this is in regards to my telephone no. [protected], i have transfered Rs. 2000/- from my debit card to pay tm wallet, and i have transaction no.[protected], where as my money is being deducted from my account, but due to poor intenet quality it took long time to credited to paytm account, i have checked my passbook where ther is no balance, so what about my money transfer to your Paytm account, i am really worried that what will be happening to my 2000 rs., hope you will give me immediate reply or give us telephone no. where i can speak directly, hope to hear from you at earliest

this is to inform that i have paytm account but was not using it, as i wish to start the using of paytm, i have transfered rs. 2000/- to my paytm wallet, and its get transfered from bank and not credited in my paytm account, i have made complaint to paytm and said my money is stuck, so some one called from paytm and ask fro my last four digit and cvv no. to transfer that amount to paytm wallet, but with my surprise person has deducted rs. 9999/- and Rs. 8000/- from my debit card account, also rs. 1000/- is transfered to but i didnt get any balance in paytm, i feel that i am cheated and they have deducted my balance and tranfer to some one... i just want to know how i can get my money back
Money sent to bank not received in bank account. I have complained 3 times but no response from paytm. What about my money?

    Automatically my account withdrawal 200.00 rs. without my Permission By Paytm .
    The status of my recharge is 'processing' from last 10 hours, I don't see an option to cancel my transaction and I have already mailed them to refund the amount, but I don't see any relevant response.
    They have already deducted the money, I request them to initiate the refund.

      I lost totally 52934 in paytm... Wt happening i not understanding.. My number is [protected]. Initially i lost 2934. I registered a complaint. Paytm customer care people called me via [protected]. And said that there was an technical error arraised and they were sending one otp and after saying that otp we r able to send money to u. I told them the otp. 50000got debited from my account. What they are dng i dont understand. Pls resolve it soon. If i commit suicide i will right paytm name in suicide note and attaches all the proof. I am a student and that money is my training fee. If this reaches to my father no need of suicide. he only will kill me. Pls save life lord

        I booked my railwat ticket through irctcand pyd through paytm wallet but there is no clue of my tickets ans the money in gone from my paytm wallet . And there is no clue pf my tickets. The custome is always busy no xusotmer car local number i lost 50 rs in making call s to the noida a customer car number . This is a total fraud by paytm . This has happened twice with me . This red bastard s i will go to court .booking id -[protected].

            Dear Personnel,

            I have made recharge of DMRC SmartCard No. 75443956 through Paytm of Rs.200 on 1st Dec, 2016 with Order ID:- [protected] through PAYTM. The Payment receipt is attached here with. The recharge was successful but not has been reflected on Metro Card.

            As I have tried PAYTM and DMRC both related to this issue, both of them didn't replied me till now. I have continuously mailed them related to this issue. But failed everytime.

            Kindly look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

            Kindly find the attached mail from DMRC for my complain (reference no.[protected] to PAYTM. They have mentioned that your transaction has not been reflected to their system. Kindly make positive and needful action and resolve the issue ASAP.

              I am alqamar yaseen user of paytm .before 4 or 5 days i have transfered amount of 5000 to a bank account from my bank account using paytm. But the amount is deducted from my bank account and the other party didn't receive the money yet... And i didn't get my money back . AND i think the amount of 5000 is huge according to me ...so please take a stape against it as soon as possible And help me to get my money back.. Thank u...

                    I recharged my phone through Paytm. Transaction is successful but i didn't get balance & it shows 'operator down'. What is meaning of Operator down...?
                    How can I get recharge..? Give the proper solution to me Urgent.

                      I was trying to book a ticket from irctc site on 01.12.2016. But the transaction failed and a total amt of Rs 8700/- was deducted.
                      The transaction ID from IRCTC is [protected].
                      I used Kotak Bank site.
                      The irctc customer care says that Kotak will refund the money. But Kotak has its own story. It says that the Paytm gateway has used it so Paytm will refund Kotak.
                      Now in the transaction my money is debited and i am unable to get it refunded. Kindly Help me in this issue.

                        I have order iPhone 6 16 GB order number - [protected] which was delivered on 3-DEC-2016. When I opened the package I found Micromax mobile instead of iPhone 6 16 GB Space Grey.

                        I raised the complaint and replacement got generated. They also arranged the pickup. However, courier guy came to my place when I was not available. I asked to visit next day but they didn't turned up and cancelled the pickup without contacting me.

                        And today[protected] the replacement got cancelled and there is no clue of refund. No courier is contacting for pickup. And the customer care is saying that they will take 5 more days for pickup.

                        I am fed of services. I want refund ASAP.

                          It's around 16 days over still my money was not refunded. Why it was not refunded?

                          At least you should respond the query mail. Only one time they responded after that they never respond any mails regarding the same query

                          Customer care very very bad service.
                          First experience like this. Never face these kinds of issues from any other company's care.

                                  i would like to inform you that i have done recharge worth rs 600 on mobile number- [protected] on 30th november 2016. the recharge was unsuccessful but amount was debited from my account.
                                  I have mailed them more than 4-5 times to refund the money to my account or paytm wallet

                                    The following payment orders by paytm for on line booking of movies in bookmyshow, bangalore 0n 3-11-16,
                                    Paytm has deducted in my paytm accounts where the transactions have failed and paytm website not responded with with no response message. The ticket copy was not forwarded on booked phones which are registered mobiles.
                                    1) paytm order #[protected], tx n id : [protected] rs 597.48 - 3rd dec 16
                                    2) paytm order # [protected] txn id : [protected] rs 637.48- 3rd dec 16
                                    Above two are booked on mob [protected] and no tickets forwarded to mobile as transaction has failed. As web site is not responding, two attempts were made.
                                    3) pay tm order # [protected], tx id #[protected] rs 497.48 3rd dec 16
                                    4) paytm order #[protected], tx id [protected] rs 497.48 3rd dec 16.
                                    Above two transactions done on mob [protected] for which no response from paytm during transaction. Process. Not responding message was appearing. No tickets are forwarded on phone or sms on phone.
                                    Above 4 transactions are failures of paytem site which was updated for deduction after 24 hrs in my accounts. No tickets were forwarded. How paytm can charge the amounts (1 to 4) and need to refund the amount immediately.

                                      My bank account has been debited twice with rs. 500 but the same is not reflecting is my wallet. I requested for the same two days back but there is no response yet. Kindly proceed as soon as possible. This is the second time the same is happening with me . As a regular paytm user I would like that my problem should be solved on early basis. Credit my paytm wallet with 500 rs by today itself since it has been 2 long days.

                                        Federal Bank limited just gave us a reference number 74332746334633334757058 for successful refund of Rs 2021 from Paytm to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number.
                                        Which it is not yet credited to my account.
                                        Plz help me.
