Dear team,

I had transferred amount of 4000 rs into paytm wallet (Mobile app) from my bank of india debit card (Mobile number [protected]) on 7 dec at10:00pm. But it is not showing the amount now in the wallet.
I had raised complaint in paytm website.. But there is no response.

Below are the transaction details.

07-dec-2016 transfer of rs4000 failed from my debit card to paytm account
08-dec-2016 paytm claimed the money but its not 8 days and they have not credited money into my paytm account

Requesting for immediate help.

    I was transfering money from paytm wallet to my bank account rs 5000 and it stuck in middle .
    2 days have been passed but no reply to my complaint has been informed to me.
    please look into this matter as soon as possible .

    I have seen various other complaints too about this matter which means this company has some issue with this type of functions.
    Please see this issue as soon as possible by which other customer may not get involved in this.

        I had transferred to RS. 5000 from my Paytm wallet to my bank account on 14/12/2016 at 11:58 am. I haven't received the amount in my bank account till date and no further communication from Paytm side. What type of service are they providing. Their aim is to only earn money and not providing customer service.

        Please help me get back my Rs. 5000.

            In urgent I wanted to send 8000 to my friend but by accident It went to some other number that don't have an paytm at all, now if I call the recipient he is not ready to pay it back, the status is still showing pending in the transaction page, when I reached the customer service it's not connecting anyone and when I raised tickets I got reply saying we can't help it, Paytm can't be Helpful on this it's so worse of trusting of them and using their app for transferring 8000, who will be ready to lose the money and such a big amount
            Someone help me to get money transaction cancelled immediately

              I was in a Doctor's clinic recently. The doctor's assistant had mistakenly told me that they accept paytm transactions. So I transferred Rs. 2000 to paytm from my bank. Later I found that only debit and credit cards were accepted and paytm was not accepted. So I tried to refunded the money back to the bank account by clicking on the Refund To Bank button opposite the transaction. The refund transaction still shows up as pending. The money has not been refunded to my bank account. I have written twice to paytm care and they keep writing back to me saying that the bank will take some time to process transactions and if the bank transaction fails then the money will roll back to paytm. It has been 13 days since I tried to refund the money and my money is locked up. I am sure the bank will definitely not wait for 13 days to process a transaction. I think paytm is simply holding my money. They refuse to accept phone calls. They tell me to write to paytm care.

              They called me up and told me that the situation would be resolved wothin 48 hours. It has been sorted out within 12 hours which is reasonably prompt. But I should not feel the necessity to file a complaint in the first place if they want loyal customers. Anyway I wii continue to use paytm. I got back my money and my faith in cashless transactions is resurrected.

                i was upload 15 k to my wallet on December 15 then i need 5000 to transfer my bank account but till its pending status.i send mail to your customer care they replied within 2 days its will be credited in my bank account or my wallet.till yet it not happens.there s no response from your side nd main thing ur company dont have voice support for customer.

                  Money debited from my bank account and not added to paytm wallet .I have written mails but response is too late from them and also in a negligence TID [protected] amount RS 500/- date of transaction 4/12/2016 it's already more than 15days completed till I haven't received any proper response.u don't even have 24*7 contact number mentioned in the app. kindly solve as soon as possible

                        Respected sir

                        Case-
                        on 10/12/16 at 3:48 pm i did one transaction through paytm merchant to one local shopkeeper mr. rajiv contact number [protected] for buying cloths after payment processed i recieved mail by paytm that money is paid to mr. rajiv but rajiv is denying to recieve money.

                        Bank view- money has been cut by bank and given to paytm merchant.

                        Paytm view- no proper response

                        Shopkeeper view- Denying to recieve money so not providing material intomes of 1700.

                        My request- I have mailed to paytm and asked paytm to refund my money back but today is seventh day after issue but paytm is not refunding the money and nor properly assisting customer.
                        sir i am requesting you to help me to get refund from paytm. As 1700 rupees is important amount for common indian citizen.

                        Note-
                        (1) TRANSACTION ID- [protected]
                        (2) I recieved one mail by paytm for paid 1700 rupees but even though shopkeeper is not recieved and refused to give cloths intomes of 1700 rupees.
                        (3) Harrasement for customer because of lazy behaviour of paytm.
                        (4) Total 1700 rupees was in two form-
                        ( 1300 which cut by icici bank plus 400 which cut by paytm wallet)
                        (5) Respected sir you are my last option to get refund from paytm.

                            We have refunded Rs 2300 to your SBI bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.

                            So please solve my issue paytm is not at all responding to my complaint..

                                On 15/12/2016 around 1:30 pm i have transfered money from my paytm wallet to my bank account of Rs2000. Money was debited from my paytm wallet but it was not credited in my bank account. The status it was showing is pending. What was the problem. It's almost more than 24 hours. I have tried soo many times in contacting customer care service but there was no proper response from them. Please try to rectify this problem as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Mam/Sir,

                                  This is in regards to the transaction having order no. [protected]/[protected] for an amount of Rs. 1, 492. Presented below is the whole scenario of the case :

                                  On 8 Dec 2016, I was required to transfer a sum of Rs. 1492 to my friend's wallet (Paytm no. - [protected]).

                                  As there was insufficient cash balance in my Paytm wallet, I used my debit card for the transaction & Rs 1492 got debited from my Bank Account balance but no such payment was reflected into my friend's wallet. I crossed check the issue with bank's Mini statement, and such amount is still showing as debited and no credit is made either to my friend's wallet or to my bank account.

                                  It has already 10 days since the issue has happened and i have already written to Paytm 3 times at least to look into the matter, but every time i gets a new issue ticket whereas the policy of Paytm says to resolve the matter in 48 hrs. Important thing to note here is that, till yesterday the order was reflecting in my Paytm order summary as failed but now the same has been removed from the order summary, I was lucky to have taken the screenshot of the same as an evidence. I even warned Paytm in my last query that I shall proceed to consumer forum but still no action taken!!

                                  May I request you to please look into the matter as the amount of transaction might not be huge for you but being a student it is a huge amount for me. Further, I am attaching herewith the screen shot of the instance along with the screenshot of mini statement showing the amount debited from my account.

                                  An early response shall be highly appreciated.

                                      On the date of 14th dec. 2016, I added Rs 5000 to my Paytm wallet from my Bank account and the then tried to transfer this RS 5000 to different bank account. Since then the transaction is pending and no further notification is given about the status.
                                      And rs 5000 is not been credited to the bank account.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is Siva Jyothi from Bangalore.

                                        I have ordered one wardrobe worth 7900/- in PAYTM on 19-Nov-2016. At the time of order it was shown 28-Nov-2016 was the expected delivery date.
                                        On 27-Nov-2016 PAYTM cancelled my order by their self and money refunded to PAYTM wallet. Then I have transferred amount 7900/- from PAYTM wallet to my ICICI account.
                                        Still the money was not deposited in my ICICI account. I have raised so many tickets in PAYTM, but they are not responding properly and suggesting to check with ICICI bank.
                                        If I contact ICICI bank they are saying to check with PAYTM.
