Dear Sir/Madam,

Warm Greetings...!!

I humbly request for your kind support and help for resolution of my below Grievance with PAYTM.

I have contacted PAYTM trailed mail as below for the same and have asked for support but not got any reply or any resolution from them till date.

Below e-Mail from PAYTM (Trailed Mail) clearly says that bank has confirmed a successful payment of Rs.4000.0 on PAYTM against Order ID [protected]. Also they have told that money will be refunded in case order is cancelled which is not refunded not credited by PAYTM in wallet till date.

Case details :

I have requested for Add Money in my PAYTM Wallet on 04 Dec 2016. Order ID : [protected] generated via PAYTM Mobile App. This is to inform that Amount is debited from Card/Account on 04 Dec 2016 but same is not credited by PAYTM in my Wallet Account till date even nor PAYTM has refunded my funds back in my Bank/Card account till date.

I have contacted PAYTM many times via PAYTM MOBILE APP many times. I am not getting any reply or support from them even after mailing and requesting them for support to resolve the issue. No one from PAYTM till date has replied or responded to me on my above problem.

PAYTM Company is not caring about resolution of grievances. Just they are busy in making business.

I will be highly grateful to you Sir if you can please help me on the same. Would request for your kind help and support to get aforesaid issue resolved ASAP.

    I Shanu Kumar my phone no [protected] registered in your Paytm. i Have first add money and same time return back to bank, First amount deduct my Bank Account & add to wallet after return bank to bank amount deduct my wallet but till date amount not credited in my bank account, for your reference passbook screenshot attached.

    I have complaint many time but till time for response, I humble request you please look into this matter & either reverse my amount into paytm wallet or transferred to bank.

        I having account in paytm with mobile number [protected]. From my paytm wallet 870 rs transfered to bank sbi account [protected] on 14th Dec 2016 .Paymt wallet amount 872 Rs Debited from wallet but amount not credited in the bank account.It's status showing pending. •
        Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] • [protected]:37:18 PM Rs 872.
        so please deposit the amount into tha bank account otherwise refund to the Paytmwallet.I raised so many complaints but there is no response from the paytm customer care side.So please solve the issue ASAP.

          WORST CUSTOMER CARE AT PAYTM.

          My issue is not yet resolved for last two weeks. I haven't got the refund to my Paytm wallet yet. There is no order placed at the seller end www.swayamindia.com ( swayamindia order no #36306 - as shown in Paytm passbook). But the Paytm wallet order id - [protected] says as amount Rs 2545.75 was paid out successfully.

          Please do verify the wallet transaction and initiate refund.

            I have made a payment of 2983 for bsnl broadband bill, recharge status shows it is succesful but service is not recieved
            It is very imp for me to be done this service immediately
            I request for refund of money or complete the service as soon as possible!

            It is just so much imp for me right now!
            Its been 2 days that service is pending!
            This is not the good service by paytm!

                  On 9/12/2016 I tried recharging my account for 2500 rupees.The recharge failed but the money got deducted from my account. Order no [protected]. Though it says cash has been refunded the money has not been credited to my account. Its been a week and there are no customer numbers to contact regarding the issue. I tried sending mails and calling the customer care no[protected] but the response was not helpful.

                    Few days later I have transfer a money through paytm the paytm customer executive said that your money could transfer in 7 working days but the money does not credit in my bank account and then the money could not transfer In my bank account I will drop a mail on paytm but their executive could not resolve my problem so please gave strict action against the paytm and gave my money back

                      I have made a transfer on 15 Dec 2016 from my paytm wallet [protected] to my icici bank account[protected] but no amount is credited in bank account. As this time everyone is trying to get on paytm, so paytm should maintain its repo in market. Ref./ Txn.ID - [protected].

                        On 10th Dec i have done the payment for electricity i got the failure message from paytm but money was deducted from my account. upto now i didnt got any refund or any call from paytm. even i m trying to call no one is responding

                          SBI just gave us a reference number 74332746332633169222303 for successful refund of Rs 8000 from Paytm to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any further query quoting Hi there!

                          We have refunded Rs 8000 to your SBI bank for your Order ID[protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.

                          Still I Not get my 8000 rs in my paytm account and my SBI bank and I send image of passbook please check.

                            I transfer money to uco bank account from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK dabit card through paytm wallet accout
                            My money credited from PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK debit card and added my paytm wallet account
                            But when I transfer money to uco bank account then I put the verify code and after it my transfered money showing pending
                            But finally that money is not send to my uco bank account

                              as per i write message about Payment failed on dated 14th Dec.

                              I got your response about it refund in 7 days.

                              Today its 8th Day and steel i not seen any activity on my paytm vollet or my bank account,

                              Also now it very terrific experience about my all order history and payment history removed.

                              May i know why this happen???/

                              Is this your service to loyal customer?

                              I can wait next 2 to 3 days after i submit application to consumer court with All snaps which i have taken during payment and this email communication.

                              I kindly request you process my refund and update me.

                                [protected] had made transaction through Paytm but by mistake I entered the last digit of account number wrong. The transaction is successful I coordinate with both bank they are ready to reverse the entry but the thing is they want the confirmation from Paytm that transaction made through Paytm but the biggest fraud Paytm not having any consumer number no contact not email revert.
                                Before a month ago no one cares Paytm but due cash shortage this fraud sites business starts.
                                Now what to do.

                                  On dated 15/12/2016 at 8.23Hrs, fake transaction of Rs.14000/- has been made from my paytm wallet . I registered complaint to Paytm regarding this, but yet no response received from company .
                                  I also complaint to CEO Paytm Mr.Vijay Shekhar Sharma, but no any response received from his side
                                  I have complaint to cybercell paytm and my Ticket No. is 13971604 & 13797753
                                  I request to Paytm for quick response .

                                      I had transfer 1500rs. from my paytm wallet to bank account on 14 dec 2016 but amount was deducted from my paytm wallet and not credited in my bank account when i saw in passbook transactions it appear pending. I didn't get my 1500rs refund in bank account or paytm wallet. kindly resolve the problem. i have attached the screen shot of passbook.
