I have transferd Rs 4000 in my paytm but balanced deducted from bank account but not credited in my paytm wallet now i am tring to get back my money but no one is listening me and now i am helpless.

    Dear Paytm,

    I have made payment to GROFERS Order ID:-GR[protected] through PAYTM Order #GRTXNV38898755. It has been mentioned that you were eligible for upto 50% cashback. Though No cashback has been reflected in my PAYTM wallet.

    I have been payment around 4 days ago. Though it has not been reflected in my Paytm account and grofers persons are not taking responsibilities of this issue.

    Kindly make suitable action.

      I added 18000 Rs. to my paytm wallet. But I returned this money to my bank account this money did not refunded but in my paytm wallet there is also no money shows. Already it has taken to more days please do this process fast. Actually I need money this time very important please.so please transfer this money. actually this process has already taken 3-4 days. so please do this fast.

      but my amount is not credited in my account. So I cordially requested you
      to please solved my problem as soon as possible.

        I was adding rs.9000 to the paytm wallet. After being processed partially the page shows the failure in adding the money. But when i checked my bank statement it shows that the amount is debited from it. I have contacted the customer service but didn't received any response from them. It has been two days since the incident. Please resolve my problem. The wallet in which the money was being add was of the shopkeeper. Please help me and send my cash back in my bank account.

          I Biswajit Singha Have added 10000 rs to my paytm wallet on 09/12/2016 as i had to pay it at a nursing home, but i was unable to send money.
          There was only one option available that send money back to bank so i clicked the button, paytm displayed that money would be credited to bank account within 7 working days but to my utter dissatisfaction, I have not yet received my money back nor any proper feedback citing the issue.

            I was paying for my bigbasket order and while payment, added Rs561 to my paytm wallet through my icici net banking account. It showed transaction was declined, but money got deducted from my bank account.
            Also I had to pay separately for my bigbasket order since it bacash cash on delivery as payment from paytm was not successful.

            Later I got a message from paytm itself that bank conformed transaction and money will be refunded to my wallet; but it did not happen.
            Also I tried to mail to [protected]@paytm.com stating my concern, but no reply cam from paytm side. If I call paytm customer care, it asked for transaction id and on entering correct transaction as obtained from icici bank, it said wrong transaction id. Bank has confirmed that transaction happened successfully from their side and its paytm issue.

            There is no other way to contact paytm customer care. Also I have submitted query in their portal but no response from their as well.

            So please take strong action against it.

            Attaching the message from paytm stating refund will happen.

              Hi team,

              This is regarding wallet issue i am raising about order (#[protected]).

              My brother transferred total rs 550 (10+540) to my wallet on 17th aug. I got 2 sms from paytm that rs 10 added to my account and rs 540 added to my account. But in fact nothing came to my account.

              Then i tried to pay rs.550 to merchant and transaction failed. Now problem is, i didn't get amount reverted to my account, neither merchant did get it. Also, if i check passbook, it does not show any amount added or deducted to my account.

              I have sms which shows amount deposited to my paytm wallet. Then where it went? And why passbook not showing anything.

              Please look into this asap.

              It's resolved. It was mistake that I was looking wrong account. Amount added to correct account and I am closing this ticket I created due to my mistake.

                  Dear PayTm,

                  when i was payment electric bill through Paytm.com we have received the massage that transaction has fails but in my bank account has deducted Rs 1610 amount when i had called to Bank they informed me that INR 1610 has already credit to paytm but paytm is not returning my amount so many time i had called to customer care but no one is responding me kindly return my balance ASAP it would be very kind of you.

                    Amount not refunded to bank
                    I have transferred refund amount of Rs 5000 and 3000and 3000 from Paytm against Order-Id-[protected], [protected], [protected] to bank icici dated Dec 19/12/2016. On Dec 19/12/2016 received a message from Paytm ur txn successfull but I have not received any amount to bank account. The bank manager said to contact the Paytm as they did not see any request of transfer money from Paytm. I am trying to follow up Paytm through mails constantly since Dec 19/2016 but no responce so far.

                      Need to tell u for the first time that i hv lost the trust on paytm coz i hv ordered a laptop but i hv been given tge damaged peace so pls return it.

                      Further, when i had paid the specific delivery charges but i hv been asked to come n collect the unit.

                      Further the charger was not there only so now i dont want to buy anything from paytm now onwards.

                      Further, now i want to return the goods so i was searching the order history but it is still not mentioned that delivery has been taken in the morning.

                      I am sending u the pics as well as video so that i can show it to u.

                      i would file a consumer protection case for the same as well as i would ask for the damages for the same.

                      Further, when i tried to apply the return the products which was faulty but when i logged in to the paytm site there was the status of the product wher it was showing that it has shipped and not delivered.

                      When i again logged in to the paytm then it was shown that the return pending.

                      So please see to it & return to it.

                        I added INR 300 on[protected] into my paytm wallet after some time I sent my money back into my bank but I didn't get my amount into my bank I sent so many mail but no one is giving any responses.
                        So please do something and as soon as possible refund my money..

                        I also went my at my bank branch but they told me that they didn't get any amount from paytm so now you have to refund my money back

                          I transferred ₹3500 to a bank account on 17th Dec but the transaction is stuck in pending state since then. Money is deducted from my Paytm wallet and is not received in the bank account.

                          I tried calling their customer care number but no executive is there to respond to my query. I have rasied a ticket for this issue from paytm.com/care but no acknowledgement came from their side.

                          Please help me with this issue ASAP.

                              We would like to inform you that, my send money transfer is not back received in our PayTM Wallot/ Bank Account.

                              You are requested please kindly provide the current status to our wallet transaction amount is showing successful at our end if incase payee has still not received the amount.

                              If the transaction gets faild then automatically the amount will get added back into the sender's Paytm wallet. Further, after 48 hrs. But it is not received in our PayTM Account for my transfer money.

                                I have added 6000 to Paytm wallet .then I choosed to return the money back to bank .Then I clicked transfer money back to bank.After a while my Paytm wallet balance came down to zero .and the history of my transactions is showing a pending message .Money transfer from Paytm wallet to bank ia showing pending message. 5 days passed still today noresponece from Paytm around 6000 was strucked.How can we manage our expenses .plz resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                  Sir I transferred 5000 to bank account from my paytm wallet two days back but during this I entered account no of maharashtra bank and unknowingly entered ifsc code of state bank of India, money is deducted from my paytm wallet and neither it is deposited in bank account nor deposited in my paytm wallet ..help me sir, I asked to sbi bank they said it is not possible to deposit money in such situations help me to get my money back..

                                  Receivers ifsc code is:SBIN0000279
                                  Receivers branch is in aligarh sahara khurd Iglas aligarh
                                  How could you transferred money without looking at ifsc code

Messages sent to Paytm give standard answer "if not yet credited, will be returned in 48 hours". It is 13 days since the transfer.

                                        On 7th December, 2016, I transferred Rs. 2, 000/- from my Citibank credit card account for crediting to my PATYTM wallet (Vide PATYM. Order Ref.No. [protected]) The amount was debited to my credit card account, but the same is not credited to my PAYTM Wallet account. I got confirmation from Citibank stating that the said amount is claimed by PAYTM and the transaction is settled. But the same is not credited to my PAYTM Wallet account. In spite of repeated requests, the issue is not yet resolved.
