On saturday 17 december 2016, I added 500 rs. in my paytm wallet and i signed out from my profile. but on next day i.e sunday, when i again login into my account, then its showing zero balance. i called at customer care but there is no reply from them. i mailed also but there is no reply from them. its totally fed up me.
so here i am requesting you to refund or return my wallet balance. i shall be thankful to you.

yesterday i received a call from paytm, but he did not solved my problem, even he was asking my debit card information. after asking debit card information he cut down the call and did not called again.
he told that his name is RUDERNATH VERMA and his employee id is 53271805

sir i am in very big problem, and i need money and paytm team behaving like that they don't have any care about his customer. pls help me out from this.

and now i am not able to login into paytm, its showing error, and its only happening with me, other users are able to login, i checked 2-3 users. but i am not able to login. PAYTM is behaving like a frod.
pls take proper action against this company. i really need and hope from you guys.

      I made a payment to my paytm wallet on 7th dec for an amt of 602/-. Then subsequently withdrew the amount. Since the original payment was made by my credit card and no bank account reg. with paytm The transfer was to my CC however after 2 weeks still the payment has been received. Innumerable mails to care team is resulting in no response forget a resolution. I am contemplating a police complain now. Even the helpline nos. are fraudlent.

      Can you please help or advice me to reach out to the police to sort the matter?

        Omany times i try to call paytm customer service but they are not piking my call

          I tried to add rs 500 in my paytm wallet through my debit card on 07 Dec 16 twice. But both the time transaction was failed. Out of two failed transaction only once Rs. 500 was instantly refunded in my bank account. Rs. 500 is still awaited for refund.

          In this regard I already sent email to [protected]@paytm.com twise. But no response from paytm side.

            Hello Sir/Mam,

            From the date of 9th November i am using PayTM app but on date of 17th December i was transferring amount of Rs2000 to another account, I have tried 3 times to sent money but no money transferred to another account but amount of Rs 4000 deducted from my account.

            So kindly help me find the solution of my problem of Rs 4000 this is my hard working wage so please reply positively as soon as possible.

            I have tried call many times but No one responses there.

              I tried to add 300 rupees on 8th December 2016 it showed an error on paytm but money got deducted from my bank account later when i lodged a complaint on paytm i got a mail stating that payment confirmation received of rs 300(screenshot attached) but still the money was not reflecting in wallet and after that i contacted paytm more than 15 times regarding this but no reply is came from there end

                I proceed the paytm order no. Ptm[protected] dt.15/12/2016 for payment to bsnl landline bill, account no.[protected] for payment of rs.934/-. The paytm order was succesful but payment has not be remitted to bsnl account and bill showing pending.

                Due to oversight, one more payment of rs, 934/- was made vide order no. Ptm[protected] on 15/12/2016 but the same is also not remitted to bsnl. (A/c [protected])

                Kindly look into the matter urgently for bill payment to bsnl and confirmation.

On Dec 12/12/2016 received a message from Paytm ur txn successfull but I have not received any amount to bank account. The bank manager said to contact the Paytm as they did not see any request of transfer money from Paytm. I am trying to follow up Paytm through mails constantly since Dec 14/2016 but no responce so far.

                      Last Sunday 11 December 2016 i tried to place a BigBasket order using Paytm. But the order was failed and canceled due to payment issue but money was deducted. I contacted customer service they said they didn't receive the money and if they receive it they will refund in two days. Later i got mail that they received the money from bank will process refund in two days for order 1846983 but it had been 7 days no refund, they are not responding to emails. I even contact them through twitter they just ignoring it. I couldn't even find any details in paytm transactions or order list! They didn't have any record of it except for the email in attachment. Tried compliant using app and ivr they are asking to select order which is not there and even if I find some send email no response.

                      P. S I have also find some other people having same kind of issues in Twitter within minutes of search one waiting for 5 days abd another person claims 40 days, in my case they aren't even responding and no official escalation or in person call support.

                            I have transferred total rs15000/- to my bank account. It shows "success" but the money was not credited in my bank account, i did this at 11/12/2016 but still (About 7days gon) i don't get any response from paytm.

As soon as i did transaction the amount was successfully transferred from my account to paytm wallet. Later within few minutes i could find my paytm wallet got empty and shown as INR 0 as balance. I dont know where did my money go and i had sent mail to paytm customer care for update to return my money no reply till date. Usually any such technical issue money should get credited to the bank account within 72 hours, i had approached to bank branch and they said to contact customer care and i registered complaint to PNB customer care and complaint number SR NO: M[protected]

                                Kindly update the transaction error asap. Looking forward for u r urgent as safe return money back to my account.

                                    Dear sir i have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected]. And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal. Paytm need to respond and got t my money back. I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early. Transaction details: which need to be cancelled and amount to be reverted.
