On saturday 17 december 2016, I added 500 rs. in my paytm wallet and i signed out from my profile. but on next day i.e sunday, when i again login into my account, then its showing zero balance. i called at customer care but there is no reply from them. i mailed also but there is no reply from them. its totally fed up me.
so here i am requesting you to refund or return my wallet balance. i shall be thankful to you.

Updated by Ajay@ Malik yesterday i received a call from paytm, but he did not solved my problem, even he was asking my debit card information. after asking debit card information he cut down the call and did not called again.
he told that his name is RUDERNATH VERMA and his employee id is 53271805
sir i am in very big problem, and i need money and paytm team behaving like that they don't have any care about his customer. pls help me out from this.

Updated by Ajay@ Malik and now i am not able to login into paytm, its showing error, and its only happening with me, other users are able to login, i checked 2-3 users. but i am not able to login. PAYTM is behaving like a frod.
pls take proper action against this company. i really need and hope from you guys.

what should i do now.
