    On 6-december-2016 at 9:35 PM I initiated a transaction (Order No : [protected]) in which I was transferring 2000rs from my bank account to my paytm wallet which failed (as per paytm notification) but the amount was deducted from my bank account and I cannot even see it in my paytm wallet.

    Kindly help me with the same. It's been two days now, there is no update regarding my payment even after raising tickets twice. This is really irritating because the amount is high and there is no reply even after the repeated efforts.

    I have added money 28-Nov-2016 After that i have tried to bank transfer that amount is not going to bank account, That's why Again I will transfer that amount same card but still it is showing 'Refund_Pending' I have raised by query in paytm site but still I am not Receiving any update from the Paytm. Please Help on this

      On 5th Dec. 2016, At 19:38 I added rs. 13000 to my Paytm account from Bank account no. [protected] of BOI. But when I clicked on transfer button the money has been automatically refunded to my Bank account . This message was received by me from Paytm at 19:39. The related order id is [protected]. On 7th Dec. I received the message from Paytm that BOI just gave a reference no. 85215226340648795706181 for successful refund of money. But still the money has not been credited to my account. Plz give the clear information about where the money is and when it will be credited to my account.

          I ordered food from food panda and made payment through paytm.the hotel cancelled my order and i wrote an email to food panda and they processed my refund through paytm as a result of which i got a mesage from paytm that your account is credited with 160 rs from paytm but the money is not being credited to my account.i need my refund as soon as i can or else i will have to take up this matter to the next level.
          My mobile number registered with paytm is [protected] and the order id with which i ordered food with foodpanda is [protected]@1.
          Kindly take the necessary step as soon as possible

          I registered a complaint on this site and i got a phone call from some person and he was asking me a lot of things like otp number cvv number and all sorts of confidential information.i told him my otp number by mistake and after i that i checked my paytm passbook the balance was zero.if i didnt get a proper clarification and compensation for this. I'm gonna take up this matter legally.
          I 've been manipulated by someone to share my confidential details and my money is gone ...

            In PAYTM lost 7000/- ..they have not returned back ..pls chk their other fb page, their are many people who lost thousands in PayTm..theyjust reply we have replied u in Inbox...dnt trust them..dnt put more than 200 in paytm...soon i will file a FIR against them..incoming days u will see many people filing FIR against them as many people are losing money in Paytm and they dnt have call centre...in private message they just say we paid money...they are frauds...there are thousands like us..pls visit their FB page..itsgoing to be mother of alll frauds

                I transfereed Rs 1579 from paytm wallet to my bank account on 9 nov 2106.bt i didnot got the money yet to my bank accout .i mailed so many times to paytm but he is behaving irresponsibly and mailing me a apology letter which is not the solution .i also met my bank branch manager regarding this but hetold me its the faul of paytm.without that money i m facing a lot problems.

                  Recently i m transfer 2500 to another account through paytm. Amount doesn't transfer added to my paytm wallet.. Then m click to paytm wallet to transfer in my bank account reback... The amount does not transfer and money will be reduce now the third no response of eamil toll free anything... M in hospital.. Its very emergency
                  No i very sad to use paytm where as last m happy to use and share about how it work

                    I was adding Rs. 500/- into my paytm wallet from Gift Card no.[protected], instead of adding the amount it deducted the amount from the card and two messages flashed that you have successfully made purchase of Rs. 500/- to PAYTM mobile solutions and another message was made payment to ONE97 COMMUNICATION LTD-P. I have not purchased or made any payment.
                    Kindly arrange to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                        Today around 11.25 AM there was 2 fraudulent transactions made using my SBI credit card [protected] without my knowledge/consent. My mobile number used for ONE TIME PASSWORD is [protected]. I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO CANCEL/REVERSE THE TRANSACTION AND INTIMATE THE MERCHANT ACCORDINGLY. The corresponding bank approval code used for these transactions as received from bankers are given below and attaching my bank statement supporting my complaint for reference.

                          I tried to do prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 199 but the payment deducted from my bank account & recharge not done. After some days I got refund of Rs. 199 in my paytm wallet, but there is an option of return to bank in paytm wallet. I clicked on that option of return to bank & followed further procedure but even after 10 days I didn't get refund of Rs. 199 in my bank account. I followed them several times by mailing & calling them but they didn't picked the call & don't even replied to my mail. Now there is NO record of that transaction shown on paytm. Kindly take suitable action

                            Sir, on 29 november i added 10, 000 rupees in my paytm wallet from my bank of patiala account, after that i wanted to return that money to my bank account and i clicked on return to bank, amount deducted from paytm wallet but not deposited inmy bank account, today is 8 december and still amount is not deposited, wallet shows transaction successful.i mailed to paytm care every time they reply with same mail copying and paste saying it normally take 2-3 days .but it has been 9 days.please solve my problem as soon as possible

                              It has been more than 5 days today but still I have not received any acknowledgement from Paytm on my email sent to them at their customer support email address - [protected]@paytm.com
                              I ordered a pizza online on 3rd December 2016 at 19:15 IST for an amount of Rs 1040/- I selected the option to pay via Paytm on the Domino's website. At that time, the balance in my wallet was not sufficient so the site redirected me to recharge my wallet. I recharged my wallet with an amount of Rs 1040/- (Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-12-03 07:13:51 PM and Bank Transaction ID - [protected]).
                              The same amount of Rs 1040/- was deducted from my paytm wallet under BILLDESK Order #HPT[protected] and Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-12-03 07:13:53 PM. However the payment failed at the merchant website (Domino's pizza website). So I had to make another transaction using my Credit card to eventually make the payment (screenshot of the Domino's pizza bill is attached for reference).
                              However despite sending 2 emails in the last 5 days to [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com they have not even bothered to acknowledge my email.

                              Please help me on how to pursue this matter. If any bank statement is required I am willing to furnish the same as well. My paytm account # is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Sir i was doing a payment of Rs 1245.00 from my atm card through paytm . But my amount got deducted once from my atm card but the order wasn't complete, received a message regarding this. I thought that the the amount hadn't been debited . So i placed the order once again and again i paid for it . So this time also the money got debited through my account and the order was confirmed . so i want to ask that what happened with my previous deducted amount. It neither added to my paytm wallet nor it was refunded back to my bank account. i am getting an option of return to bank but nothing is happening . I had mailed paytm regarding this issue 5-6 times but yet no resilution on the above query . i have given the image regarding the payment transaction details . please look into it and provide me necesaary help. As i now realise that paytm is a fraud company .

                                      Hi, Tried using Paytm to book flight. Amount deducted from credit card and credited to Paytm Wallet for booking flight ticket. But booking failed. then they refund that amount to Paytm Wallet. Now I tried to transfer some money to another mobile's wallet. Amount got deducted from my wallet. Not credited to another mobile's wallet. From the other mobile, it is showing Paytm Cash Received pending... Raised multiple queries with Paytm and no response. And Phone support is not there.. Not sure, where and how to trace the solution from PayTM ??

                                      Trust on this service is going down..
