I would kindly request you'll to look in the matter seriously it's a kind request.

I haven't got refund Rs 92099 in my bank for your Order ID [protected] from Paytm.Its high time the refund Should have reflected to my bank account.

I am very very upset with the behavior from Paytm this time though paying a full amount of 92099 to you'll still the product got stuck and was returned to you'll without even reaching me apart that I haven' till date received my refund back.

I would be a sincere and a true request to you'll to refund me the money back at the earliest as per your messages and emails received you'll mentioned that the refund is already processed to the bank checking with the bank people as the refund is not reflecting in the bank account they say refund has still not been received by them by you'll it's a amount of 92099/- which indeed I s a big amount.

there was offer that add rs 222 in paytm wallet and pay with paytm wallet to uber and get cashback. I took ride on 26th November and paid the amount through paytm which was linked at uber app.till now paytm has not credited cashback despite writing to them several time.paytm customer care people are not responding.infact uber is also not helping in this case.

I have not refund my balance in bank account.i have bank transaction I'd -[protected] and other bank transaction id_[protected].due to amount balance Rs_810.so I request you plzz refund my balance in my bank account central bank of India whose account no is-[protected] and IFSC_CBIN0283180. so please refund my balance in bank account because I have many problem.and plzz hurry up hepl me PayTM team .
The transfer date of balance 28nov-2016 and having amount 810 rs. the payment payment options show on refund panding in bank.

I want to bring this to your notice that despite of Indian Government's relentless efforts to transform India digitally, your company has not been able to meet the expectations and in you are leveraging this demonetization as a stepping stone to dupe customers and harass them.
Please note that on 28th November 2016, with reference to ORDER ID [protected], I had paid INR 2150/- to MSEDCL (not pasting consumer number due to data security). Today is 6th December 2016 and I have been receiving repeated SMS alerts from MAHADISCOM to clear my bill amount.
I had raised an alert with your customer support on 30th November 2016 to resolve this issue and below is the frustrating reply which shows a lackadaisical approach to help your customers
Order Id [protected] has been processed successfully on[protected] at 10:45:15 which normally takes 72 hours to update at the service provider’s end.
We seek your patience and understanding in this matter.
There is neither any voice support nor any email contact which you have provided to address customer grievance. I have received only 6/- cashback despite of making transactions worth more than 7000/- till date.

Hi i have added 5100 rs to my paytm A/C that wallet txn id : [protected] and bank txn id :[protected] and i return the amount to bank A/C that details are wallet txn id: [protected] and bank txn id : [protected] .i am not received the amount in my bank A/C please refund my amount as soon as possible.i have checked my bank account it shows amount not received from paytm.

I have recharged my friend cell few days back and paytm order screen showing error but my amount is deducted three time(220*3=660) and friend account recharged 3 times. I complained to paytm they said amount is transfer to mobile they cant do any thing. Yesterday I again recharge my reliance GSM mobile 240 recharge amount is deducted from my paytm wallet but but my topup is not completed yet balance are not showing on my cell reliance account.

I transferred 2500 Rs yesterday but the transaction got failed still 2492 Rs were deducted from my paytm wallet and since then didn't refunded in my wallet. What should I do? When it will come back? I reported queries several times directly from paytm but didn't get any response then I shoot an email on [protected]@paytm.com too but still didn't get any revert from them. Kindly advise what to do. Give me some customer care number

I didnt get my refund back amount rs. 135. I make so many calls in customercare number but no one is pick the call. its been now so many days i didnt get my money refund.

I have recharged my mobile no by paytm. It got failed and at same time the money was deducted from my account. After long time i received a message that recharge is pending with operator but till time No success recharges in my Mobile or No money is refunded in my wallet account.

I was orderd some dress matrial items from paytm online shopping in the month of oct 2016, and they were deiveerd and paid the amount but some items were returned due to reasons. But the amount od rs approx rs 2000/- eirher deposired in my wallet or my bank acct so far. But paytm claimed that they were paid all pending amt and no dues me. If so where the amont gone. And i send my e mail id for sending the statement but all in vajn no result
