I had 1200 and transfred from bank 12500
i transfred 5000/- and 5000/- . But 2500 missing from my paytm .
i submit many complaint but no action was taken on it.
now i am going to Consumer form. i want my money back ।
श्री मान हमारे पेटीएम मे 1200 रूपये थे हमने पी एन बी बैंक से 12500 रूपये जमा किये। उसके बाद 5000 रूपये दो बार अपने खाते मे जमा किये जिसके बाद बैलेंस 3700 रूपये के स्थान पर 1202 रूपय रह गया। मुझे अपना धन वापस चाहिए।।🙏

This is regarding PAYTM ewallet money transfer. I had transferred Rs.1000/- from my account (Adesh Singhal - [protected]) to another account.

Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]

the above said transaction amount of Rs.1000/- is showing SUCCESS in my passbook, however the same has not been deposited to the receiver's PAYTM account (Deepa Singhal - [protected]). It has also not been remitted back to my account.

Please get it checked & remit the amount of Rs.1000/-.

I was adding money to my PayTM wallet and transaction was failed. But the amount was debited from my card. Now it showing status as "Refunded to Bank" but it has not reflect yet in my Card. The amount is 3000 Rs. And order id is: [protected]. I raised ticket through PayTM App and also tweet the issue. But no reply from PayTM guys.

Please look into this issue. And please inform me when can I expect my Money back?

My self roshan. My payTM registered mobile no-[protected]. I add an amount of rs.2500 from jammu and kashmir bank net banking by payTM site. The amount is debited from account but I haven't receive it in my payTM account. I am having very promblem . It is second time. Please resolve this problem. I have to pay it any my relative urgently. Please refund my money.

I was transferring an amount of Rs. 4000 to my paytm wallet on 03.12.16 through UBI bank debit card. The amount got debited from my bank account but didn't get added to my wallet .I complained regarding this to Paytm by mail at [protected]@paytm.com but the issue has not been resolved till date. So please help in resolving this.

I have not recieved any refund for transaction done through paytm wallet for 1mg website, 1 mg people have refunded the money but from paytm end the amount is not reflected in paytm wallet.
Please check for the issue, I need the refund back please, its been 2 weeks since the transaction was done. The transaction was done on Nov 22nd 2016, but the refund from 1mg website was done on Nov 24th 2016, Till date I have not receieved any refund from paytm since I did the transaction through paytm wallet

This is to inform you that I have recharged my metro card through paytm, money deducted from my a/c. When I checked my balance in metro card at metro station, it is showing the amount is not credited in my metro card.

I tried calling to your customer care no., but no positive response I received (none of them picked up my call)

So, I request you being a reputed e-commerce company, you must consider my mentioned issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Worst service i ever seen with paytm after booking the train ticket.
Before train departure i wana cancel the ticket so i visited the paytm website and tried to cancel but i was not able to cancel.i tried for 100 times no use.
i have contacted care through mail but i got response on next day evg, people are not connecting properly.Worst customer care for paytm.

Approximate calculation wrt paytm and mobikwik

Resource - 1
Ekyc per day - 100
No of days - 25
Total team = 25 persons

Project 1 (Paytm)

Scheme 1
Calculation for paytm @ 20 (If the aadhar copy is produced)
= 100 ekyc * 25 days * 20 rs = rs 50, 000 per person

Cost per person = salary + commission to the teams (15%)
= rs 15, 000 + rs 7, 500 = rs 22, 500

Profit per person = rs 50, 000 - rs 22, 500 = rs 27, 500 per person per month

Profit in total = rs 27, 500 * 25 persons = rs 6, 87, 500 per month

Scheme 2
Calculation for paytm @ 30 rs (If aadhar copy is produced and one transaction happen by customer after ekyc) - 100 ekyc * 25 days * 30 rs = rs 75000 per person

Cost per person = salary + commission to the teams (15%)
= rs 15, 000 + rs 11, 250 = rs 26, 250

Profit per person = rs 75, 000 - rs 26, 250 = rs 48, 750 per person per month

Profit in total = rs 48, 750 * 25 persons = rs 12, 18, 750 per month

Project 2 (Mobikwik)

Calculation for mobikwik - 100 kyc *25 days * 25 rs = rs 62, 500 per person

Cost per person = salary + commission to the teams (15%)
= rs 15, 000 + rs 9, 375 =rs 24, 375

Profit per person = rs 62, 500 - rs 24, 375 = rs 38, 125 per person per month

Profit in total = rs 38, 125 * 25 persons = rs 9, 53, 125 per month

For this there is affront payment for each project as below:

1) 10 lakhs (Negotiable) consulting fee at the time of mou per each state and for each project
2) 15% payment on every invoice till end of project

On 30.11.2016 at about 3.45 pm, I was trying to shop a smart phone from "gadgets now" website.

Where I found Paytm wallet payment option( in gadgets now website).

So, I clicked the Paytm and I was taken to Paytm website.

Where Paytm told me the available balance in my wallet is Rs.217 and I have to add Rs.5682 from my bank account.

Then I proceeded the payment option.

After sometime Paytm webpage was showing the transaction has been failed(see the screen shot).

But immediately I got the SMS from my bank that an amount of Rs.5682 has been debited from my account.(see the screen shot of SMS).

I already enquired with Bank and they told me that the amount was paid.

The amount is not added to my Paytm wallet.

Please Help me to recover the amount.
