    I have transfered rs 1000 and rs600 to my bank account from my paytm wallet but it is not recieved by my bank acvount kindly solve my issue and please send my money to bank account
    as i have recievwd mails of successful tansection but it has not added to my account that is why i am worried about my money because it is already 5 days ago i have done this transection so plzzz solve my problem as soon as it is possible

      i try to call the customer care but they are not responding

        I transferred Rs. 1950/- from paytm wallet to Indian bank on 9th Dec 2016 at 09:36AM..the status is still showing pending, Money neither received in bank not credited back to paytm. No option to get in touch with paytm care. Complaint logged in paytm but no response yet..whom to contact. There is only IVR available at paytm care..multiple complaints logged with paytm care..still no response..Please assist asap

          I am a registered user, registered mobile number- [protected]. I Added 110 INR to my wallet on 13 Dec 2016 transaction id 346416 via ICICI credit card, it was claimed by Paytm on 14th but 110 INR is still not updated in my wallet. I have checked with my bank & it was verified that the amount has been claimed. Merchant MMC is 4814. Where is my money?

          This is a fraudulent site. Beware there are dangerous frauds operating this site from UP, Bihar and West Bengal. They hack your account and make transactions

            Paytm executive behave very rudely when done phone call as follows:

            1. today on 16.12.2016
            2. mid with paytm hpcl[protected]
            When we have do phone call to paytm exe. mr. mohit sharma mo. no. [protected] (raj.) to know how our wallet bal. will be transfer to our bank a/c, he very badly speak with us & say it is not my job, you just ask to your company representative. we are feeling hearten & shameful on this behavior done by a public dealing officer of a public company.
            3. we strongly oppose this type of tel. conversation by a e-wallet company official at the time of digitization scnerio by our hon. pm. how we will do it?
            Please take appropriate action against them.

              I tried to add 19000 funds in my paytm wallet but after transaction finished i got notification that ur order is failed but my funds got debited from my bank account My order number [protected] DC Transaction No [protected] .Date of order 9/12/2016 it's almost 7days still no refund even i contacted my bank they told that the transaction was successfull but paytm is not refunding i got bank statement to show them but they are not even responding :( please help me my contact number is [protected] even my wallet number is same

                I have made a transaction of 3031 rs on 23 Nov amd money was deducted from my bank but never reached the account nor the wallet.again I made a second transaction of same amount but this time also money was deducted frm bank and it was successful. Now my question is where is the first transaction money which was unsuccessful by the paytm but money was deducted. As per the suggestion of paytm staff i had checked with my local bank but they told me to contact the merchant but the merchant i.e. paytm is not at all bothered.
                I have checked the mails by other customers also and most of them have the same problem.when you guys receive a complaint of same nature then you should take strict action to rectify the problem and incase of money laundering by customers then you can cross check their transaction details in paytm and also on demand we can show you the pos transaction from the bank.
                I hope the top management officials will definitely take care and sort this out.

                    I tried sending money to a bank account from my paytm wallet. I got the message saying timeout error at bank end and ever since the transaction has bene marked pending.
                    Transaction# [protected] is still in pending status. The money never reached bank and neither is credited back to my wallet. Please can i have the money at least available with me in my wallet if the txn is not successful

                        I am Satish Kumar Vishwakarma, My paytm no. is [protected]. Date 24.11.2016 i added 500INR in my paytm wallet account . than 4thDec 2016 . I returned fund in my sbi [protected] sbi account . i have received one message that with in 7 days it will be return my money in my a/c
                        But i didn't receive yet.
                        I already complain PayTM but Problem Not Solved.

                                I have done a hotel booking by selecting paytm as a transaction gateway. But at the end money got deducted from my bank but not recieved by hotel (Confirmed).

                                Paytm surely have my money, raising tickets daily, its been 3 days but no response nor even ticket id they provide. Customer care?? They says not their department, ha ha ha.

                                    I did not get money to my bank account when i transfered from paytm. By calling on the paytm customer service number +91 [protected], i didn't able to connect to the customer but my phone balance got deducted.

                                    Firstly, i had transfered 1000rs from my sbh bank account to paytm. Later after few days i want my money to be used with my bank account so i transfered back money to my bank account from paytm. And after couple of days i received a msg to my mobile number that transfered successfully to my sbh bank account. Then i checked my bank account balance and checked mini statement but i did not get money to my bank account.

                                    Very bad service by paytm and i want my money back to my account.

                                        I booked flight tickets for three of my friends from Pune to Chennai city .
                                        Booked date:Mid of October
                                        Date of journey :13th Dec 2016

                                        Unfortunately due to weather conditions flight get cancelled by indigo Management, we met them they processed my cancellation, they said that you will receive refund within four to five working days but still not I am not receiving any refund.
                                        I am totally frustrating because I am not receiving even single notification regarding to my refund .
                                        Please let me know the status of my refund when you guys are going to credit, Please find the below attached tickets for your reference
