I done my mts prepaid recharge on[protected] for [protected] of 299rs. Amount of 299 debited from my account but recharge dint happened and i dint even receive any email or sms regard the recharge.

On[protected] i called to mts customer care ([protected]). They said amount will be refunded with in 7 days. But still i dint receive any of such amount in my account. Again i called them after 7 days i got a irresponsible reply from...

Yesterday i have recharged a mobile no [protected] aroun 10.10pm which is my relative no. Today when i saw my walet i don't found any balnace after checked i came to know that the recharge amount of rs. 298 three times deducted from my wallet. Now i request you to kindy refund the excess deduction of rs 596. Or suggest me how should i got the amount.

This is third time i am writing you the mail regrading my money.

I have recently created a paytm account and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I have made an transaction through paytm on 8 december 2016. I have made a transaction of 5000 through my credit card and add to my passbook paytm account and later i clicked on return to bank. And yet till now i haven't received amount to my credit card....

I am complaining about transaction. I have booked a train ticket, but it was failed. But the money has been debited from my bank account. There is no notification about the ticket confirmation. Now i don't know anything about my ticket. So, i want my money back....

I have two paytm account, one is my mobile number and another one is mail id, mobile number id have wallet amount. Two account are merged and now showing wallet amount 0.00
I had two paytm accounts linked to my mai account id account and mobile number account. However, i wanted to merge these tow accounts into one and as per instruction provided by paytm - these accounts are merged and now i can only access one / new paytm account...

This is regarding the complaint no 12625082. I ordered two milton bottle but receive only one. I wrote the mail to paytm customer care and they replied back and confirmed me that refund amount of 848 will be refund back in my paytm wallet ([protected]) in 48 hours.48 hours has already been passed but still waiting for the refund amount. Could you please check....

I have ordered a set of 4 av led 15w bulbs vide order no.[protected] dated[protected], whereas i received xingda led bulbson[protected].in that 1 no. Is faulty, not lighting. Would you please send me a good led 15w bulb (In lieu of faulty one) at the earliest.

On 13th dec 2016 i have added 200 rs in to my paytm wallet from my bank account. 200 rs has been debited frm my bank account but not credited into my paytm wallet. I hv transaction id also. Id: [protected].
On that time i got a msg that ur transaction is successful but the 200 rs was not reflecting into my paytm wallet
Please help.

I have made a transaction for rs 4093 towards irctc payment, transaction got failed but money got deducted from my bank account against order id [protected]. Bank has confirmed that they have paid to paytm, in my paytm app there is no such order id is getting reflected, what the hell id this fraud? I think paytm is biggest fraud and doing fraud at large scale. They have claimed that they in case of failed transactions money shall be refuned...

I am a doctor. Yesterday a patient paid for his medicines through paytm. The amount was rs.1200/-. His name was sachin chawla and his phone no. [protected]. Although the amount has been deducted from his account, but in my passbook, it is showing 'pending '.
Which means i have not received the payment.
Kindly look into the matter and revert.

Money didn't recieve till today from 04/12/2016 i was add 2300rs. On my wallet but amount transact from accounts but didn't recieve in my wallet and also paytm care does nit contact me and cant resolve my problem very bad services of paytm

I have transferred 10000rupees from my andhrabank account to my paytm wallet and my mobile number is [protected] on[protected]. And i clicked on return to bank option by mistake and my 10000 rupees got deducted from my paytm wallet and the money is not transferred to my andhrabank account upto now. I need that money its urgent. When do i get the money? Please help.....

I am a paytm user...
I was trying to pay cesc electric bill from my paytm account on 14.12.2016.
I was paying through sbi debit card.
I paid rs.470...
After sometime bill amount deducted from my bank account...
But in paytm order details its showing payment failed...
I thought paytm will refund the amount in paytm wallet..
But htey would not...
I mailed my problem in [protected]@paytm.com......

I was ordering on grocermax when my payment got stuck and not added in my wallet so paytm promised to refund the money ie around rs 988 if the order is not placed but now even after multiple complains they are not even replying and not refunding the money on top of that they dont even have a customer care helpline. Such horrible experience is not expected from a company like paytm....

Dear personnel,

I have made recharge of dmrc smartcard no. 75443956 through paytm of rs.200 on 1st dec, 2016 with order id:- [protected] through paytm. The payment receipt is attached here with. The recharge was successful but not has been reflected on metro card.

As i have tried paytm and dmrc both related to this issue, both of them didn't replied me till now. I have continuously mailed them related to this...

I had made a addition of rs.2910/- to my paytm wallet held in the with mobile number:[protected] on 07/12/2016 through my debit card but the payment even when the same has been debited from my savings bank account does not seem to have been credited to my pattm wallet, the payment was debited from my canara bank account vide reference number:[protected] to paytm mobile solutions noida....

Money deduct from account but not add in wallet on 4/12/2016 2300rs. And on 6 december paytm send the message bank give clearification of amount deduct after that no reply from paytm fraud paytm m daily mail toto paytm but they didn't reply me and also remove my order history from order list fraud... And also i call to the customer care but they didn't gave back call my paytm wallet no. [protected]...

Money got deducted from wallet but transaction status showing pending. I really needed to transfer this money by tomorrow. Transaction Id is #[protected].
Can you please cancel the transaction and transfer it back to my wallet.
