Yesterday i was add 10, 000 in my paytm accnt and i was send to bank acnt but it show error then i tried more and again same problem when i tried 3rd time then sent money is successfull bt this time another 5000 rupee automaticaly cut my acnt then i back main menu i saw both transfer pending and i wait 24hr but no any responce plz do some thing nd back my money in my wallet i hope so you solved my problem shorlty

    I transferred rs.6000 from my bank account to paytm which failed. I added once again which was successful. But the amount from my account was deducted twice. I raised complaint and was informed that it will settle within 48 hours. The transaction date was 7th dec and now it is 15th. I have not received any resolution. Further, i am unable to open my web paytm account. It is not verifying my mobile no. Unable to reach through phone support too. It doesn't allow us to speak to an executive and ivrs reads our preset stupid messages and irrelevant information.

      Dear sir,
      I booked flight on 09/12/2016 from srinagar to Jammu but the flight got cancelled due to some climatic issues after that I cancelled the tickets from Sir India and called paytm for refund and the reply was very satisfactory.they told my it will be refunded in a maximum time of 72 hours but today is 15/12/2016 and still refund is pending kindly revert as I need the money very badly

        I was credited the amoun ofrs 5000 in paytm on 1st dec 2016 and on 10th dec2016 requested to credit again to same bank and from the app of paytm shows wallet txn id [protected] sent to bank however till amount is not credited in bank account.

            I was paying my bsnl broadband bill rs 3345/- for [protected] through central bank rupay debit card. Initially it show transactions declined. Few minutes later i got message from bank that 3345\- cut off from my account, later i mail paytm about issue then they replay that within 48 hours money will refunded in your bank account but its 15 dec i was payed bill on 9 dec. But till no single response from them i was mail them lots of time. So please take strong action against it.

                Dear sir,
                On that day 8th nov i was add money to paytm from idbi bank but money not added and my balance deduct from my account. Then suddenly i had received a message by paytm on my registered mobile number that my amount had refunded to my bank account but i have still not recieved my deduct amount of rs 1000.,
                So i requested to you please refund my deduct balance on your priority otherwise i escalates very badly to the manager.

                  I had wallet balance of rupees 6595 on 29th november 2016. But i lost all balance on 4 december 2016 without any transaction.
                  After many times complaint on paytm customer care email address company reply with same quote.
                  They are confusing me with email and phone number or password. Not satisfactory reply on my lost balance.
                  I have sent them my debit card statement in which i made transaction with paytm
                  I also send them a phone number from i got rupees.

                    I transferred 1000 rs. To my bank account no.
                    [protected] (Sbi/ifsc-sbin0006211) from my wallet on 12th dec at 14:31
                    Having paytm cash txn id:[protected] but it is yet pending. It is
                    Neither
                    Credited to account nor returned to wallet.

                    I am not getting any reflect action from their side about my
                    Payment, even not a single reply of my mail.
                    Solve this as soon as possible.
                    I would paid BSNL bill for RS.825/- by order no.[protected] dt.28.10.2016, i added to wallet for the same, but due to non connectivity issue i could not get the balance in wallet and also not refunded to my bank account. I was told to bank for the same, they told me that we have made the payment to Paytm if they will refund us then we will refund to you.

                    Now what is the solution for the not getting the amount by Paytm or refund to bank ???

                    I have also sent the bank pass book to Paytm, you are denied for the payment...

                    Pl. co-operate me and do the needful.

                      I tried to to add money to paytm wallet 11 months before, and these 11 months i was mailing to paytm regarding the transaction failure. Either they are not ready to add the cash to wallet nor refund my amount to bank account. They are even not giving proper reason for the failure. Please let me know if further details are required. They are really cheating people.

                        I am writing this to inform that through paytm wrong pack got activated on my mobile twice.

                        On date 15 december 2016, i activated the idea 3g pack of rs 348.
                        On paytm, the pack description was 2.5 gb 3g internet.
                        However, when i received the confirmation message it was for unlimited local and std calls for validity of 28 days.

                        I want the amount of 348 rs to be reimburse asap.

                          I ordered prestige 4.0 2.2l air fryer (Black) with order #[protected] for a price of rs 5199/- on which cash back of 1039/- was available which was said that at the time of purchase within 24 hrs it would be credited into my paytm account but it has been 96 hrs now and it has not been credited so please look into following matter and credit it in my account.

                            Sir i have transferred balance (Yesterday 6:15pm nearly) from m-clip to paytm account and balance transferred successfully.. But balance not received in my paytm wallet.. So i talked and mailed also to m-clip department.. And they told me it's not problem from m-clip side but it's problem from paytm side and also given a reference no..11c3rw..
                            So please urgently receive balance in my paytm wallet...

                              My order no [protected] got failed even after successful transaction. I even got a mail and text from paytm stating that they have received the funds but still the order was not successful.
                              Even after mailing them 3-4 times i've got no response.
                              It's been around 5 days but neither i got any response nor the the amount got reverse credited to my bank account.

                                    There were 2 transactions made on 9th dec 2016, transaction id being [protected] and [protected]. These mentioned transactions are not reflected in my account's passbook received list. Also the balance is incorrect. The addition of values received + added amounts to rs.3647 and paid = rs.2195.96. The balance should be 1451.04 but it is 1508.04.
                                    The lost transactions amount result to 219 which is not reflected.
                                    Kindly revert.

                                    Please note that I booked a cooler on paytm worth rs 7390 and as per terms and conditions of Paytm I am suppose to receive 12% cash back . For that I wrote several emails to PAY TM reasoning for non payment of cash back but not received a single email acknowledging the same.
                                    So I am force to put it here

                                      We paid our electric bill through paytm on 13/11/2016 and still payment not done to cesc office and due to that our connection got deducted we tried to call paytm customer care from 2 days but still its busy. We have child and old age people in home .. We regret that we are using your service. Either refund my amount or pay.. How much we suffer from you worst service. This is happened many times. But we are complaining first time from our one of paytm account.

                                        Dear sir, dated 26Nov16 i have added an amount of 700rs from SBH card and i have gone through return to bank option. Money debited from my wallet and as Paytm said it would take 7working days to credit in your bank account. But still now money not credited. Kindly help in this regards.

                                        On 18th June 2018, I made 6 transactions at different times to add money to my Paytm wallet for my college fees totalling upto ₹78, 100. As the option for payment through wallet was not available I had to go to the "return to bank " option and money was deducted from my wallet. It's been 3 days and there's no sign of money in my account, sbi bank people said it's not their fault. It'll be really helpful if you could help Make the process faster because my last date of submission of fees has passed and now I'll have to pay fine with each day. Please help me.
