I am writing this mail due to some delay of payment transfer in my bank account actually today i have send ₹ 3000 in my own bank account through my paytm wallet but the status i have seen in transaction history is pending till right now and i have some urgency for that so please do the needful for me and kindly help me to send this payment transfer of 3000 ₹ as soon as possible into my bank account and please find the below attachment of screenshot.

    They debited my money and they still didn't refunded my money those are the proofs they scammed me, multiple times j called them, messaged them and they didnt reply either they treat us like slaves even the mobikwik is better than this, its not the first time its hapoening see the images you can check yourself they scammed me 2 times, i want my refund back

            Dear sir,
            I have made transaction from paytm wallet rs.172.00 unfortunately it was not completed due to network issue and hence order was not completed still my wallet amount has been diducted. After complain to pyatm cc found the transaction even it is true they are no returning the amount back in my wallet. By compliant reference number with paytm is 10841020. Require help in this.

              I am not able to add money to my wallet from sbi bank, it shows your bank disable this option. Contact me-[protected], i wrote mail to customer care also but they are not giving satisfying answers. Here i m faced problems for sending money or any payment transactions. They are not taking any serious about this type of issues when demonitisation is going on all over our country. Take the necessery action at your end.

                I am ajeet kumar and i have ordered my meal on 3rd november from food panda and the total cost was rs.325 and the payment was done through paytm. But the order was cancelled automatically. When i contacted foodpanda and told them about my matter they said that the money is refunded in your wallet but it was not refunded in my wallet. I also contacted paytm and they also said that the money is refunded in your wallet but it is still not refunded in my wallet. My order id of foodpanda was [protected]@1 and the transaction id of paytm was [protected]. Please concern my issue.

                  With register mobile no. [protected] and reference order no. [protected], i have purchased one dslr camera and there was a 15% cash back offer on same, which i have applied while buying. But it's not get credited into my account. I raised 2-3 times ticket as well but no response from your side. Request you to investigate the same and give the cash back/credit into my paytm wallet asap or call me on [protected].

                    My name is aanchal nigam from faizabad, up. On 26th november 2016 8:30 i ordered for rs.3000 in my paytm account, order id [protected]as it was not used at that time in v-mart, i refunded my money back in my vijaya bank account on the same day at 9:30 pm. I received a mail from paytm also with the same reference mentioned above. After more then 15 days is going today but still my amount is not refunded in my bank account.

                      Last day at night after submitting my consumer complaint I have received call from mobile No [protected].The person told me that he is talking from Samsung India and my claim for phone is approved . He asked my debit card No. after that he asked for OTP generated for transfer of 13500 Rs from MY account No to PAYTM account.on checking I found that No is activated somewhere in Bihar.When I refuse to asked OTP number he disconnect the phone.I have recorded phone conversation with him.how can I complaint against individual PAYTM account.

                        I had recharged my Paytm acc with Rs 2000 on 8 Nov using a Friend's canara bank card. Somehow the transaction was done 2 times and I had extra 2000 rs in my paytm wallet that I didnt need. So i clicked on "Return to bank" option. Now all it shows is "REFUND_INIT". The amount has not been transferred to bank. I do not know how long it will take. No option to cancel the refund. I dont know if i should pay back to my friend some other way.
                        Customer care mail gives only copy paste replies. No number where i can talk to any live person.

                                On 12th December at 20:06, Rs 3745 got debited from my Paytm Wallet and not credited in the bank account. It's been 2 days and it is still showing PENDING and there has been no response from Paytm regarding where my money is. This is not the service accepted from Paytm. Atleast have the decency to keep your customer informed.

                                    This is with reference to the received amount in the passbook wallet in Paytm. I didn't receive last two transaction amount of Rs. 500 & Rs. 270. However these amounts have been deducted from sender's end and are reflected in their passbook. Payee's no has already been validated. However, the transactions haven't been updated in the received column of my paytm passbook. I would request PayTM to send a mail with past five received transaction details.
