Hi,
I was paying the amount of 7800 on zelo app for the security deposit.
It got cancelled automatically but the amount of 7800 got deducted from my icici bank account. paytm has confirmed the successful payment of the mentioned amount against the order id 583fb1096193f2844e4856c through message. It happened on 2nd december 2016 in morning. But i did not get my amount back neither in my bank account nor in paytm wallet.
Also there is not any transaaction trace in the paytm showing.
Please resolve it with high priority.
PFA attached sceenshot of the paytm wallet and the confirmation message from paytm.
I am also not getting any assurance that they have got the amount and refund me back.
Please do the needful.

    Since this is my information but i did not create an account (And had never heard or the company before), i have been trying to make certain that this account is not created or is closed.
    I have received canned responses that do not address this issue, but include directions such as login into my account to resolve the issue.

      I'm nishu naik. I had added rs 5035 in paytm wallet on nov 28 2016.

      Same day i initiated to transfer the money to my bank account.
      Its been 7 days now. The amount has not been credited to my bank account.
      I have registered compliment regarding this. But nobody are responding. The pic is attached..

Balance deducted from my wallet but not got into my accnt i'm sent the feed back and proof to them. But they not yet did anything. I lost 2934rs under the transaction no:[protected]. They are sending answers for my query mails. But the answers given by them are of no use... I beg u for taking action against those cheaters

                Sir. My name is sk imtiaz ali. Last 03.12.2016 at 21.33. I am using first time paytm from my phone number ([protected]) for deposit my eletricity bill. Every thing is normal but afer entering one time pasword. A window open and show ur transaction is not complete. But a massege came from my bank that show ur amount is debited..
                After that i try to contact paytm castimer care. But nothing help me. There is no manual suoport..

                  I want to about my bill payment, i paid my electricity bill worth rs.1660 via paytm and money was deducted from my bank account but bill was not paid.

                  I will try it agin and also got transaction failure message from paytm.

                  After 2 days, i will try to again my bill payment and got succeed but i can't got refund my money into my bank account as well as paytm wallet.

                  Plz help me and refund my money back in my bank account.

                    I added money to my wallet on[protected] at time 20:22:47. Rs 698 was deducted from my bank account but was not added to my wallet. My wallet is showing no such transaction. I submitted a complaint on 29-11-16 at [protected]@paytm.com but of no avail. No money has been sent back to me. My ticket # 10857187.
                    Address this issue asap. Currently, in this cashless scenario i am feeling scared to use paytm any longer.

                    I ordered domino's pizza on 3rd dec.2016 two times but it didn't deliver to me and the money deducted from my account.so, please refund my money in my paytm account.

                    Hi, I had recharged my sun direct DTH using Paytm app on 01.12.2016 for Rs.880/-. It shows that transaction is successful but still it is processing only. Amount not credited in sun direct. Hence, I requested for cancellation through paytm app & ticket too created. But still now I didn't receive any response. This makes me frustrated with paytm.

                      I did recharge online by paytm for my tata sky tv recharge registered on mobile no [protected]. For rs.460/- from [protected]@gmail.com from debit card of oriental bank of commerce. Date was 1 or 2 dec2016.
                      Amount got immediately deducted from bank a/c but paytm automatically replied that transaction fail & try again lateron.
                      Now they are not replying just generating ticket no for this issue, even no direct talk is possible for our hard earned money. First they said it will take 24/48 hours for recharge or for refund now it's 4 days plus, what to do?

                      Today i was recharging my paytm wallet at 3:45 through my SBI debit card. The transaction failed but still money got deducted from my bank account. It is requested to take strong action against this.
                      As iam try and sending regular email to unblock my Paytm account, no one responding of my email.. I just got system replay..! I have balance of Rs680 also I wanted recharge my value add services which iam disable from my account,

                        I had repeatedly made the payment of electricity bill through paytm but both of the time transaction is decline and payment id deducted from my accounts even i had raised the ticket for the above issue in paytm but dint get any response from them Ticket number is 10715771, 10715863. Such unresponsive behavior not expected.

                          My order number is [protected], I have been asking for the cancellation on the same day of booking of this order but still not done. Its been a week since i did not get any update. Please cancel the order and refund the money. As it is not a small amount, Its 15000 So please do it as soon as possible.

                            Im tired of asking you for my money. I used paytm to order dominos pizza online using an offer which very specifically mentioned 100% cashback. I have attched a screenshot of the offer which was mailed to me. Its been over 2 weeks and i am still waiting for my cashback. Havent seen any such kind of customer harrasment ever in my life. Probably this is the last time i am going to use paytm for online transactions. I cant believe that after using paytm smoothly for so many years i am forced to stop using this online payments service due to harassment from your side. I just hope noone gets harrased like this ever by anyone online. Im not asking for anything extra. Just want the promised cashback. Amount refnded banck to my account. I am going to ask people on my socail media network to stop using ur services immediately. Very sorry to say this but i wasnt expecting such harrasment from one of indias leading ecommerce giant. Too bad!! : (

                                  I was paying my electricity bill payment of amount 380rs yesterday in Which 71rs was debited from my Paytm wallet and remaining amount 309rs from my bank account when i was successful submit my Bank details Otp then unfortunately server down and my amount debited then after i check from my Paytm my orders it was shows payment awaited but the payment was successful done and debited my bank .After something i check again it was shows payment failed and 71rs i received my wallet but the remaining 309rs i didnt receive i mail to Paytm but they didnt reply me. I check my Bank transaction also 309rs debited .

                                    Transaction id [protected] dated:[protected]:05 pm of rs. 150/- tried but failed and was showing in wallet passbook as pending till[protected] evening. When noticed that the amount was deducted from wallet and the status was showing as pending i lodged a complaint through app to refund the same to my wallet. Rather than the amount refunded to my wallet the same transaction status upgraded to success. I also checked with merchant. They also confirmed that they had not received payment with regards the paytm wallet transaction. However, i had already paid in cash to merchant and the same also intimated to paytm in my compliant.
