Kindly requesting you to refund the amount from paytm
I have been added a money to my paytm wallet ([protected]) dated on 06/12/2016 amounted 10000 which has been failed txt id ([protected]) and my amount is debited from my account. I have mailed several times but didnt receive any response from our side. I requested u to transfer my amount in wallet or my account within 24 hrs. If this times u r not taking seriously i am going to consumer court.

    There were 2 transactions made on 9th dec 2016, transaction id being [protected] and [protected]. These mentioned transactions are not reflected in my account's passbook received list. Also the balance is incorrect. The addition of values received + added amounts to rs.3647 and paid = rs.2195.96. The balance should be 1451.04 but it is 1508.04.
    The lost transactions amount result to 219 which is not reflected.
    Kindly revert.

    Please note that I booked a cooler on paytm worth rs 7390 and as per terms and conditions of Paytm I am suppose to receive 12% cash back . For that I wrote several emails to PAY TM reasoning for non payment of cash back but not received a single email acknowledging the same.
    So I am force to put it here

      We paid our electric bill through paytm on 13/11/2016 and still payment not done to cesc office and due to that our connection got deducted we tried to call paytm customer care from 2 days but still its busy. We have child and old age people in home .. We regret that we are using your service. Either refund my amount or pay.. How much we suffer from you worst service. This is happened many times. But we are complaining first time from our one of paytm account.
      And one ore payment that will be gonna refund still its not in progress.

      Fraud transaction on my ATM card last 07/12/2016 in evng time RS.3000 debit from my ATM and otp was send in my phone no transection msg so i requested you plz resolve my problem.         Dear sir, dated 26Nov16 i have added an amount of 700rs from SBH card and i have gone through return to bank option. Money debited from my wallet and as Paytm said it would take 7working days to credit in your bank account. But still now money not credited. Kindly help in this regards.
        On 12/12/2016 I have transferd 700/- rs from my wallet to my icici bank account but status was pending from 12th and till now money was not transferd to my account I have send isshu request many times nut no response from this guys pls contact me as soon as possible

        On 18th June 2018, I made 6 transactions at different times to add money to my Paytm wallet for my college fees totalling upto ₹78, 100. As the option for payment through wallet was not available I had to go to the "return to bank " option and money was deducted from my wallet. It's been 3 days and there's no sign of money in my account, sbi bank people said it's not their fault. It'll be really helpful if you could help Make the process faster because my last date of submission of fees has passed and now I'll have to pay fine with each day. Please help me.

                  I have booked redmi note 3 mobile where there was a tag of Rs. 5000 cash back. But till date I didn't receive any cash back. I did not open the packet and requested for return but they didn't allow this. No body is picking the phone. I really shocked to face such a pathetic customer care approach.                       I had placed 2 orders on 10th dec 2016 (order no [protected]). i had clearly stated in the complaint tickets that rs 618/- from my bank account and rs 44/- from my paytm wallet (that is a total of 662/-) has deducted.

                      Anwering to your reply to my email,
                      "as per your concern, i checked and found that your order is not successfully placed and would also like to inform you that we do not receive amount of inr 662?.??"

                      If you didn't receive the amount, where is the cashback amount of rs 44/- which was there in my paytm wallet before.

                      Even i can see in the order list that payment failed and order is not placed. that is the main concern. if the order is not placed, then how the money got deducted?

                      I asked in bank regarding the same and they were telling that the amount has deducted from noida. prcr/0000000000000000000000/noida. (from paytm head office). that day itself i got a message from my bank account that rs. 618/- has been deducted from the bank account. (that message i have attached) and i have attached the bank statement too in the mail.

                      So please take strong action against it. refund the money as soon as possible.

                        Order number - [protected], you can check my order history, i order lots of items from paytm only. I work for den snapdeal tv shop and lead the business excellence function. I have ordered a fossil watch on 7th oct and on 8th i moved to orissa as my mother was hospitalized. The courier boy ajay kumar jha (Mob:- [protected]) delivered the product to my nearest flat (Room no-16) without my knowledge. My mother passed away on 16th and i had to stay with my family for few days in orissa. I came back on 31st night. On 1st nov (Morning), i asked for my parcel at room number 16 and saw the packet was damaged and there was no product, even no dabba and invoice or shipping level. And the person (Abhijit mob:- [protected], abhijit's wife - [protected]) is saying he doesn't know anything. Then i raised a complaint (Id:[protected] and talked to shweta and got no proper response. Request you to kindly assign somebody to investigate and resolve the issue. I can provide you the flight tickets (On 7th, cancelled ticked on 16th due to mother's death, return ticket on 31st and the death certificate - after a week as it's pending from the hospital end).

                            I done my mts prepaid recharge on[protected] for [protected] of 299rs. Amount of 299 debited from my account but recharge dint happened and i dint even receive any email or sms regard the recharge.

                            On[protected] i called to mts customer care ([protected]). They said amount will be refunded with in 7 days. But still i dint receive any of such amount in my account. Again i called them after 7 days i got a irresponsible reply from the mts agents.

                            I think this recharege is done through paytm site. Hence they also responsible for this kind of cheating.

                                I have recently created a paytm account and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I have made an transaction through paytm on 8 december 2016. I have made a transaction of 5000 through my credit card and add to my passbook paytm account and later i clicked on return to bank. And yet till now i haven't received amount to my credit card. I have tried to reach you through customs care number but no use. Kindly look into this and revert back to me.

                                    I have two paytm account, one is my mobile number and another one is mail id, mobile number id have wallet amount. Two account are merged and now showing wallet amount 0.00
                                    I had two paytm accounts linked to my mai account id account and mobile number account. However, i wanted to merge these tow accounts into one and as per instruction provided by paytm - these accounts are merged and now i can only access one / new paytm account using mail id / mobile number linked to it.
                                    But after merger of accounts my worry come to live - as i did not see money linked to old account and it seems the account have been merged but the money has not been transferred to new account.
                                    Since last 10 days - i have sent loads of followup mails but to no avail.
                                    I request to paytm to live up to their brand goodwill and resolve this issue sooner.

                                      This is regarding the complaint no 12625082. I ordered two milton bottle but receive only one. I wrote the mail to paytm customer care and they replied back and confirmed me that refund amount of 848 will be refund back in my paytm wallet ([protected]) in 48 hours.48 hours has already been passed but still waiting for the refund amount. Could you please check.

                                      I have ordered Micra All in One Multi Purpose Vapourizer with order no.[protected], product came with damaged so i applied for return but no return request accepting by company and all customer care numbers are coming as busy every time.
