The following payment orders by paytm for on line booking of movies in bookmyshow, bangalore 0n 3-11-16,
Paytm has deducted in my paytm accounts where the transactions have failed and paytm website not responded with with no response message. The ticket copy was not forwarded on booked phones which are registered mobiles.
1) paytm order #[protected], tx n id : [protected] rs 597.48 - 3rd dec 16
2) paytm order # [protected] txn id : [protected] rs 637.48- 3rd dec 16
Above two are booked on mob [protected] and no tickets forwarded to mobile as transaction has failed. As web site is not responding, two attempts were made.
3) pay tm order # [protected], tx id #[protected] rs 497.48 3rd dec 16
4) paytm order #[protected], tx id [protected] rs 497.48 3rd dec 16.
Above two transactions done on mob [protected] for which no response from paytm during transaction. Process. Not responding message was appearing. No tickets are forwarded on phone or sms on phone.
Above 4 transactions are failures of paytem site which was updated for deduction after 24 hrs in my accounts. No tickets were forwarded. How paytm can charge the amounts (1 to 4) and need to refund the amount immediately.

I recharged my phone through Paytm. Transaction is successful but i didn't get balance & it shows 'operator down'. What is meaning of Operator down...?
How can I get recharge..? Give the proper solution to me Urgent.
