We have refunded Rs 2300 to your SBI bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.

So please solve my issue paytm is not at all responding...

.Yesterday I had added money 2000 to my Paytm wallet and then transfer them to bank account transaction but now transaction is pending .. And money is already debited from my paytm wallet so whether it will be refunded to my bank account or take time time for transaction. To the desired account . or credited to my paytm wallet ...please to the needful...

On 15/12/2016 around 1:30 pm i have transfered money from my paytm wallet to my bank account of Rs2000. Money was debited from my paytm wallet but it was not credited in my bank account. The status it was showing is pending. What was the problem. It's almost more than 24 hours. I have tried soo many times in contacting customer care service but there was no proper response from them. Please try to rectify this problem as soon as possible....

This is in regards to the transaction having order no. [protected]/[protected] for an amount of Rs. 1, 492. Presented below is the whole scenario of the case :

On 8 Dec 2016, I was required to transfer a sum of Rs. 1492 to my friend's wallet (Paytm no. - [protected]).

As there was insufficient cash balance in my Paytm wallet, I used my debit card for the transaction & Rs 1492 got debited...

I add money from my account to paytm wallet is 2300 on 4december but atlast order canceled and at that time i recieve message from bank of successfully debited amount is 2300 and then i confirmed from my bank for transaction bank give clearification of successfully transaction and then 6 december paytm send me message on my mobile is the bank clearify the transaction paytm give my money either refund my money but till today no help from paytm...

On the date of 14th dec. 2016, I added Rs 5000 to my Paytm wallet from my Bank account and the then tried to transfer this RS 5000 to different bank account. Since then the transaction is pending and no further notification is given about the status.
And rs 5000 is not been credited to the bank account.

I have ordered one wardrobe worth 7900/- in PAYTM on 19-Nov-2016. At the time of order it was shown 28-Nov-2016 was the expected delivery date.
On 27-Nov-2016 PAYTM cancelled my order by their self and money refunded to PAYTM wallet. Then I have transferred amount 7900/- from PAYTM wallet to my ICICI account.
Still the money was not deposited in my ICICI...

I have transferred RS. 3000 from my Paytm account to my Bank saving account.But the transaction has failed and money has been deducted from my paytm.com wallet..please resolve the issue

I have transfered rs 1000 and rs600 to my bank account from my paytm wallet but it is not recieved by my bank acvount kindly solve my issue and please send my money to bank account
as i have recievwd mails of successful tansection but it has not added to my account that is why i am worried about my money because it is already 5 days ago i have done this transection so plzzz solve my problem as soon as it is possible...

i had transfer Rs.5000 to my savings account on 26/11/2016, The amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet at the same time but the transaction still pending .
i try to call the customer care but they are not responding
So kindly look in to the matter and get the amount back

I transferred Rs. 1950/- from paytm wallet to Indian bank on 9th Dec 2016 at 09:36AM..the status is still showing pending, Money neither received in bank not credited back to paytm. No option to get in touch with paytm care. Complaint logged in paytm but no response yet..whom to contact. There is only IVR available at paytm care..multiple complaints logged with paytm care..still no response..Please...

I am a registered user, registered mobile number- [protected]. I Added 110 INR to my wallet on 13 Dec 2016 transaction id 346416 via ICICI credit card, it was claimed by Paytm on 14th but 110 INR is still not updated in my wallet. I have checked with my bank & it was verified that the amount has been claimed. Merchant MMC is 4814. Where is my money?...

Paytm executive behave very rudely when done phone call as follows:

I tried sending money to a bank account from my paytm wallet. I got the message saying timeout error at bank end and ever since the transaction has bene marked pending.
Transaction# [protected] is still in pending status. The money never reached bank and neither is credited back to my wallet. Please can i have the money at least available with me in my wallet if the txn is not successful

I am Satish Kumar Vishwakarma, My paytm no. is [protected]. Date 24.11.2016 i added 500INR in my paytm wallet account . than 4thDec 2016 . I returned fund in my sbi [protected] sbi account . i have received one message that with in 7 days it will be return my money in my a/c
But i didn't receive yet.

I have transferred some amount of money from my PayTM account to my bank account on 10/12/2016, but it is still PENDING after 5 working days. My registered mobile no. is [protected]. and transaction ID is [protected]. I have repeatedly requested PayTM customer care of the problem but with no result.I have even requested their CEO through Twitter, though they responded but did not solve the problem....
