Sir i have added rs 100 in my patym wallet from my bank account on 7/12/16 as it was my second transaction but unfortunately a message came transaction failed and after sometime my bank account was debited by rs 100 so sir please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise how can i use paytm more because in second transaction only i had a problem..

    Today I created Paytm account and I tried to add rupees 2000 to the wallet. It said the transaction failed and no money was added to the Paytm wallet but I got a message from the bank that rupees 2000 has been deducted. I need my money back. Please respond quickly on this. Please kindly take immediate action on this complaint and return my money to me

      Hi,

      Amount of Rs 2000/- was debited from my Credit Card but the same was not added to my Paytm Account .

      Have called the Card issue and taken Reference No of the transaction and the same with all the other required details were mentioned in the Service ticket raised. Have send multiple reminders as well but have not received any response /revert from paytm.

      Please help by getting the same addressed.

          I had recharged Rs-510to my Tata Docomo MOBILE NO [protected] through SBI net banking using Paytm site and I get confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
          I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.

          I have done recharge through pay tm for my mobile number [protected] of Tata Docomo at 26 November 2016.transction is done successfully through my net banking of amount 510 ruppes.but I didn't get my talk time of amount 510 yet.
          Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.i have attached here transaction details.as attachment.

                Sir, I had added rs 5035 in paytm wallet on nov 28 2016.
                Paytm Order id. [protected].
                Bank transaction id. [protected]
                Same day i initiated to transfer the money to my bank account.
                Its been 7 working days now. the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
                I have registered complaint Regarding this. But nobody are responding.

                Paytm has given a RRN Number 75503726334010321620866. i have spoken to bank people. But bank doesn't even know what RRN Number is. Bank people are asking me what was the transfer mode and any other proof..
                If paytm has transferred money then i would have got it as its been 7 working days.

                I have asked paytm to send me the proof of transaction amount except RRN NUMBER but they are not sending it. I have been asking them mode of transfer even they are not sending it.
                They are just asking me to wait for 7 working days. Have already waited for 7 working days. This is the 8th working day I'm waiting for.

                There is no paytm customer care to talk or enquirie with. When ever we call customer care they tell us mail the issues. There is no proper response. They reply to our mail after 48hrs that to irrelevant.

                Patytm service is pathetic.
                Everyday wasting our we people have mail them and getting back no response.

                        I usually add money to my paytm wallet whenever I need it. But this time situation was different. I had to transfer the money to my paytm account and pay for a friend's petrol bill so I could get Rs 500 as 100 rupee notes are not availble in the ATMs.
                        I went through the whole process and money was debited from my account and did not appear in my wallet. I really needed the money and now I have to borrow from friends.

                          Hi Team,

                          After adding 5000 in my paytm wallet, I do not see the money reflecting in my wallet.

                          After logging complaint many times on there application plus mailing them many times, they are not responding at all.

                          Plus paytm do not attend calls or reply to mails to resolve queries.

                          There is a patethic customer care services portal of paytm and they expect us to use paytm all the time.

                          if paytm continues delivering fraud services like these then no one will use paytm in future

                          Kindly help me with the same.

                            I tried to add Rs 350 in my paytm wallet on 21 Nov 2016 around 22:15, but while adding money the transaction failed .However the money was deduced from my bank account and didn't show up in my paytm wallet.

                            I first tried to contact paytm through [protected]@paytm.com but they didn't help me much. Please refund my money to my paytm wallet as soon as possible.

                              I have done a transition for my vodafone no. bill payment, first 3 time status shows that the transition is not completed so i pay one another time, but when i check my bank statement i shows that the amount deducted from my account twice.

                                Transaction successful.
                                Accepted by paytm also.
                                But the wallet still shows rs. 3.
                                What did you do to my 100rs., i want them back.

                                I will not be now that frequent on paytm until request resolved.

                                My top limit has crossed and number also changed and give me the solution what can I do for solving this problem
                                I am upload the 5000 many from my bank account in paytm wallet after some time i seen that cash is refund but cash nither reached in my bank account nor paytm wallet.and this time show that paytm account is bloked.so kindly help me. i am suffering from a lot of problem.

                                I had added RS. 300 about 15 minutes ago to the paytm wallet. Although the amount has been debited to my credit card account, the same has not been added to my paytm wallet.
                                Please get this amount added urgently and confirm.

                                  this is to inform that i have paytm account but was not using it, as i wish to start the using of paytm, i have transfered rs. 2000/- to my paytm wallet, and its get transfered from bank and not credited in my paytm account, i have made complaint to paytm and said my money is stuck, so some one called from paytm and ask fro my last four digit and cvv no. to transfer that amount to paytm wallet, but with my surprise person has deducted rs. 9999/- and Rs. 8000/- from my debit card account, also rs. 1000/- is transfered to but i didnt get any balance in paytm, i feel that i am cheated and they have deducted my balance and tranfer to some one... i just want to know how i can get my money back
                                  Money sent to bank not received in bank account. I have complained 3 times but no response from paytm. What about my money?

                                    The status of my recharge is 'processing' from last 10 hours, I don't see an option to cancel my transaction and I have already mailed them to refund the amount, but I don't see any relevant response.

                                      I lost totally 52934 in paytm... Wt happening i not understanding.. My number is [protected]. Initially i lost 2934. I registered a complaint. Paytm customer care people called me via [protected]. And said that there was an technical error arraised and they were sending one otp and after saying that otp we r able to send money to u. I told them the otp. 50000got debited from my account. What they are dng i dont understand. Pls resolve it soon. If i commit suicide i will right paytm name in suicide note and attaches all the proof. I am a student and that money is my training fee. If this reaches to my father no need of suicide. he only will kill me. Pls save life lord

                                        I booked my railwat ticket through irctcand pyd through paytm wallet but there is no clue of my tickets ans the money in gone from my paytm wallet . And there is no clue pf my tickets. The custome is always busy no xusotmer car local number i lost 50 rs in making call s to the noida a customer car number . This is a total fraud by paytm . This has happened twice with me . This red bastard s i will go to court .booking id -[protected].
