15/12/2016 but the same is also not remitted to bsnl. (A/c [protected])
