I am using Paytm from past 2 years.I used to have failed transactions during payment. I thought(my mistake), like all other shopping sites, paytm will also do refund after 2-3 days, but i never used to monitored it. But when I started monitoring it, I found that no money is neither refunded to my bank account nor to paytm wallet. Also, I raised a query in their site regarding this, Below is the reply I got;

"We checked your transaction and would like to confirm that Paytm has not received the amount. In such cases where money is debited from your bank account/card but does not reach us, the refund is initiated by your bank automatically after some time".

I clearly got message from my bank that money has been debited. I used to have such failed transactions from other shopping sites as well, that time also my money will deduct and it will refund after some days. But in case of Paytm, I never get money refunded. I dont understand is this a problem with my bank or with paytm or I dont know if there is any pipeline present between my bank and paytm where my money is stuck.

I want to share all of you those using this forum to express their grievances through this forum in anticipation that it will be resolved by the respective company. I am recently victim of this kind.
Three days before I made some transaction as transferred money to the Bank from my paytm wallet.As the money was not credited to the Bank ac shows pending transaction. I used this forum to place my complaints as it shall be resolved or redirected to the Paytm official.
In the meantime One person his Mob. No.[protected] contacted me
over phone named himself as Mr Verma as paytm Officer and promised to resolve the problem provided to reveal the OTP no.otherwise not possible. Also he asked me deposit Rs 2500/= then only the entire money shall be reverted back to my paytm wallet. Unfortunately believing that Officer should be responsible person and paytm is good company i did so. After few minutes my entire balance Rs 2658/ siphoned and wallet shown only 00 balance. I tried to contact that person but He switched off his phone for next two days even now while writing on this forum. Any I lost money and some people using this forum and cheating the troubled person and buying food for their family. I believe no family can grow with this type of money.
Another person sent SMS to me and asked about my problem . One of the person Mr. Raghav, his mob. no [protected] inquired the details of my case.Thanks.
The purpose of sending this mail to inform you about fraudulent happening by some unauthorized person

This is a dream for our Nation
encouragement for E payment.

Obviously such activities are poisonous activities for the
company as well as to the society and Nation.

So be careful. Who are keeping watch on this forum nobody knows.

I have transferred money to my bank account through Paytm. I don't know how it went to a wrong bank account. After 7 days only I came to know. I need my money back. I tried to contact the Paytm many times regarding the issue. They are not responding properly. I don't know what the problem is with Paytm. I am really fed up with the service provided by the Paytm. Help me out to solve the issue.

Landline bill payment BSNL [protected] was made on 16th december 2016. The PayTM app shows payment success but the amount is not received by BSNL. Landline bill is still due and is not paid according to BSNL.
Also the amount of Rs. 1986 i.e. the Landline bill amount has been deducted from the bank account from which the payment was made.

Kindly revert back with a solution or refund the money back.

I paytm wallet Rs.1000 wallet id:[protected], 16Dec.2016 time 13:12pm send to the accout bank of baroda a/c no. [protected] and ifsc code. BARB0RAYAXX (FIFTH CHARACTER IS ZERO) but balance not send result sending failled.
I very request to sir my balance is returned my paytm cash wallet.

I transfer money from my paytm wallet to a bank name icici of amount 2050 on 17dec2016 but the bank neither receive money and nor i get the refund from the paytm i need my money back and as we possible i want the resolution my mobile number is [protected]

I beg to say that i have booked my train ticket pnr-[protected] amritsar express for 28 dec from jasmidih to banaras through paytm and another ticket pnr-[protected] himgiri express for26 december from lucknow to jasmidih through paytm both tickets are confirmed but due to some reason i have cancelled both of my confirmed tickets and i have not refunded my money in my paytm wallet or bank account

This is to inform you that i purchased an Iphone from your site worth Rs. 44000 (approx).
I cancelled it on the day I purchased it however I did not get amount back on my account. i purchased my phone from Paytm on 7th Dec and its 17th Dec still I haven't got amount back. I have been doing follow ups but no result. Pls help here. My money is stuck.

It has been more than 48 hours there has been no transfer of my 4000 rs. Wallet txn id: [protected] and mobile number is [protected]
Also another bank transfer from wallet of rs. 5000 is pending.. The wallet txn id: [protected] and phone number is [protected].. This company does not even reply to mails.. Kindly refund the amount or transfer it.. Worst company!

It is a matter of shameless that 12 days has been lapsed i did not receive my amount rs 10000/-.. Inspite of various reminder through mail, your paytm service is looking very worst.. Which type service u r giving to customer.. Rs..10000 amount is not little amount... How will india become digital... Forget all things, this is my last and final warning. Pl look into the matter and refund my amount at the earliest.. Otherwise i will go to court and all responsibility will be from our side. I am also contacting to media like news channel and will also report to pm through twitter. Pl refund my amount to my bank account.

Be careful while recharging in paytm. It is looting money. I won't have get my money back and recharge was failed from my obc bank on 12 August 2016 of Rs. 4881 for DTH recharge. My I'd is [protected]@gmail.com. No is [protected]. Contacted to bank but the money is at paytm. So I was not making transaction through paytm. But yesterday on 15 December 2016 I made a recharge of Rs. 110 for my bsnl no. [protected] from Axis Bank this time all so the same. Amount deducted but no recharge.

My below orders are showing pending from long time. Money got deducted from my account, but transaction not complete show on pending not done.No customer care number also to check.Didn't got any reply from the paytm care also. My bank transfer is pending from more than 48hours. There's no response from customer care.

Before a few days i used paytm a few times i made complaints too there was always a response from customer care but now it's been almost 3days.. There's no response this time

Sir, on 13 dec 16, mobile recharge was carried out using the website however there was no benefit received from the BSNL. The Paytm website is showing it as successful. I have compaint thrice to company once using tollfree number as well as twice by email. My mobile number in connection is [protected].

Sir I tried to transfer money from the paytm wallet to bank but it got stuck and showing pending status.
